Overcomplicated and inefficient, wasting deadweight on things like structural cross-members to support the center hull. A single hull rigid airship is the way to go. It's possible to build one with the entire top half of the hull covered in solar panels, able to fly almost indefinitely. There is an airship currently under construction by Euro Airship in France, _Solar Airship One,_ which they aim to take for a non-stop round the world flight. Something like that would make the ideal basis for an actual air yacht, not the fever dream in this video.
Why isn't the center section suspended lower for better views to the sides? I don't think folks wan to ride in an airship where they can only see 30 feet to the side. If that middle gondola were lowered several feet more, the views would be a lot better. I think VIEWS SELL TICKETS.
Because the "pontoons" is what's keeping the vessel afloat and you want them to touch the water first because of stability issues. It will probably have some cameras on the sides in order to display the view on screens inside.

Probably for optimization and stability. You could use cameras on the sides to display the surroundings on screens inside the fuselage.
