Papi you are very welcome here in Canada. One Canadian filmmaker i can think of is Denis Villeneuve known for the current Dune movies and Blade Runner 2049.
Happy Birthday to Tyler! WS has a Canadian owned pizza joint called Zito that has poutine! I love it, but I have to wonder if it's authentic. The gravy is kinda thin but like I'm southern so we like it thick. Haha
Had to look up the difference. These are disco fries in name only, they very much had legit cheese curds on them and qualify as poutine as far as I’m concerned.
While I love deep-fried curds, nothing beats fresh curds and that squeak when you bite into them One good thing about being The Dairy State, is there are so many varieties and places to get, fresh curds. I've had some pretty good Poutine over the years. My only issue is how fast the fries get soggy. Bistro cracks me up *I had to come back. i can't believe I missed another live. Feeling very vexed at the universe right now.😁
The most important part of poutine is the gravy. It needs to be flavorful and there needs to be enough. Can't stand when restaurants get the most basic shit wrong.
Wisconsin cheese curds go back to like 1800s haha, there are different kinds of cheese curds, from all over, not just America and Canada. They are done differently. Wisconsins fried cheese curds are just as “authentic” as Canadian cheese curds or others. Lol.
So apparently it turns out that curds from Canada and Wisconsin only date back to the 50s lol. But cheese curds go back to Ancient Rome. Which is interesting. Can’t believe I looked all this up. Anyways, thanks for another good vid. 😂. HBD, Tyler.
Papi, what’s goin’ on, brodie?! I’m not really a fan of mushrooms, but this looks pretty good! I’ve heard of Poutine before, but never knew what it actually was until this video lol. Good stuff. As for Tyler, I don’t really know who he is, but we have something in common….we’ve both been watching you for years haha
Thanks Papi, appreciate the shoutout. Surreal you got Bistro on the call too.
Happy Birthday Tyler!!🎉
That’s so cool you got a shout out from Papi!
Happy birthday 🎂
Hope it was a good one man 🍻
Classic papi telling the guy you’re wishing happy b-day, “fuck you anyways”. LMAO
Classic Papi
Fun fact, Raw cheese curds squeak! Bistro being a little B was pretty fun too 😂
It’s so satisfying
The curd squeak or your brother being a pansy?!?
I’ll have to try that sometime
I just clicked on this video because I wanted to see papi eat poutine 😂❤
Hope you enjoy my country's favourite dish, Papi.
Happy Birthday, Tyler! Papi, I have never been to Canada, but I have eaten Poutine. And that is some DRY poutine!
Indeed it was…
I love poutine. I love disco fries. Can't get the latter up here, but I definitely get the former.
Looks bussin
Great video KBDProductions!
If it weren’t for this tiny Canada trio I loosely follow I’d have no idea who that is lol

Poutine and Disco Fries are different. I like both, but it depends on where and when I am. 🍟 🧀

@@PapiEats : Exactly. If they squeak, they ain't disco.

But obviously Canada non fried are much better than ours for poutine*.

Glad I could send you down a cheese curd rabbit hole🤣
name a well-known canadian film maker? Easy. James Cameron.

@@PapiEats do you have a favorite movie?
