Hi sir, thanks for your inquiry, we suggest that you use epocoat tw for your repair, this is a waterproofing epoxy coating that is applied on top of the tiles. If the area is exposed, since epoxy has yellowing tendencies under UV, we suggest that you topcoat it with polyurethane clear coat to protect it from yellowing. Hope this helps.
Flexicrete can be used but we need to grind old tiles before application. Also, we need to top it off with slab or tiles for protection from UV.

Hi. Thank you for your inquiry. For roof deck waterproofing, we have two options that you can use: Cementitious Underlayment or Waterproof Top Coat.
1. Flexicrete is a flexible cementitious waterproofing underlayment. It can be applied on areas where you need to apply a topping.
2. Clever Sil is a water-based, polyurethane waterproofing system that can be applied using a roller. It can be applied without a topcoat in areas with low to medium foot traffic.
