So just to clear a few things up in here. The hood was about all we could find in the US that wasn't totally hot garbage. Also to note there is an oil cooler behind the driver side headlight that needed a vent somewhere near there for an exit. If I could redesign this hood I would but I was pleasantly surprised how well it did. I was expecting MUCH worse. Improvements to that are coming though. The rear wing is places as high and as far back as Gridlife Street Modified rules allow. The uprights are...ugly...but were an example of a temporary solution becoming permanent. Also something I would love to change out. Placement though is to the edge of the rules. If anyone has any other questions on the car let me know.

is there any result on how much downforce was gain in the splitter? and how much total downforce does the car have? thank you

Are vertex generators ever worth it considering the cost and time to put them on? Of what I remembered on the yellow mustang it was a very negligible difference in downforce

I’m curious. Is parallel to the centerline of the car necessarily best for the rear wing supports? Imagining there being a degree of inward convergence off of the roof / c-pillar / rear window, would angling the uprights appropriately, have the affect of reducing their angle of attack in relation to the airflow ahead of them, reducing drag, and potentially accelerate the flow between them and under the wing, for increased affect?
    Great stuff. Eye opening.

Ehh I’m not sure. If you put wool tufts on your trunk lid you’d be surprised at how quickly they become straight again. I’ve never seen any data proving one is better than the other.

If a wing is around 3" off the boot lid with between 3-8 degrees angle do you get a venturi effect increasing down force ? Does the venturi effect effect how high the wing is placed for best down force

Yes, but it will cancel out some being that close.

How are the fender louvers working out on your car do you have any data on them yet?
