Succinct and highly explanatory. Very nice, along the lines of "How we know what we know." It's not because "we said so" or "this book says so," but because there's a lot of evidence and here's some of it - not "over there somewhere," but right "HERE" on my desk and we can talk about it.

That’s like saying that the human population should increase by the same amount every year, when in actual fact, there are more than 3 times the people alive today than were alive a hundred years ago. Things do not always change at a steady rate: sometimes, as with evolution; population growth and tool complexity, they change at an exponential rate.

you would think that, what made this change possible? two things language development and later on writing ability. Once those two things happened, human advancement grew at a exponential rate. Furthermore there are still indigenous people all around the world today that live much like early human had. After those two things came the use of the scientific method , once we discovered that, everything of the modern world began to unravel.

So, a being that was intelligent enough to fashion a tool like a stone axe continued to use said tool for "another million years". Really? Come on now, isn't that just stretching credulity just a touch? I'd be really surprised (and disappointed) if they hadn't figured out something better within a hundred years. Furthermore, early humans kicking off even a million years ago is, to my maths anyway, statistically impossible. Work it out for yourselves people.
