That is a very good question, my guess is something innocent. Now, I say that because anything pure and innocent in nature can be taken to the gutters in the mind of a jealous person. Everything is amplified to a thousand and things blown out portion to mean what they don't in the eyes of anyone who isn't currently doing the same with their crush.
She had cooked for him. That is something she did because she saw how hard he was working and did it as a gesture of platonic appreciation. However, with an unannounced, clandestine, late-night encounter it looked like a scandalous night. I would have believed the same if positions were reversed. She felt her efforts were meaningless and he was cheating on her :(

The thing is we cannot list out reasons we like someone and why they should be someone we date. Having things in common is a start, not a reason. Her personality, behavior, subtitles, and more don’t do it for him.
The 🥶 🐟 Mizuhara does. Her antihero support gets him. Ruka’s blind support doesn’t.

What is the reason for Funimation and crunchyroll merge
Sony owns both of them, so it makes more sense from a longterm and business standpoint to put all of their content on one platform, rather than maintain both streaming services independently of each other.
As for why Crunchyroll was picked as the survivor, I'd assume because it probably has the more name-brand recognition and such of the two of them.
