Finally! An artist who works from sketches and doesn't just copy reference photos!! It was hard to tell at some points whether I was watching an artist or a magician...
Beautiful demonstration and insight talk.Tony is a such a wonderful person, spontaneous and funny. I am also impressed he is doing the framing and I tried to get the name of the glass he purchases but the sound is distorted right there. Do you know it?
The pins holding the paper seem to stand away from the surface. I can hitting them with my fingers or palm. He hits them After on. See tape behind is much better.
All the pstels you mentioned are far too expensive for a novice artist. The prices are so ridiculous only rich people can afford them. No wonder your art is excellent!!!
Tony is a legend, the best of the best.
Amazing colors and shapes. Thanks for seeing the freedom of color selections.
Excellent!! I love Tony’s boldness & freshness…really inspiring!!
I love watching, but I also love the sound of the pastel tapping the paper.
Thank you Tony for a wonderful demonstration, love your paintings and your sense of humor.

When you begin the sky, are you using two pastels side by side as the color looks like a light blue and dark blue.

Are they drawing pins you use or magnets ?
