You are lucky that I made a choice to cast aside violent behavior and reactions in life or I would be tempted to do so myself. Instead I will just let you know that you would have zero friends or supporting family if your online persona was known to your personal acquaintances with remarks as such.

    A small note. At 1:30-1:31, it states "In 1938, Hitler unleashed Kristallnacht..." Actually, Hitler did not order Kristallnacht. In fact, he was furious it took place. Why? Because his goal was not simply to eliminate the Jews but get all of Germany to despise them and openly want to be rid of the Jews. Hitler was furious because the brazen, lawless, public violence of Kristallnacht made some sections of the public sympathetic to the Jews for the way they were treated. It's one thing to see and read something in the paper. It's a whole different beast to watch it happen in person. Hitler wanted to take the "Out of sight, out of mind" approach.

    • @jasonbrody1540
      @jasonbrody1540 3 года назад +5

      Really? Let me guess: Hitler didn't know about the Holocaust either. Do you know, what stupidity you've said? Hitler often gave contradictional orders in this matter in order to confuse the German society. After all, if you are confused, you won't look after the details.

      @@jasonbrody1540 In sabatons history video about this subject, they said this. I suggest you watch it, but it is true. Hitler was furious because he wanted the public to revile them, and having a lawless mob beat up Jews subverted Hitler's authority. But yes, he was also furious because it increased public support and sympathy for the Jews, of which he was also mad for. Hitler very badly wanted to cruelly kill millions of German civilians because of pseudo-scientific reasons, he just had to wait until it was state sanctioned. It eventually was.

When we are of no benefit they turn their backs, just as the world first rejected the holocaust. When Washington was notified, they turned a blind eye. The other day Israel's channel 12 showed video evidence of the IDF sexually assaulting a Palestinian detainee. B'Tselem, an Israeli human rights group, recently compiled a report detailing the systematic mistreatment and torture of Palestinians in the prison system including overcrowding, denial of sunlight, starvation rations, denial of medical care and a range of physical abuse. This song brings a tear to my eye, every time I hear it. It's an amazing song, that tells of the darkest moment of World history, and makes you, not agree, but maybe understand a little of the reasons why this happened. Why and what pushed an entire nation over the edge, and became one of the biggest symbols of cruelty and inhumane behaviour, the World has ever seen. (yes yes I know Gulags in Russia was bad and just as a bad death sentence, but still) Sabaton are truly one of the greatest bands of all time, in my opinion. To be able to create songs like this, that through historical lyrics and great music, can make you feel like you are in that historical moment.

You see all this propaganda t says Hitler only like white people. he had friends and admired people from many races. did hate the jews tho. 6 million is nothing compared to 75 million give or take. A lot of people are starting to understand what was going on behind the scenes during that time and have more context. instead of Hitler bad jews good. Why don't you read what JFK wrote about Hitler when he was in Germany. it's pretty much happening.

      @@mikefontaine9539 Ohh it's you again. Don't worry, I know a great deal about everything that led to what happened. Simple History has a pretty good overall summery, while Indy's Great War documentary is in more detail. Let's say the things didn't play out the way they did, and communism had spread, it would probably still have been a war between England with USA vs Russia vs Japan. And as unlikely as it may sound, Japan would probably have allied with the US, as they might have hated them, but they feared and extremely hated the Russians. And it would be way easier striking a deal with the US, after they had won the war against Russia, about the Pacific and South East Asia.

    "As soon as fear, hatred, jealousy and power worship are involved, the sense of reality becomes unhinged. And, as I have pointed out already, the sense of right and wrong becomes unhinged also. There is no crime, absolutely none, that cannot be condoned when "our" side commits it. Even if one does not deny that the crime has happened, even if one knows that it is exactly the same crime as one has condemned in some other case, even if one admits in an intellectual sense that it is unjustified -- still one cannot feel that it is wrong. The argument of „just following orders” has already been used by countless convicted war criminals, not just ones of the former Nazi regime. It was so bad to the point where the legal plea has even got a nickname, the „Nuremberg Defense”, based on its usage by the Nazi war criminals during the Nuremberg Trials.
      Not gonna lie, if he was me, I’d rather have my life fucking taken from me than having to give in to that sadistic butchery. Yes, it was that serious. It wasn’t just a few people, it was millions. Not just the men, but the women and children as well.

      Country in depression,
      Nation in despair;
      One man seeking reasons everywhere!
      Growing hate and anger;
      The Führer’s orders were precise!
      Who was to be blamed and pay the price?
      Wicked propaganda,
      Turning neighbors into foes;
      Soldiers of the Third Reich searching homes!
      And then their former friends are watching
      As they are round up one by one!
      Times of persecution’s just begun!
      Ever since it started on Kristallnacht ‘38;
      When liberty died, and truth was denied!
      Sent away on trains, sent on a one-way trip to hell!
      Enter the gates, Auschwitz awaits!
      When freedom burns, the final solution!
      Dreams fade away, and all hope turns to dust!
      When millions burn, the curtain has fallen!
      Lost to the world as they perish in flames!
      There was a country in depression,
      There was a nation in despair;
      One man finding reasons everywhere!
      Then there was rising hate and anger;
      The Führer’s orders still apply!
      Who was to be blamed and sent to die?

      @The real RTX Что бля??? Ты сам откуда??? СССР освободил вашу Европу от Гитлера, а вы фашистов встречали хлебом и солью.... И активно помогали фашистам убивать советских людей, формировали свои батальоны СС и воевали против нас.
      А то, что Американцы развязали войну сперва в Ираке, Югославии, Сирии, Украине и ещё во многих странах, то это их исторический бизнес. Они крупные производители оружия, и им надо его куда-то продавать. Сейчас Грузию раскачивают.... Вот кто пособник и наследник фашизма и нацизма, а вся ваша хвалёная Европа просто прихлебатели и рабы Америки. У вас нет своего мнения, достоинства, своего голоса и чести. Трусы вы жалкие! Что вам ваши хозяева американцы диктуют, то вы и делаете. Поддерживаете войны и фашизм. Так что не тебе мне тут что-то высказывать что моя страна и где делает. Мы всегда за мир, а не за войну. Но своих братьев на Донбассе мы в беде не оставим, и будем давить любую мразь, которая пропагандирует фашизм и нацизм. Тем более в отношении моей страны и дружественных нам стран. Ваших украинских нацистов в 2013 году никто не звал на Донбасс убивать детей, стариков, насиловать и расстреливать женщин и остальное мирное население. Вы там в своей Европе нихрена не видите настоящей правды. Вам что по телевизору вещают тому вы и верите. А я сам все эти зверства видел на Донбассе своими глазами, пока весь мир закрывал и закрывает глаза на очевидное... Все вы боитесь признать правду... А ещё вы все боитесь Америку и готовы исполнять все преступные приказы своих хозяев.... Жалкие рабские страны....
      И ещё...Где ты увидел наши войска в вашей сраной Европе??? Украина это не Европа если что, и что-то вы европейцы не стремитесь принять её в Евросоюз, потому что знаете, что они вам никогда не были нужны и не будут. Вы об них свой зад вытираете как правило...
      А ещё, если хочешь сам своими глазами увидеть зверства украинских нацистов вермахта, и если не ссышь, то поехали, и я сам тебе покажу последствия их деяний. Покажу яму, в которой прятались каждую ночь мои старые и больные раком родители, от укрофашистских бомб и ракет.... Показать??? Или мужества хватает только на то, чтобы сидеть в своей "культурной" Европе на диване и умничать, строить из себя экспертов политологов или ещё кого. Все вы храбрые воины, когда сидите дома на диване, а правду увидеть и признать зверства фашистов, к которым ещё и наемники из Польши, Америки и других стран вашей Европы присоединились, вам слабо. Ошибки и преступления своих политиков вы успешно по привычке перекладываете на Россию и Путина. В общем что приказывает своим европейским странам-рабам Америка, то вы спешите с высунутым языком выполнять, потому что у рабов-проституток нет собственного мнения, чести, доблести и достоинства сказать "нет" своим хозяевам! Живите и дальше под контролем США и не смейте судить о том, чего доподлинно не знаете, сидя на своих диванах...
      И да, концлагеря освобождали именно мои предки, в то время как ваши предки воевали против СССР, как обычно, по-рабски преклоняясь и подчиняясь преступным приказам своих хозяев из Вермахта. Поэтому немудрено, что поколения европейцев выросло с фашистской идеологией!!!
      Так что не тебе тут сидеть и обсуждать этот клип, и ещё иметь наглость мне что-то высказывать про мою великую и мужественную страну, в которой даже маленькие дети воевали и становились героями на века!

    My great-grandmother was in a concentration camp. On the day it was liberated, my grandmother was born. An African-American soldier helped birth her, and his helmet was used as her first cradle. My great-grandmother had never met a black person before. She would always remember his deep and calming voice. It was a source of humanity in a hellish place. The story has been passed down through my family. We are still trying to identify who that soldier was so that we may contact his family. Rest in peace, great-grandmother.

Ukrainians murdered Poles, Russians, Slovaks and Hungarians in 365 ways. And yet Poles welcomed Ukrainians not only to Poland, but most of all to private homes. Not refugee camps, but for homes.
