I'm gonna keep mentioning it. The intro is too loud, Jordan, compared to the voice audio. Please turn it down a smidge!
Yes! The podcasts are the same way.
You kids get off my lawn, and turn down your loud music *shakes elderly fist* 😂
I'll get to it with the next batch of videos. Wish the 32 people who liked this comment would've commented for the algorithm lol. Sorry about that, y'all.
Amazing video
Couldn’t agree more. Rolling is a total scam.
For the honor. And the algorithm.

What about lax ball and TFL or glute medius. Sometimes they’re tight or have adhesions and tighten the band. So loosening should release tension down stream
Muscle adhesions don't seem to actually exist outside of the post-operative abdominal wall. You can't loosen them with a lax ball and, similar to a foam roller, any sort of trauma to the muscle tissue would be widespread to the area "treated", which also doesn't happen.
@@BarbellMedicine understood. So what’s the mechanism underlying lax balls helping my track boys? They use them on the TFL, IT, and glute med with great success
