I agree with the female ref. The shot block attempt made by Helmet is a foul because 1. Helmet's arm is leaning towards the shooter, 2. Helmet made contact with the shooter's hands before the ball was fully released. The 2nd one where Sky stubbornly drives to the hoop is not a blocking foul. But Helmet was sticking too close to the offensive player that it immediately warrants a foul call from the ref (the officiating ref has her POV blocked by Helmet's back). In any high speed game, refs will call the foul on the safe side to avoid players from abusing aggressive hacking/blocking motions. Helmet is just being a disrespectful sore ass here

可以吹阻擋，身體一直貼著擋進攻路線很容易就變成阻擋尤其是擋側面而不是正面的時候
但那个不是很明显，头盔也没有往外推他，他的进攻路线没有被改变太多。不过确实可以吹阻擋。

我台灣人，身高181 體重76，對方在運球行徑間我都不會手一直壓在運球者身上，我都直接給進攻者撞我的身體，我覺得頭盔怎麼都用手來壓對方？
我182，110公斤，行進間手壓對方腰或是手臂胸口防守沒什麼問題，一方面保持空間看對手動作，一方面可隨時反應，只用身體做阻擋容易被人撞開重心，且受傷機率高唷~頭盔的防守我覺得比較街頭，還在可以接受範圍，比賽的話要看裁判尺度了
