Kostakis Keep putting the 200 kg on your back for 5-10 seconds then re-rack for 5 seconds and do that 5-10 times. Get your central nervous system used to the heavy weight.

watch his full warmup before 200kg pause snatch, squat university must not have klokov has no inflexibility anywhere in his frame. the real issues, which squat university must not have been informed of, were his right shoulder injury while attempting to jerk 265-270kg from rack supposedly to best his fathers highest lift, earlier in his career in training and permanently injuring it. his right leg is also the one which is bowlegged. unsure how a lat would be the actual cause for an overhead imbalance in the top lifter of all time

Probably a small muscle imbalance that causes him to push harder with one side versus the other. As far as I can tell, it's probably a shoulder thing where his left shoulder is stronger than his right, causing him to "fail" more towards the right side. It could also be his torso just faces a certain direction (aka twisted spine). Bunch of factors that go into play to make that happen. As far as I can tell, it's probably a shoulder thing where his left shoulder is stronger than his right, causing him to "fail" more towards the right side.
