I am SO impressed! 72km?! My husband and I just recently did a bunch of walking.... 21,000 steps that equaled like 15km and I was such a baby about it 😂 you’re the real MVP! 🎉 🏆

I would’ve over thought it and then the details would’ve prevented us from really making it happen (like stopping to feed babies, allowing everyone to come because you kept it close to home, etc.). The simple solution is generally best. Way to make it happen!!
You go girl! Not only couldn't I do 100,000 steps with my neuropathy, but here in Arizona at this time of year, it gets too hot to be walking long distances. But when it gets to be autumn or winter I am planning to do 30,000 steps as part of my weight loss rewards (almost 60 lbs. so far) and my family has said they'll walk with me!
I can’t imagine! I think my high is 50K and that was on a long day of travel and sightseeing. I definitely felt it!! I love that you crushed your goal and did it with a group of friends and moms! Women and our bodies are amazing- making all that breast milk while crushing 100K steps! You all are awesome! Congrats on accomplishing your goal!
Dope video!!! I can relate to the 'wall' part of the video, I hit my wall at 80,000 it was a feeling like nothing else I have experienced. Respect to you women for stopping during the challenge the take care of the children! I don't think I would have completed my challenge if I had to also do that!

Not sure how to say this, but... I used your videos, which broke down the FlyLady method, took notes, then went to her page and was totally lost. So, thank you for breaking down her method. I love that you did videos of your babysteps then the decluttering. I have a kind of routine for the daily stuff, but the zones and deeper cleaning were missing. So your videos helped me SO much! And I am going to add in a round of decluttering like yours to help me minimize even more and streamline things. Thank you thank you! Lynne
We are all so proud of you! We have a comedian here that once a year he goes walking different routes and people join him. Is a huge thing. His goal, to raise money for the cancer hospital here in PR. Its been already like 10+years. He has a crew, etc.
Great job! Reminds me of when I was an ICU nurse frequently working 16-hour shifts. My feet would be on fire by the end. Kudos to all of you for sticking it out!
Way to go!!! I would love to just get to 10,000 steps! But, I will say that I have set a small “baby steps” goal for myself to increase my “average steps per day” every month. It has been 5 months and so far so good.

That was amazing, rooting for you the whole way. I don't have a clue how you did it in flip flops but hey it worked for you that's all that matters. I love walking haven't really done much of it in the last 3 1/2 years since my best friend and I walked but she passed away. I always walked in a good pair of tennis shoes. My husband and I used to do walks every year for the March of Dimes that was always fun too.
