It has been like watching a friend from afar that has been going through some of the same things as you have. It’s been great. The take away for me is to mark, celebrate, and enjoy others transitions. As we all may have the same or similar goals that we are striving for, yet we all hit them at different times. So once again, I celebrate and congratulate you on your 1 year on T! What wonderful changes that you have had. Bringing the physical closer to the man inside. can't believe you can get an appointment to start t so soon in America if i get on the waiting list here in ireland i have to wait at least 2 years and then they could deny if I don't meet the super masc typical guy criteria or if they find out i'm on the autism spectrum -dan
I;m a born male and I get hot flashes from time to time. There is nothing like getting one in the middle of winter driving down the road windows down a/c on full removing you coat sweater shirt thought I was going to need to pull over and roll in the snow btw it was about 20 Fahrenheit out. Went through a spell of them when I was about 22 yrs old and in my late forties Meds cause this last round. So when women talk about hot flashes I can really relate to them.
for your face acne if it’s an issue for you sometimes growing out your beard can really help and on your back it could just mean you’re going to end up hairier there
I wish I remembered when I came out as a male, my parents told me about it and I celebrate it every year with a cake and 1 more candle added every year!

this is so like... wow... i'm happy for u dude!!! i feel jealous though. here in Sweden, where I live, it is a hell of a long process. You have to be in multiple (looong) queues to different therapists, psychologists, gender therapists, doctors etc. You have to go to a gender-"analysis"-team for about a year to get the diagnosis Gender Dysphoria (after a wait of about a year to get to go to the team in the first place). Then, with the diagnosis, you are about.. well, 0,5 to 2 years away from any medical treatment. oh, yeah, you also have to be out to everyone in your life and "Living as" the gender you really are, for AT LEAST one year to be legally allowed to go on any type of hormones. heh i needed I little rant... :) have good day
