This is going to sound crazy but I'd like to see the model of what you're actually talking about I noticed you talked a lot about psychology in your videos and dynamics that sort of thing and you talk about personality coming out what exactly is it coming out of is it coming out of the body what do you mean can we have a more visual model of these things so we can get an idea of what you're talking about

Detach your self-worth from what other people think of you. No matter what they think, it's not going to change if you're whole or complete or enough or not because nobody knows you as well as you know yourself. Still be aware of the rules of a social situation and act accordingly based on the social context though
