This was my dad's song that he listened to while fighting pancreatic cancer in 2014. Everytime it comes on the radio I play it loud, Still makes me cry and smile at the same time. I see now that this song was more for us family after he passed, to help us have hope. His grave reads "There's Hope In Front of Me". Thank you Danny Gokey for this beautiful song. Crazy thing is that I realized a few years ago one of the actors in the video went to school with me.

I wish this type of thing - Picking up people - was safer. But God has protected me. I only do this when I know God is calling me to do it.

I absolutely love this song so much!!! It’s helping me out and speaking to me so much right now. For a few years I was in a very dark place and there’s still stuff going on in my family but with God by my side and leading me through I can deal with it. Long story short I wasn’t a Christian for a few years because when everything started going downhill in my family I prayed to God for it not to happen and when it did anyway I got so mad and tried to do it on my own for a few years but then God led me back to the right path and I was literally in tears when I listened to this song last Sunday and I’ve always loved Danny Gokey’s music as long as I can remember and the truth was right there in front of me but for some time I chose not to look at because I didn’t want to admit that I needed help and couldn’t do it on my own anymore.

I am sitting in a rehab home because I fell during a seizure a cut my leg real bad. What is making it depressing is not one person in my family has came to see me since I came here August 4. Discusting they all live within 20 min. I am all alone with no one but Jesus.

As a non profit leader I see needs all around me. This song is playing in my car and others like it to remind me of that light. Sometimes it is dim in all the dark around me. I lost my sister and dad in 2019 and in 2021 I lost my mom in a 4 year time I lost 3 people I dearly loved and they will be missed but I also have that hope that one day I'll see them again
