This month's Reading Japanese Meet was much like previous ones of recent times, except whilst I was less mobile, the police were a whole lot more mobile! Is this their new tactic for the control of the car meets?

Police only do this if they are on it constantly. Drive sensibly and the police don't care. Mine pops naturally and I'm constantly loud music they don't care
Yes, and many of them are "car people" themselves so they get it. Just don't be a prick endangering other people at the meet, or people who aren't even part of it.

What I was referring to, was that the Ace Cafe is now shut down from 6.00pm every Friday because of a few riders and drivers, on motorcycles and cars behaving like twats on the road outside.

Now it's these hyper cars, BMWs, Mercedes, Audi's, 400bhp minimum.

I’m in to hot rods, classics and American cars, we have meets with more horsepower, noise torque and flames than this but people are more mature and sensible, rarely attracting police attention, you don’t have to flex your muscles at every opportunity, you boys do yourselves no favours and everyone else in to cruising cars to be fair, you will fuck it up for everyone, pissing people off and a tragedy waiting to happen, try and think about it, you fucked up the Chelsea cruise, you will soon banish all car gatherings, ffs think about it! They should take away the cars of those who modify their exhaust to be as loud as possible with pops, bangs whatever, was almost like gunfire in my area, and at night too, in a densely populated area. Hopefully the police did do something because it's been quieter lately, or they've just moved elsewhere...

Pigs should be charged with obstruction and jumping a red light while NOT on an emergency call.
Police have exemptions for red lights & obstruction 🤷🏽♂️ (they don't need to be on an emergency call either, just need a policing purpose)
