    On the day we became champions was the same day as fathers day. Kawhi had lost his father working at a car wash during a young age getting into basketball. I can't imagine what it was like for him to win on that special day. We will always miss you Kawhi. Bless

    I miss watching this team so much. San Antonio Spurs was a masterpiece of basketball 🏀.🎉And Kawhi was unstoppable here. I also remember the great games we had with the Lakers too.

    What's incredible watching this is how perfect Kawhi and Spurs were for each other. You almost get a sense Leonard felt like he belonged in SA. With Tim Duncan's emotionless and quiet personality which could relate to Kawhi, HOF coach in Pop and great teammates - true definition of an ideal team - imagine what sort of dynasty they could have built had it not been for Zaza and Spurs not treating Kawhi the same way Raptors did (doubting his injury). KL is definitely a generational talent.

    I remember the hopeless looking on Miami’s faces when the spurs got rolling. After game 3, they knew they couldn’t touch this team. Kawhi was the x-factor but SA never thought he’d bud at this rate and on that stage. Easily my favorite championship team of any year!

    He progressed as Pop wanted him to progress! Attack when you can and play solid defense as hard as Bowen was to him, gave him the tools to show this is how it's done and make it your own! He's comfortable as a point guard with the ability as a strong foward. He can carry the torch and be awesome against opponents and hopefully bring the other hopefuls that follow his footsteps.
