- Organizing my life, woman across the room style! lol a sophisticated lady if you will ;-) haha I got some organizing items and some fun things for the kids to put together and I thought I would share them with you so I suppose in a way this is kind of like a haul, and also me using the items that I got! So I hope you enjoyed the organizing motivation around the house style! I am happy with the way things worked out! As a professional cleaner for 20 year's, Bar Keepers friend on the stove top is my go to . The razor works best after you've softened it first with water, and at a 45 degree angle, every bit will come off .
I wish my toaster would break so I can get 1 like this - LOVE the TOASTER TIMER!!
Hi Kim! A cheaper idea I use under sinks is to use the plastic placemats you can get from the Dollar Tree. They're smaller and therefore fit better and when you put your products on them you cover them up and you don't need to worry how it looks. At least it's helped me. Have a wonderful day, my friend. You need the nitrous cartridges. They’re what makes the liquid cream into “whipped” cream.

KIM...USE THE RAZOR BLADE FOR STOVE WET WITH THE CREAM AT A 45DEGREE ANGLE..I USE IT EVERYDAY..you have to get the burned on pots before you next stove top use..

I had to show my husband the vream whipper part 😂 i worked at starbucks for years, you have to get the chargers, unfortunately you can find them at smoke shops. Kids use them as "whip its". But you gave us a good laugh!
Hi Kim,On the glass top stove. When using the razor make sure the glass is wet.

Kim! Usually when they send the first razor in the handle like that, they put it in upside down. The razors are normally REALLY sharp, so I think yours still might be upside down! :D
I came here to say the same thing! I paused the video and noticed that she needed to take it out an put the sharp side out! Those things work wonders on flat cooktops.
@@pamoverbeek6579yes and use it with the product not dry. I was thinking noooo she’s going to scratch her stop top to pieces so I think it was great that she didn’t flip the razor the right way. Try it again Kim with the product and the sharp edge of the razor and you won’t hardly have to scrub at all.
Came to say the same!! I have that product and it works very well.
It also works better if you warm the burner up for a couple seconds.

The weiman scraper blade needs to be flipped lol. The sharp part of the razor is on the inside for safety so You need to take it off and flip it for the sharp side! Then it will work great! 😂❤
Oh man I've had this for 2 years and didn't know this lmao I just went and checked it and it does. I feel like and idiot. I actually haven't used it for awhile cuz I didn't think it worked that good. The things u learn. Lol thank you!!
Also I especially love your organisation hanger for your leggings! Normally I dont like the bulky slouching hanger shelf carriers that sag, but for soft tights hanging narrow like the direction of your dresses is perfect, it saves so much drawer space too! ❤🥰👍👏🕊
After you apply the cleaner on the stove then use the razor blade. I also just use a regular abrasive spong.. like the dollar ones and they are less effort and cheaper. Then wipe it all off and clean it off with a multipurpose cleaner.

❤❤❤Kim, I really like this one, the was no whining and I love gadgets. A couple of those products I have myself. I really love buying the cup with lids for parties for banana pudding or just making portions for snacks (my snacks) shhhh. Really good video…loved.
For the stove: bar keepers friend. Sprinkle the powder on (wear gloves) wet it and spread it around. Let it sit ONE minute and then wipe it off. A green scrubby is normally what I use with it for the stubborn areas but it all comes off 100% and it doesn't require much elbow grease at all.
Love you videos Kim. I use that same cleaner for my stove top. If you put the cleaner on there and wet it a little to spread it around then let it set for just a few minutes then use the scrapper. Works so much better. Hope that helps.

Cut the under kitchen mat where the pipes are located. Then the mat will go around the pipes and you'll have the protection you want under the sink. 👍🏼

Put your cream on first and let it set for a few minutes. Since you haven't done it for a while it will take afew times to get everything off. The razor blade and pad is the best thing to get it clean. This happens to me when I get busy and dont do it for a while. Great video!

Hi Kim! I have had that thawing plate for decades. You need to run it under hot water first to get it warm. It holds the heat in. I usually have to re run it under hot water 2 or 3 times during the thawing. It works awesome 😃

I’ve had that meat defroster for over 25 years. Yes, run it under hot water first. You can’t put a brick of meat like that and expect it to thaw fast. You can leave meat in the wrapper or plastic but make sure it’s laying on the surface -it does work.
I've had one for years myself and I definitely think it speeds up the thawing process BUT I didn't know you had to run under hot water. Thank you! Good to know. And does work faster out of the plastic.

Hi Kim! I had one of those thawing trays years ago and with mine you were supposed to run it under hot water before putting the meat on it. Not sure if that will help. Thanks for putting a little happy in my day!😊💕
Yes you are supposed to run under hot water, maybe she didn't see that on the instructions.

That extra piece to the hanging bag, is a hook that is for the purpose of hanging the bag over the top of the door and it will close. One end goes into the top of the bag, and the other end slides over the top of the door.
Ooh thanks for some good inspiration! Love the legging storage idea! It looks great, saves space, and better than sifting through a basket. I usually have more time to put things away than when I need to put clothes on. 😅 For the cords I use command click together strips (like plastic Velcro) and place a regular strip style surge protector behind my night stand along the top edge so I can reach all the outlets. The stovetop I microwave a bowl of water with some non-microfiber kitchen towels and let the towels lay on the stovetop for 10 mins while I wash dishes- then I razor scrape, then cream cleaner and a green non scratch pad (lots of different brands have that polish cream. I have the brand you have but I’ve used barkeepers friend and afresh too) it works SO well and with the hot towels nearly no elbow grease needed. Let us know how the deodorizer works and how the snack containers hold up to kids. I want both but only if they last since they’re plastic. 🤗 thanks so much for trying the stuff out for us!
It’s always fun to experiment with new, interesting products! I especially love the 4 slice toaster with the timer. Great option for large families!
Kim, use the razor blade on your stove after you have scrubbed with the sponge and the cleaner is still on it. It will help.

Scotch brite scratch free glass top pads, chemical free works with just water which work on all spills , try them, I haven’t had a spot that this didnt take off. I love your videos

I’m 69 with 3 adult kids and 6 wonderful grandkids. I worked as an RN for 44 years but my life in many ways was much like yours.💕 Grandkids are the best!!
I'd buy a second one of the organizers for the closet to put sports tops in as well. So much easier to see everything available.

Hi Kim, i started keeping all my photos organized by year on Snapfish. Every few weeks before bed i scroll through and upload any news pics. On day when I get my life together I plan to make photobooks but until then i know they are safe. Well semi-safe I know your walmart photo story

Hey Kim...I use the razor after I scrub the stove top before I wipe it off. I also spray the Weiman stainless steel cleaner on my stovetop. Keeps it shiny! Love your videos! Have a wonderful day! 🥰💗🙏
Hey Kim, how are you? I would love to give you some advice. Take that toaster back and get a toaster oven. Oh my gosh every day I use it maybe 2 to 3 times everyone in the house loves it I even cook Pizza, casseroles, bacon you name it you can cook it besides toast or bread

Tip for rolling your leggings to cut time down is to fold them first and then roll. Less rolling & you preserve your sanity.😊
Folding in half first really helps.
To clean your stove:
Use bar keepers friend powdered cleanser and 0000 grade steel wool. Works amazing and doesn’t scratch!
Love tips from Kim whisk!! ;) Those defrosting trays work as well a granite counter. Not very fast but give the counter a try to defrost🥰👍🏻 the leggings look great!!
I always enjoy your videos. When I go to bed at night, I wind down by watching RUclips, and yours is usually the first I look at to see if you've uploaded a new one. Love that they're longer than 15-20 minutes, like some channels similar to yours. A tip on cleaning your glass stovetop: We rub the stove cleaner (like the kind you bought) all over any baked-on food, and usually each individual burner/circle. We let it set and dry. Sometimes over night. Then we use the razor to scrape off the cleaner and grime. Usually I take a paper towel and wipe up the junk from that process, before I wipe the stovetop down with a clean, damp dish cloth. I hope this tip will help you with your stovetop. Just so you know, I admire your hard work with everything you tackle! Being a mom, teacher to your kids and friend to them, cook, homemaker, working out to keep yourself fit, the party planning and being such a wonderful hostess, and so much more! To me, you are the sophisticated lady across the room.

Something I saw a long time ago that works for me when my stove starts look rough is to spray easy off on it, let it dry for a while, and then it wipes clean pretty easy.
I like Bar Keepers stove top cleaner works best. Try it

I've been watching you for years and don't try so hard to be someone else I'll tell you the truth UR THE LADY ACROSS THE ROOM I WISH I COULD BE JUST LIKE U WHEN I GROW UP and I'm 65 lol❤
I store my toaster on a rubber pad in one of my drawers. That way the crumbs r contained. When I want to use it, i open the drawer and just leave it where it is and plug it in. Then I never have it on the counter, and it gets tucked away once it is cooled down. It works great, hides it most of the time and keeps crumbs in one tray.

Yes, you purchase the nitrous oxide (n2o) cartridges separately. The whipper won't work without them (also, keep them away from your kiddos).
Using a razor for stove cleaning can be so satisfying. Use it at a 45 degree sngle with the surface wet with soapy water and it comes off so much easier. I use it on new windows to remove sticker residue too.
I love the legging holder idea. I think I'll try repurposing a back of the door shoe holder for my leggings.
I love the workout storage it will easier for you to pull from, I love the toaster I have been needing one my toast cooks on my side and I like the toast just the way you like it a little darker. Great video!!❤️
I just got an outlet block and velcro sticked it to the back of my nightstand. So everything is in the back and my nightstand is a lot cleaner.

The stovetop scraper is for after the cream cleanser, it softens the gunk and it scraps easier.
There should be a little co2 thing that goes in the silver part that’s what makes it whippy 😊
I like the hanging thingy for the tights. I believe the main purpose for that hanger is for sandals/shoe organization.
