1.college should have good no of patients and good hospital infrastructure

Do your research before posting such videos. It is highly misleading and you have included some of the non-functional Colleges too. Ujire I think BNYS, No BAMS college. Udupi and Hasana colleges are good.And the ranking is not satisfactory. Even KLE'S Shri BMK Ayurvedic College Belagavi is one of the best college.
