Kind of lame that you still have to buy the final pin. Shouldn't they give you one pin for free for spending 60$ on pins already and for completing the whole hunt? I can't imagine giving you one pin for free at the very end would really break Disney's bank
@@BigCheech-wy9os They only add 18% automatically if you're in a group of 5 or more. If she dined on her own, it wouldn't automatically add that 18%. However, you would tip 15-20% at all restaurants anyway.
Doesn’t seem worth the price to me. Especially since it doesn’t seem very well thought out and typo on one of the clue cards (add 2 banshees). You would think it would be put together a bit better for the price. Just my opinion.
EVERYONE LIKE THIS SO TIM CAN SEE last night (Nov 6) a dude on wheel of fortune was talking about his favorite place disney and universal then he was like y'all don't know time tracker !?He goes to all the parks everyday and shows toy everything new ! I thought it was awesome check it out!!
My personal favorite interactive game at Disney World is the Sorcerer card game at Magic Kingdom. It's free, and lots of people are so generous with extra cards, and that makes ME feel generous with my extra cards. I loved just handing out cards to little kids (especially the ones that looked like they were all alone and didn't have any souvenirs, because I knew what it was like to be a little kid and be poor at places like WDW) lol
I remember when I went years back it was a scavenger hunt where you got stamps as your reward, while also doing little challenges or other things. (I don't know if they still have what I'm talking about) EDIT I made a RUclips video of my scavenger hunt from 2011
It is pricey, but we very much enjoyed doing it a Magic Kingdom in 2016 and a few days ago at Animal Kindom. We still wear the lanyard and pins from 2016 and get asked about it all the time from castmembers and guests. We're an hour away and jump at anything new really
Aside from the Banshee typo with the numbers, I'm guessing some of the locations actually had the wrong pins. Remember, it's the pins that direct you to the next location, not the clue.
Great job, Tim. Don't think this will be around long, due to not doing so well, because it's too confusing, too much work, too much back and forth, and WAY to expensive! But bravo to you for having the "stick-to-it-tiveness" to finish for us!! Big hugs, to you, Jenn, and Mr. Bandit!!
Thanks for doing this. Some of us will never do this even if we had the time, so it's neat to see how it worked out for those who did. I'm not surprised that one pin may have a defect in how the clues work. Even when Disney does their best, mistakes are made.
I never knew what PinQuest was about until this video. I've seen the lanyards and pins at the Disney Outlets (I bought one of Brer Rabbit there). I got a kick out of the Dinoland pin clue. The mammoth tooth is listed as from Venice Beach, Florida (the shark tooth capital of the world, and where my mom lives).
My family and I actually went to Animal Kingdom today! We didn't know they had this!! Thank you Tim & Jenn for always showing us the unique side of Disney.
The cost doesn't bother me too much because it is clearly designed for pin people who would pay that much for pins anyway. However, it does bother me how shoddy it is with wrong clues and confusing order of locations. Plus, how is this special in any way? You are sent to souvenir shops to buy pins, which is what people who buy pins do anyway. The only difference is now you have clues to figure out which shop to go to next. Turns out you don't even need to do that correctly to get the pins.
I think the whole pin quest idea would be fun for kids. But the order that they're in and having to go outside the park after you've already been outside and then having to go out again could definitely be improved for sure. And if you're doing that with kids they might get bored quickly? Either way, great video again Tim! :)
I did this on Monday and enjoyed it. However, it was very expensive and kind of annoying to be constantly walking back and forth to get the clues. After going from Pandora (where I started) to Africa, we just went in the order of where we were going next.
Awesome adventure for any pin lover it would be well worth it Congratulations on surpassing 500K subscribers ❤️ Glad I’ve been watching for years now! Have a Relaxing Sunday n Give Bean boo lots of love
Woah! Almost 70 bucks!!, mmmm not sure about the price for it, but it looks a lot FUN!!! What a great video!!! I FOR SURE CAN'T WAIT FOR A NEW PAVILLION TOUR!!! :), see you next time!
We always have fun watching your videos and especially when you do the scavenger hunts. Would have been great if Jen was there with you to help in making sense of some of the confusion about it(since the cast members didn't know).
If I had a kid of the right age I would do this is a heart beat. What a great way to teach about maps and instructions. And things not being quite right, that is a bit of a disappointment, this become less effective to teach and entertain. But if it worked right...it is a great thing for $68 or $80.
Please keep the weather updates coming. I'm already starting to think about what to pack for my trip next month. I've been scouring your videos looking to see if people are wearing jackets or tank tops
I did the PinQuest for MK Dec 2016, and saw this announced, was sad cause I was going to miss it, but I have 1 day at WDW during my Cruise, and after seeing you do it, I know I can squeeze in my Pin Addiction and complete this during my super short trip!! (Which when I did the MK one, it did send me back and forth across the park by design to make it tricky.)
We're visiting FL right now and my kids have totally gotten into pin trading due to your vlogs and how fun you made it. I'm going to show them this as AK is on our list still.
I just don’t get pin collectors that get things just because it’s rare. I like my pins, I buy my pins because they’re pretty and I fancy them. And quite often I’ll pop them into my bags or jean jackets, I certainly wouldn’t spend 80 dollars for only one cool looking pin, that’s 6 to 8 pins, but to each their own I guess

I went to Company D here in socal which is a Disney cast member store and they had the pin quest from disneyland .... Grabbed everything, lanyard and all the pins for about 10$ !! Pretty alright !!! Maybe keep an eye out in the future in these kinda places around you.
Me and my daughter done this last week and had lots of fun. We looked for you and Jen everyday we were at the parks. I have Cancer and your videos really help me get through some dark times. Thank you guys
Tim and Jenn! Did you see Jimmie Allen mention you on Hoda and Kathie Lee! My hairdresser just told me about it and we were both so excited! How cool is that? He seemed like such a nice cool guy too.
AbbyDee1015 He said that he watches Tim’s channel every morning and then he looked at the camera and told Tim that he mentioned him on national tv and Tim should follow him on Twitter 😂 or something like that. I actually didn’t see it on tv, my hairdresser told me about it and we found someone’s clip on Twitter but it wasn’t very clear. I hope someone uploads the Today show episode on RUclips so I can see/hear it better haha because I am also oddly intrigued!
AbbyDee1015 Ok so apparently my hairdresser was confused on who he was watching... it was yesterday and it was a country singer named Jimmie Allen. So that made it easier to find the clip😂😫. Sorry for the misinformation!

Looked like a ton of fun - I was here when they released this but didn’t end up doing it , however 10$ a pin isn’t bad also considering you get to play the game along with it
Hey Tim! I was the cast member you bought the clue card from in Pandora! The one for 2016 I believe ended up being a dollar after the event ended at the Disney character warehouse 😂😂but it’s fun for those who go all the time and adventure
Don’t know why disney brought this back as the one in magic kingdom was obviously not popular cause when I went to WDW in June they were selling off the pins and lanyards in outlet for 2 dollars probably be the same with these pins.
