Two cups of cooked grits is FABULOUS to add to your usual Thanksgiving stuffing.

    Hi
I put my Polenta cakes/slices into a zip freezer bag with 1 cup of flour, close the bag, and shake gently to cover the entire cake. Shake off the excess, and fry in your choice of fats until GB&D. This method has never failed me. Just my thoughts, thank you. LOVE fried Polenta.
    God bless:
    Stoney

I first had those polenta cakes as a side with some fried fish when I went to Italy for my holidays - and I love them ever since.

This looks so easy and those look AMAZING! I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with my grownd corn meal grits. I guess this sounded daunting. But you make this look very easy and tasty

I love that there's a martini glass on the chef's work surface.

I wish the sound was a bit better. I really like the way you demonstrate the recipe but the sound is so uneven.

Is he using metal on a nonstick pan? Also, how high is the flame under the pan?
