Bobby did have the right idea of wearing his outdoor hunting outfit when he and Tony went to the Pine Barrens to look for Chris and Paulie. Anyone looking at them would just see them as guys on a simple hunting trip.
“He got so mad…” Tony says, late in Season 6. The way James Gandolfini delivers the line, you can tell that Tony respects Bobby. At the cabin, Tony was super agitated with Janice because she blabbed about the car ride and Liv getting shot through the beehive hairdo.
*I understood why Bobby hit Tony cause he knew that if someone said the same jokes about Carmela in front of Tony drunk or not he would had rip all the teeth and back teeth out a persons mouth if they insulted his wife in front of him AND he wouldn't had stopped hitting them like Bobby did knowing Tony's temper...so bobby was pissed...😂*

Tony did not like at all that Bobby could get into the thing of ours without the burden of whacking somebody, because: -It meant that old man Baccala cared about his son and wanted to spare him the ugliest part of the life, unlike Johny Boy -Bobby had more peace of mind than Tony did, on top of being a man content with his life in general So Tony had to ruin it ASAP
Tony always knew Bobby was a handful physically. When Tony decided to pick a fight with a big guy to reassert dominance over his crew, he looked Bobby (who'd been playing basketball) up an down, then decided to go after the muscle-bound young kid.
As a person that speaks Arabic, I was glad to see this 6:52. I feel like older Italian generations were like us when it comes to stuff like that (Ghayrah).
As much as I love Bobby as a character, and he has a lot of strong points in certain areas he never had the makings of a varsity mobster. I’m actually not kidding about that either, I just couldn’t see Bobby taking the reins & being an effective boss of a family. He’s a good man with a big heart & let’s face it, his demeanor is as soft as his body & there’s no way Bobby could effectively handle going against the likes of Phil Leotardo or Johnny Sack or Richie Aprile. They would eat him alive
Bobby married janice If went to where ever phil leotardo was for an undetermined amount time he would have known there are better looking men then tonys sister
Bobby turned into the mafia’s version of Gary Cooper. The Strong, Silent Type. That’s why Tony gained more respect for him through the seasons.

You know who loved defending his wife's honor? Was Johnny Sac, may he rest in peace.
Bobby’s main problem was his refusal to seriously consider salads.
Before and WAY before.
He dropped a bunch of weight tho...
Why do you look in the mirror something, you insensitive cocksucker! 😗💦

Watching Bobby deck Tony was one of the most satisfying moments of the whole show for me.
Imagine.
Punching that calzone with legs then one week later..
You’re in a conductor’s hat.
Tony was plotting how to punish Bobby while he sat in that chair. "People sit in chairs Jan."

Your analytical skills get more next - level every year. Keep it up skipper
To be honest Bobby was drunk as well so not sure if he would hit Tony if he wasn't drunk.
Exactly. The booze is in the foreground of the entire episode. And it's accurate. When suburban people go to their cottages, they get blotto.

Yeah he definitely misheard that one

Best part of the fight was Tony trying to throw a leg kick 😂
"You Soprano's, You Go Too Far!"
I heard new york buried him on a hill, with pinecones all around
Right by a waterfall, brook and meadow 😅
Great videos, buddy!
if they hadnt been shitfaced tony never would have let it go
Really, Tony was winning the fight with Bobby. It was Carmela jumping on Tony's back that threw him off his game and distracted him.😅

No way could Bobby make his bones without killing someone.
The definition of "making one's bones" in Mobspeak is a guys first murder
Not true. Michael Franzeze never put in work. It's uncommon, but it happens.
Bobby is the type of guy to get made without having killed yet. Respected father and handling Juniors business
I can’t understand how Bobby even got made.

there is no such thing as "sucker" punches in the mafia. thats how you do things. Bobby got him good.
Bobby beat Tony’s ass, and Tony took Bobby’s soul.
