I upgraded from 12PM after 2 and half years to a 15 plus. Luckily thanks to my carrier, I only paid 33 bucks for the phone. I can see a pretty big difference in battery life. Camera is also a lot better. In my opinion the upgrade worth every penny for me.
My carrier T mobile was doing a deal where if you trade in your phone 11pro max and above you get $1000 towards your phone So I trade it mine in and I got the 256gb 15 plus and all I paid was the tax which was 33 bucks.
Sensor size is the same as last year iphone 14 and even 13? "Upscaling" 4 times to 48mp and still the original 12mp setting would be the best outcome as Apple say.

This will be my first upgrade in years, I’m going from an iPhone 11 to the 15 Plus I couldn’t pass on the deal At&t was offering, $290 after taxes and I get to keep my iPhone 11. Patiently waiting for it to be delivered on 1/02/24
I get that 60hz for a lot of people is fine but the point is at this price point it really should be at least 90hz on the lower models…once you have tried faster refresh rates 60hz seems slow and choppy. Some cheap Android phones have 120hz screens so come on Apple catch up please.
I went to Best Buy and got an apple official silicone case for the 14+ in my 15+ fit perfect in it. Speaker holes lined up and all the buttons lined up. Even the employees were shocked. Somehow I got the Apple case for $24.
I LOVE my 14 Plus personally. I upgraded from the XR back in January. The notch doesn’t make it seem less premium to me, especially because it’s much smaller as are the bezels. Viewing and scrolling through content is AMAZING with the screen size and the 2 camera set up still takes amazing photos and videos for most people. The 15 series colors are too washed out to charge people that much money for a pretty much unpigmented slab of aluminum, but that’s just me. I know a lot of people said the 14+ price was too much, but I got it on an incredible deal. $280 for a blue 256 Gb model🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I’m keeping it until the iPhone 18
See you're doing the sensible thing: waiting a long time so that you get a massive upgrade when changing phones! Nothing wrong with getting a 14 plus if you had a XR, that's a great choice. The main thing is, you're happy! 😊
I purchased I phone 15 pro max it’s most useless phone my Colors start fading and whenever I play games for long time phone getting ghost touch and sometimes phone getting switched off they compromised the quality so I have secondary phone iPhone 14 plus believe me iPhone 15 is flop this year don’t invest your money on iPhone 15 models this years I don’t know why they are giving one side reviews on this video when I visited service centre in noida vegas mall people are standing in long queues because they are so many complaints for iPhone 15 models

Also, the iPhone is not leading in quality of screen or camera that would be the Google Pixel 8 and number 1 Samsung 23 ultra. Iphone comes 3rd but all have amazing cameras. If you are a photo and video person always get 256GB or iCloud pay. Do not need iCloud pay with new USB C on 15 easy transfer.
Every year that apple launches a new iPhone, the only one that still keeps the Pro line selling is the one they launch, they stop making all the prior pro's and the stores sell them until the stock is over. I was looking for a brand new 14 pro and I could only found refurbished or new ones but with wireless network operator. So I guess for next year it will be hard for you to find a new 14 pro to buy unless you purchase with wireless network operator.
Yes it takes about 1 hour 30 / 40 minutes to complete a charge with the 300 W charger. The charging times are shown on screen in the video for reference
I doubt it! I always take all the phones around together for photo and video testing. That way I can compare all the models against each other and know they were taken under the exact same conditions. Gives me a direct comparison, you viewers too!

I came from iphone 14 pro max, and it took my a couple of days then my eyes dont notice the missing of 120 hz. Imo the pro models is way to hyped for the average person.
I avoided to buy iPhone for many years now just because of apple's Lacking in Providing basic features...but my biggest led down to ever buy any Apple products was their Port Game...now with USB C i am thinking to buy it. By cropping in on the 48 MP main lens you can achieve an effective 2x zoom with optical quality. No loss for digital zoom since you're focussing on the centre pixels only of a higher resolution image. It's not technically exactly the same as optical zoom, but the quality is essentially the same - and that's why it's distinguished from digital zoom
Get the 15 especially the Plus and don’t waste money on the pros. Yes you get 120hz on the pros and an extra camera but that’s about it. Unless your rich the 15s would be a way better fit

This is actually a really great question. Those scores are for graphics, not the CPU, but your point still stands. Those scores are for the same version of iOS too, so that can't explain it. I actually don't know the exact answer, but I suspect that Apple is doing some things in the software to limit/affect performance. For example the 14 Pros offer ProRes encoding, right? That takes a higher graphical power output to achieve. The 15s don't though. So is Apple restricting the performance of the 15's chip for certain performance tasks? The hardware appears to be exactly the same, but maybe something is happening in the software to affect the performance and therefore explain this difference in the scores 🤷

Do you mean switching from lightning to USB-C? Because, evidently, hundreds of millions of people care about this. That's why the EU, a massive governing body, mandated the change by law. In the interests of people. It's not necessarily about the data transfer either, it's the connector type. One universal cable for all of your tech. And how many times do you use it...? Every day, right? I'm not saying that you personally have to like it or care about it - but it's absolutely a huge upgrade

I got the 15 plus and I am very pleased with it. 60 hz doesn’t seem to matter to me in daily usage. Battery is superb, it is lasted 30-40% at night

Speakers are downgrade as notch is almost gone.That notch was a housing for better punchy speakers.
