Gallant won't even be full power until we get the support from 2.5. By that point, the cards from EX8 will be decently priced. So paying that pre-sale price for a base rarity Gallant X is beyond stupid. "A fool and his money are soon parted" is such a true statement.
Idk, I think you could probably run a couple of MameTyra in Dino, especially when promo Rusty comes out. It just having the X Antibody trait means you can use the BT9 X Antibody to get into it, so you only have to have one Ryutaro out. Kinda want to run the X Antibody anyway because of Fortitude so a one or two of the bean dino makes sense. But at that price eh, just run 4 MetalTy and 4 MasterTy. (I got mine at 5 dollars so I can try to be cheeky.)
I play the Dinomon deck and surprisingly enough the mametyranno does not really work! You’d think it would, but in every game I’ve played you use the tamer to skip right past the lvl 5 in terms of combat, and you want either the sec +1 and free pop for ace protection or the metalty for protection next turn. I thought it’d be good but the deck doesn’t play well with it.

Agreed MameTyrna is probably pretty good with the new Rusttyrannomon, and dino in general, definitely worth picking up cheap
