Dear Lana: The whole necklace is 20” long. Sometimes I have added on, when I needed a little extra length depending on how I want to wear a necklace. Sometimes, for just a little length I will add on a safety pin, but have also added a chain if it is hidden. … like under a sailor collar. Hope this is helpful.
