when a client asks for strings or ambient drones textures and theyve laid guitars down....my first port of call is pitch down reverse quadrant guitars and splice and apply modulation vibrato and delays etc
This is actually a real piece of music in its own right that in my opinion stands apart and perhaps even above the other versions....I can see an album where every track has its own accompanying ambient version.....hmmm..🤔🎶👍

Just played along to this and becasue the chord progression is reversed, it's making it sound like it's in a Major Key now. Nice little trick there, I might experiement with that myself in the future. Nice one and thanks for always inspiring us with your music :)
Wow thanks for the inspiration! I'm trying my own rock tracks like this (not necessarily reversed) and it's evil! A simple downpitch / slow down and reverb, and a bit of distortion and you get some seriously nasty kinda industrial sounds. A harmless high hat becomes a kind of intense marching snare drum for example.
Have you thought about putting your songs forward for Remixing Dave?....puts the band and compositions out into many differing genres/revenue streams/clubs/festivals and earns you guys a bob or two in the process....obviously through decent established producers/djs/artists and labels..

We haven’t and aren’t really interested at this point. Feels a bit early.
Now learn to play this live, record that, play it backward and see if it sounds like the original.
