@Brian Price what and every guy with the exact same hair cut aren’t clones? You play the hand your dealt. If your going bald growing a beard with a shaved head usually the best option. Besides if we are going for looks women prefer older men on average. Appearing older isn’t necessarily a bad thing. My wife and GF in the past would always get mad when I shaved my beard. I have a baby face so facial hair makes me look older.

Really happy to have found this channel. I was 22 when a modeling agent told me I was going bald - career over before it started. My fears were confirmed and it was devastating to my confidence. I shaved my head this year at 25 after watching your videos and will go into 2020 a confident bald man. Thank you from Denver!

Aydin Ecliptica it’s no longer what I want to do. Kind of like what Harry and these other guys say you reinvent yourself and get a new perspective on life. Im just commenting that the initial blow was pretty dramatic to hear that I was indeed balding
Society puts a lot of effort into hair shaming, the bias is so strong and manipulated by Hollywood etc. if you knew how many celebs are actually bald(ing) and wear some kind of replacement/augmentation you’d be stunned.....it’s so silly too because the top entertainment earners are men with shaved/bald heads! The Rock, Bruce Willis, vin diesel, J-Z, Jason statham Michael Jordan
Now imagine what it feels like when a guy has erection problems. This is why men suffer from depression more because men have alot of stuff to deal with confidence wise.
I'm not balding, but i just wanna say thanks to you're channel my best friend beat the fear of losing hair, he acts like a new person now, happy new year and cheers 🍾
ziiip it can only delay balding lmao you’ll still progressively lose hair, although slower. If Finasteride is the only thing you take to combat hair loss then you’re only delaying the inevitable
What a great video. As a woman with thinning hair, I know what the future holds for me. A couple of years ago I undertook what I'll call a desensitization exercise and used clippers to buzz my hair off completely. At first it was a little strange but then I felt liberated. I have done this a couple of times since. I know that when the loss becomes profound by the time I'm in my 60s, I will be rocking a bald head and not wearing a wig. Kudos to these guys who own their baldness and get on with their lives.
So cool of you to do this, man. Thank you for being a kind guide ushering these men into something that seems simple but is harder than it looks. Thanks for listening to each of their stories and being a friend.
I’m not personally balding but I do find this inspirational as men we go through things that don’t make us feel sexy or adequate as men and there’s not enough support and acceptance like you show to a lot of these men so shout out to you mate❤️
gabe paiz Thank you so much for the support. I totally agree. A large part of this channel is just showing people how much potential they have and give them a healthy reminder that they are made of much more than hair. 👍
My eyes started welling up once the guys reacted to their new looks. These men were clearly so much happier and confident after finally deciding to face their fears and let go of their hair. Kudos!
I went through this on my own at 24 years old (12 years ago). I decided to shave my head and it was incredibly empowering (and terrifying) to take this control over something that felt all-consuming in my life. I instantly felt the weight off my shoulders. It's so empowering to see other men with a similar experience. This was my hurdle to living without caring about what other people think. I did it for me. This channel is a lifeline to normalizing something many men suffer (psychologically) alone.
When i noticed loosing my hair 4 years ago i was 22, it was really devastating, it took me almost 2 years to embrace it and shave it off, it was such a relief, all my confidence issues went away that day, finding out that I'm not the only one that has struggled with this, the feelings and the depression, makes me feel relieved, because is a topic no one speaks about but yet hurts a lot of people around the world and the worst part is going silent and alone with the issue, your job here is wonderful, keep it on!
I love this channel! It is so empowering! I’m a hairstylist and I have seen the nervousness in others and have been asked many times if I thought they were balding/thinning. I always try to share the bright side in shaving if I can and how to gain confidence in other aspects of their style besides their hair. This channel is positive guidance and reaffirmation toward feeling free! No more being tied to the anxiety in having to constantly re-adjust or being worried about how others perceive their thinning. I’ll share this channel with my clients next time it comes up! Thank you for doing this and sharing this content! 💪❤️
This is incredible what you are doing! I have struggled a lot recently with my balding head and seeing these guys going through the same thing and actually looking way better once they just embraced the shaved head look makes me feel better. I have been shaving my head to a 1 for a couple years but always felt so insecure because all my friends have so much hair. I often feel inferior to them or unappealing. This has definitely helped. So thank you!
As a bald man since the age of 22. This warms my heart knowing exactly how they felt and see how much confidence they gained back in themselves. It really is liberating not to care anymore about seeing your hair get thinner and thinner. It's okay to let it go.
I’m not even bald “bald” and I’d do this! I first did this 20 years ago on a dare! Still possess a full head of hair today, and I’m embracing this challenge again! As a person of colour, I’ve worn high top fades, afros, relaxers, texturisers, even spikes-yes spikes (I was black metal head, don’t judge me on that), back to fros again. As I approach 45 later on, I’m once again considering cutting it down again. Mainly because I’m older, and my patience is razor thin when it comes to maintenance. Thankfully my loving wife supports me on this! And I must say that it take courage for a man to embrace baldness be it premature, male-pattern, or in my case, just got tired of dealing with it. Kudos to those in the movement! #MuchRespect BJ
you're doing a really nice thing with this channel making men talk open about a problem many of us deal with alone and in shame. Loved seeing all of them happy!
Hi guys you all look so fabulous. I would just like to add I have been a hairstylist for over 40 years in both ladies and gents hairdressing and in particular, I specialise in alopecia and male pattern baldness clients. Apart from the fact that I think 90% of men look so sexy being bald, whatever their, age, the transformation can be absolutely incredible. For starters, they look younger, at least 10 years younger, more handsome and their self-esteem goes through the roof. They become different people, they have such a confident glow about themselves and so they should, and I am delighted to have been able to encourage them to take it all off. if you will pardon the pun. So for all of you out there considering this transformation just DO IT! you can always grow back what you have if you don't like it, but TRUST ME! you will not want to. xx Good luck everyone.
this shows how everyone can look good bald. so many people often say "oh that looks good on you but my head shape wouldn't work" yet clearly they all look nice
@@morelove619 He wasn't the only one. Multiple people at different times had a laugh. I had a girl come up to me at a college party and asked why i shaved my head. Then she said she wouldn't have shaved my head. That made me take pictures of the back of my head and it;s like andre aggasi's bump in the middle only the left side and the right side are noticeably asymmetrical and bony. Trust me, if people had a choice of head shapes no one would pick what I have. Thankfully I have a pretty good head of hair but I live in fear of losing it and I hate getting haircuts because I hate people touching my head.
I went bald at 26, it was really tough.. especially considering how vain and ‘obsessed’ I was with my hair through my late teens and early 20s so I really get what a lot of the guys in this video are saying, It takes balls to shave your head! I now wet shave mine and I’m pretty happy with the Charles Bronson looks!
I just turned 20 and I went bald 2 months ago because I didn’t like how my air loss made me look since I’m still young. I went through the same emotions as these guys and to see them go through it really made me smile and they actually look way better ! I love your videos hope you’ll continue making some of those
I was lost my hair quite fast, I was contemplating shaving it off for a long time but was afraid what people would say. As soon as I finally did it, I came to realise that nobody really cares if your bald. Everyone has their own issues, some alot bigger than just losing hair..
It takes getting out of your comfort zone and putting yourself out there and vulnerable to realise that but once you realise no one is even slightly bothered about your bald head its a fantastic and free feeling.
i came across your channel a few months ago in late september of last year and watched your videos for some time. i’m in my early 30’s and felt panicky on losing my hair and went to the point of always using castor oil to save my hair for almost everyday. the crown and the front of my hair was worsening and i finally said enough. i went to a local barber and told him to take it all my hair off and straight razor my head after. it took me a minute to get used to not having any hair, but i felt relieved with no more thoughts of losing my hair. i’m fond of being bald now and feel comfortable with my new look. thank you for also being a part of the reason for me to make that best decision. cheers good sir!
Thanks for your work Harry. I am thrilled to see your channel getting the attention it deserves, you have created an inspiring and supportive community. Keep doing you in 2020!
Already decided to shave my head couple of months ago and i been doing it ever since but still I can’t wait to share my story soon! Bald cafe was one of the greatest things I discovered in 2019!
“Embrace it.” “Empowerment.” These phrases really stood out to me. I want to do mine gradually so I went with a 3 guard, but I’m already regretting not going shorter so I’m doing a 2 guard today.
I finally did it. It took me several years to take this step. I started balding when I was 20 (2013) and I tried literally everything to stop it (different shampoos, hair supplements, extremely expensive hair lotions, and minoxidil which made my scalp so itchy, greasy, and caused hair growth there where it really shouldn't be growing haha). I was freaking out and always trying to hide my scalp from light, avoid taking pictures, looking myself in the mirror for hours... I was also ashamed to go to the salon to get my hair done because I could have done it at home with an electric razor. I bought one and cut my hair very short, but still, I was not happy. It took me years to finally accept that I am balding and since 2018 I started to feel better. As time went by, more and more I didn't care. I was actually happy that I don't have to go to the salon and back then I lived in Germany where hairdressers are quite expensive :) Today, I decided to do it. Firstly, I watched your journey and then these guys. I feel very good and can't wait to walk a bit tomorrow just to see how it feels. I strongly encourage other guys not to waste their money on products that don't work. They just make you live in a false hope while you are constantly focused on your scalp and if the product made any progress with hair growth. That is psychologically devastating. In relation to finding partners, no matter whether you are gay or str8, most majority of people don't really care if you got hair or not. For quite some it is a huuge turn on :D Regards from Western Balkan, and stay safe during this pandemic :)
I started going bald in 2009 in 11th grade. In 2019 after using minoxidil, it stopped working. I attempted last summer shaving my head but got nervous. I kept it at a 3 for a while. I realized i looked stupid. On Dec 27, 19, I finally shaved my head and am happy I did it. I've gotten loads of compliments from friends and co workers. They all said I should've done it sooner, and I agree. All in all, I'm glad I did it and anyone balding should as well.
Wow this video made me so happy seeing them smile and being happy after cutting there hair off and they look good ! God Bless in Jesus Christ Name Amen.
I've embraced my baldness and fortunately my head is a perfect shape for shaving. I used to use a clipper, but now I wet shave it every few days. Much better for my mind and body to not be under stress anymore. Thank you for your videos, I feel like part of a community. And all of the guys in the video look better with shaved heads.
Being bald actually lowers stress as well. A couple years back when I was 22, I started to start thinning in the middle of my head. I was stressing because I knew my father had this problem as well at a young age. I did whatever I could to prevent losing more hair. I used remedy’s, try to do surgery and putting hair repair shampoo, even pills but nothing worked . 3 years later which is this year, I finally was like “fuck it” and shaved off all my hair. All that stressing and worry came to an end and now I’m rocking the baldness lol .
I’m 24 and I started balding at 20, I had a motorcycle accident and it took the attention that I had for my hair away. My hair began to start thinning out and it became a real problem for me. I spent about 2 years fighting the balding before I came across your youtube videos, I forget how but honestly man, you’re a top bloke. You helped me see that there is light at the end of the tunnel and I can honestly say that I love myself bald more than I ever did with hair. That emotion has only been achieved with the help of your RUclips account, and I want you to know that you are a great man. Thank you for starting this project, I hope really hope that you continue to inspire people indefinitely.
These videos really are an inspiration to people wanting to shave their head for the first time. One thing I will say that I have noticed after binge watching your videos..... EVERY PERSON that has shaved their head on your videos looks amazing afterwards, every single one! I recently shaved off my thinning hair and I will never look back. The first thing is the shock when looking in the mirror as I was not used to it but that goes away very fast,. I smiled and almost cried as I was so happy that my thinning hair worries had vanished. A day or two later, the pale scalp that had previously been missing out on sunshine had blended in and looked perfectly matched to my face. No more worries, anxiety, shame and whatever else men worry about when it comes to their hair. I would advise anybody to try it. It isn't permanent, so if you don't like it (which you will), it will grow back anyway.
Baldcafe, what you're doing is so simple, yet so eye-opening to the point that you really make a difference for the masses. Not only do you save confidences but also money. I was awakened way before I got sight of your videos but still I appreciate very much where you're coming from.
Honestly this is very inspirational for me since I'm only 18 and I've been losing my hair at what I think is a rapid speed. I've been contemplating on going bald after I finish highschool in a couple months. Thanks to this video showing me how it made these guys feel after they went bald. Definitly made myself feel 10 times better about doing this.

@@feedapony first impression attraction yeah but women care way more about confidence, how you carry yourself, how you interact with others etc way more. The initial attraction just gets your foot in the door. I know so many jacked guys that can’t get a shag cause their looks get them the intro everytime and they have no idea how to close, because they rely on their looks to get female attention. It’s the same in reverse, a lot of women that are 10s are complete airheads with nothing useful to say, they succeed way more than their male counterparts cause men put way more importance on looks and often times if it’s just sex we want, we won’t even care what they have to say 😂

I embraced my balding at 34 when I was going through a very stressful time. My hairline receded big time and had my horse shoe pattern going. Finally I said screw it and shaved it all off. Best feeling ever! It was like I was set free and I met and dated more women than before.

what an awesome video. More men need to see this. For a long time I thought man its just me but this video made me realize a lot of guys are going through the same experience. This deserves millions of views.
Yeah, and I think everybody felt the same way about It. I think we (men) are learning to express our insecurities and be solidary towards one another. When my balding process began, more than 10 years ago, I felt so bad, tried to talk to a friend about it but he just would not understand and even made fun of me. I then felt I was being a drama queen LOL Nowadays I participate in a sort of community (in Brazil) for men and together we learn how to integrate and feel stronger. When we act together as friends and support one another, that's beautiful
It;s not crazy, it's obvious. Shaving makes them look like their not balding anymore, but they're just bald. Of course it looks better which does not change a fact that they would look 100 times better with a head full of hair..

I could write a whole book about my balding process. And I had no one to talk to before shaving and after It. It's nice that you guys did. Male solidarity is beautiful! From Brazil, thanks for the video
Honestly I love this so much more than watching content about minoxidil and stuff, I'm balding slowly and I still have enough to not take this step yet but I hope when the time comes I'm brave enough to do it because it must feel so liberating

This made me smile so much, bald is beautiful! I remember the first time I recommended a guy do this, deployment to Germany, 1998ish. So glad I could tell it was life changing. So much more true and attractive, so much better, so much more confident!
man this video is so fucking inspiring. My hair loss started as a 14 year old but despite the most agressive hair loss stack (I really tried everything: Dutasteride, Topical Fin, Minoxidil oral and topical, RU58841, Nizoral…) and a very expensive hair transplant (I was 21 back than) the mpb pushed forward. My dermatologist couldn’t believe it. But yeah here I am 26yrs old now and after a big depression, dark thoughts, anxiety and loosing so much fucking energy to it I feel to go for a new chapter and start to love myself for what I really am and accept my genetics. Can‘t stand it anymore it consumed me so much it has to end. Thanks baldcafe!

Inspiring mate. I reached out to this guy and he had time for me. The way you put light on this stigma is great. It's a real thing for us men. Hairloss for men is something no one can relate to unless you've been through it or are going through it. Keep speaking up lads.

I"ve been shaving for a while now and the biggest reaction i get is positive and "you're so lucky to have no maintenance hair" but my hair is very dark so if I want it to look clean and tight I have to shave every 2-3 days at the most, and I always shave the day of any "special" work or social event, so while I don't have to spend time styling hair, it does require a commitment to keep up with it. that said, I'm never going back and wouldn't consider any other "remedy" , get rid of your weak hair and make a strong statement! 💪 💪 💪
The whole time I was watching the video I couldn't stop smiling, I felt so happy for these guy finally going through with it and learning to love the new look lol. I'll probably wait another year or two but will definitely join the club too 👍

Life: im going to make you bald
confident men: not if i make myself bald first
Love that.
yeah right it's very confident thing shaving your head after life decided you're going to be bald :)

Da Man ...

Man... What a year it has been. More confidant, more self-improving, and most importantly: a lot more happier. Thank you!
As a man who has been balding for 15 years and feeling horrible about the way I look, thank you for this bit of confidence.
#MuchRespect
BJ
yeah great but guess what, you can aways grow it back. Small detail.
you're doing a really nice thing with this channel making men talk open about a problem many of us deal with alone and in shame. Loved seeing all of them happy!
Thank you 🙏
Hi guys you all look so fabulous.
Thanks for bringing the energy Marie 👏 🤝

I was lost my hair quite fast, I was contemplating shaving it off for a long time but was afraid what people would say. As soon as I finally did it, I came to realise that nobody really cares if your bald. Everyone has their own issues, some alot bigger than just losing hair..
It takes getting out of your comfort zone and putting yourself out there and vulnerable to realise that but once you realise no one is even slightly bothered about your bald head its a fantastic and free feeling.
@terminalcommand It's psychological, your sexual attraction does not come from your hair!
@@paulorlando5877 so not true.
i came across your channel a few months ago in late september of last year and watched your videos for some time. i’m in my early 30’s and felt panicky on losing my hair and went to the point of always using castor oil to save my hair for almost everyday. the crown and the front of my hair was worsening and i finally said enough. i went to a local barber and told him to take it all my hair off and straight razor my head after. it took me a minute to get used to not having any hair, but i felt relieved with no more thoughts of losing my hair. i’m fond of being bald now and feel comfortable with my new look. thank you for also being a part of the reason for me to make that best decision. cheers good sir!
Thanks for your work Harry. I am thrilled to see your channel getting the attention it deserves, you have created an inspiring and supportive community.

William W Thanks for the awesome support. Couldn’t have done it without it. Really looking forward to next year. 🤝
For quite some it is a huuge turn on :D
Regards from Western Balkan, and stay safe during this pandemic :)
pulled the trigger yesterday! feels sooooo great! thanks for giving me the confidence!

Every single one of them looked so much better!!
Of course they looked better since the shaved bald look is better than the comb over but let's be honest a full set of hair is always better

@@peepsqueek923 that's utter rubbish mate. A woman has to be attracted to you in the first place.

Such an incredible video. I had went through the same journey last year at 27 and decided to finally shave my head and it was one of the most freeing things I’ve ever done. And it had the same fears as these other guys and absolutely none of them came true. I never felt like a part of such a community before
Male Hair: "LOL I quit! So long, sucker"
Men: "You can't quit. I FIRE you!" *starts buzzcutter*
Inspiring mate. I reached out to this guy and he had time for me. The way you put light on this stigma is great. It's a real thing for us men. Hairloss for men is something no one can relate to unless you've been through it or are going through it. Keep speaking up lads.
Happy New Years bud!
Thank You! Happy New Year to you!
I just discover your Channel at the right time! Thank you a lot for you awesome work !! I had long hair many years now and i start to be bald so i shaved all my head and now im feeling so good. No more stress and anxiety !!
