What a beautiful amplifier and guitar. All three go together just great. You can tell by the look on her face she really plays with passion. God bless you sweetheart.

What an amazing rendition of "Pour Some Sugar on Me," done in that signature style that only Sophie Lloyd can produce - awesome! Def Leppard were some of the first compact disks I ever bought and I still love listening to them.
Another great rendition! Although I too think you are quite beautiful, most of the time I find myself watching your hands. I find it amazing that you make what you do look so effortless when I know it definitely is not. Big fan! Keep it up. You Rock Sophie!
First time I heard that song was Nashville Tennessee amphitheater in 1988 right before Def Leppard released it for radio play. Awesome show. Love your shred as always!
That was amazing shredding to the song as Def Leppard is one of my favorite bands. You killed it and looked beautiful at the same time with a wonderful smile. Can't wait to see your next video.
Everything she plays is so groovy after starting the video I close my eyes and do a minimalistic happy dance until the video ends. I am sincerely glad to know about your work and being able to listen them.
I can imagine her walking into a guitar store and watching peoples mouths drop to the floor. Then I can also imaging her playing like that and watching them faint.
@@therealjasonmiller her channel is quite big so i wouldnt be impressed if she gets recognized. not due exactly the amount of suscribers but the fact that her videos get very oftenly pass 1m views.
Often when trying to do stuff like shred versions of songs, you can lose the 'groove' that made the original what it was. This keeps that groove (and attitude!) and was overall excellently done. Nice work!
Nice! This song takes me back to when I was 10 years old. Def Leppard's album Hysteria, which featured Pour Some Sugar On Me, was a defining moment musically for me. It was the album that introduced me to metal, and moreover, it is the first album I ever owned due to me receiving it as a Christmas present. Thank you for doing such a wonderful rendition of it and taking me back to a simpler far more care free time in my life. Your cover is also a worthy tribute to the amazing Steve Clark, the lead guitarist for Def Leppard who tragically died only a few years after the release of Hysteria. If there is an afterlife and if he is looking down on your performance, I would like to think he would be smiling.
Well said...all brilliantly put. This too was my first metal album, hard to believe it shared the same space as Debbie Gibson and Kylie Minogue. So glad you brought up Steve Clark. Hysteria is an absolute 10/10 album.
@@LScouser8 Thank you for the generous compliment. It is rare to find an album, nowadays, where EVERY SONG sounds like a top 10 hit. Hysteria was one of those albums. That is a rarity in the modern musical era.

Master ? lol. She is great at what she does, and she enjoys it which is Great, but she is no master. The real masters are non commercialised. Examples are, Paco de lucia,, Paco Pena, Al Di Meola, Sabicas, Vincente Amigo, Tomatito, Ana Vidovic , Grisha Goryachev , Benjamin Woods, Joe Pass, etc ....... All that glitters is not Gold ! Dig deep and you will find the true masters. Don't get fooled by commercialisation. Although I know it's easy to get fooled by it. Shredders are Great , but they are not masters. They take the credit away from the true masters of the guitar , which are way more humble and reserved. They do target a specific audience ( like shredders do )..... I have been playing guitar for 45 years so I know a little bit about guitar playing I think. Well maybe not. lol. P.S. I do enjoy her guitar playing, otherwise I would not be tuning in. She does sound great ! That's my honest opinion. I hope that she does make it big as a shredder or even more. To become a master, classical guitar is the way to go. Your probably looking at a few years of study. Then you have Jazz and Flamenco and anything else.
You have to be a real fan of classic songs like this to play a shred cover like this- another reason it’s always great to see your shred covers! Thank you for doing what you do! Also-Are there any other “old school” bands like Def Leppard you want to/plan to cover?
