I love your guy's videos but y'all can't sleep on the rest of the band. They were a beautifully cohesive unit. Hayley is amazing but she's not the only star of the show. She's got some amazing musicians backing her here. And - fun fact...this song was written about and for the Lord. I miss how we used to be called Parawhores but nowadays that would probably offend some sensitive feelings. I miss the saying how it truly is Paramore. I grew up in an abusive household and Paramore was one of those bands that helped me survive, because they knew how to make my feelings heard through song. It's sad we may never hear another album from Paramore with that type of sound and lyrics that had the ability to help make millions of misunderstood people feel heard. Whether it was bullies for boys or girls. Rich girls judging regular girls when it came to beauty, Haley said well your going to be a whore and nothing more. As harsh as that sounds, she was speaking for the girls who didn't prioritize beauty over character, yet nowadays she will never sing that lyrics again due to pc nuts misunderstanding the lyric. I truly want that type of Paramore back. Using frustration with fast guitars and drums to express how a person truly feels in bad situations like bullying, parental abuse in my case, and those who wish to harm themselves, because it is rock that can ease that personal erosion that takes place in your soul when growing in terrible environments. It used to help me know I wasn't the only one going through these things and that I could muster the courage to fight back, instead being physically and mentally abused. Sorry about the long reply, but Paramore definitely made a real impact on my life. it sucks we live in a world without Paramore, because we need that Rock Magic more than ever now.
