Don’t get a BlendJet! I hated mine. They market them heavily, but if you want to make smoothies with frozen fruit, good luck. I don’t know much about blender-blenders, but my NutriBullet 900 has been going strong for 10 years! It’s awesome for a personal blender and making acai bowls. Not sure if that helps.
Brittany, I loved this review, especially since my new cordless vacuum arrived yesterday! Have you heard of the Lupe vacuum? It's founders are 2 former Dyson employees, and all the parts are replaceable. It rates as high as Dyson vacuums, and is revolutionary in It's sustainability.
Wendy - thanks for writing. I have a question for you, about the Lupe vacuum - can you turn the power ON + it stays on, or do you need to HOLD the button, to vacuum? The Dyson drove me nuts, having to hold the button, as I vacuumed!! I have arthritis in my fingers making it painful, along with being cumbersome.
@@karenkatmom3635 I too have arthritis in my hand, and thank goodness with the Lupe you push a button to turn it on and it stays on! Having to hold a button to vacuum would never work for me either!

Would love to see a comparison between the shark and dyson. Also how the shark performs with the other attachments. Thanks for doing these videos! Super informational and helpful 🥰
Ok, I bought the Shark Vertex at Lowe’s today. It was on sale, $50 off. There is an even newer version than the one Brittany reviewed. It has all the same great features, but also includes the flex wand that not only reaches under furniture.. but also makes it VERY easy to store standing up! Instead of removing the top part, you bend the wand over with the motor attached .. now it’s perfectly balanced and stands up for storage.
This video was great. You did everything that I would want in a vacuum. My Dyson that I spent a lot of money on is not good so I was looking for more affordable. Thank you for doing all the research and testing for us. You are the best Brittany.
Yeah we just got the Dyson about 6 months ago because a friend recommended it and I wasn't aware there were many other cordless vacuums on the market. It was around 500 bucks and it kicks forward crumbs as well as kicking crumbs backward if you lift it up, doesn't have very good suction power, constantly needs to be unclogged even though it's the pet version. I was really let down. When ours dies I definitely will be leaning towards shark.
Finally splurged on the DYSON 11…..my favorite purchase….excels in every area except it does not stand up alone which to me is a non issue. Highly recommend!
Shark user here since 2015. Someone gave me their used one. It works much better than all of my client's vacuums! I'll toss it in my car to take along when I don't have the patience to deal with client's vacuums that don't leave carpets looking any better .
I'm somewhat of a vacuum enthusiast myself and I love that you tested these. Props to you for vacuuming all that time to test the batteries - cardio for the day is done!
Thanks for testing these! I’ve been wanting a cordless vacuum and this was helpful for me. Can you test the cute little handheld vacuums I’ve been seeing people using on cleaning and organizing videos?
Agreed. I’m SO glad I watched this. I have everything else B&D makes (that runs on the 20v battery - even my outdoor tools like a whole 9ft pole saw! - that works great). I’m disappointed but grateful I didn’t spend $200 on this.

You do the most deep dive into products which makes my life so easy. Thank you for everything. Keep up the great work 🥳
My cordless Shark has the bending elbow like the second model and I do use that function. The point you didn't check out was the ability to open and clean the rotary brush and housing when hair wraps around the brush at the tiny wheels. You CAN NOT open it to clean the top clear portion of the brush head that shows the spinning brush. It gets pretty dirty and you can't clean it. You actually must totally disassemble the whole head, there is a video of a man doing just that but it is well beyond most people's abilities and I am very handy. All you can do is open the bottom to clear an obstruction from the mouth.
So grateful for this video! I’ve been waiting to buy a vacuum because of didn’t which would be the best value! Thank you so much for your videos! They are so helpful!!!
I've been watching your channel for 5 years now and this series is one of my favorites you do on your channel! You have great info and give customers a great idea of the products' pros and cons. You should attempt to find the best robot vacuum next!
I absolutely love these testing videos! I'd love to see Upright CORDED vacuums next! This is often my favorite style of vacuum but finding a reliable, affordable one that doesn't break down is always a struggle for me!!
I love these test battles. Shark was the clear winner, the others couldn’t even compete. Maybe next you could do a hair straightener test or maybe a foundation battle. I’m always looking for a good foundation.

I have a different model of a Shark vacuum. I do really like it, the only negative thing is when vacuuming against walls it does not all the way against the trim and can leave a line of dust. Decently priced for the quality. Shark runs Sales all the time too
I can't believe this but every Friday I've found myself watching the RUclips channel Vacuum Wars🤣. Honestly if the guy that had a cleaning business prefers Shark over Dyson, I saved myself a ton of money and bought the Shark Rotator and about to upgrade to the self cleaning brush roll feature that didn't exist before I bought mine🙌. Next up choosing a robo-vac because he's done extensive reviews on those too and roomba brand just ain't it.😳
You must’ve been reading my mind! My cordless just stopped charging. And of course I tried to buy a replacement battery and it’s not available. And my plug in vacuum is a Shark too. I love it! The only downside is the cord. I’ve never owned a Dyson ANYTHING. I’d rather go on a weekend away with my husband for 6-700 dollars! So I want good and reliable and long lasting without breaking the bank. So I do think my replacement will be the shark you showed. I know you’re just as picky and OCD as I am and I trust your judgement! Please continue doing these types of comparisons! I need a new toaster too! And some are so cute, but the prices go from $20 to $100. So that might be an idea for an upcoming challenge? I also need a new knife set, for preparing food and I also need new steak knives. I don’t even know how old ours are. So any recommendations on a brand that’s the best bang for the buck, would be awesome. And one last suggestion. I want a curling iron that will actually curl my hair, and leave it with a curl that lasts longer than 10-15 minutes. My pandemic hair is soooo long, it’s about mid booty. (No I’m not going to leave it that way.) But it’s usually long like yours and thick. I’ve tried so many and none of them work. I do have electric rollers (showing my age now) and they will work, but it’s not the look I want….too big and bouncy. So there’s some ideas. I hope you linked the vacuum. Take care, and have a great weekend everyone!
I recently purchased the cordless shark pet pro with multi flex wand. I love it. I have a husky and it gets all of her hair with ease and picks up large debris. It's a little cheaper then the one you showed at $270. And since Walmart often has sales you can get it even cheaper (I got mine for $190).
I have a Dyson and loved it the first two years; it only held a 30-minute charge, but it was a strong charge. Now it keeps dying on me after just a few minutes. So I don’t know what to think.
I find the best Dyson is the canister with power head . After over 20 years of professionally cleaning I have found no single vacuum head that cleans both hardwood and carpet surfaces effectively . For me the Miele canister vacuum with a power head for carpets and a hardwood attachment for wood , tile etc is the best. No bags are good for the environment. Bags are the cleanest way to deal with a full vacuum.
Great video, thank you! Ideas for test battles: coffee makers ( pots and individual cups), steam mops, air fryers, cookware, instant pots, car vacuums, travel mugs, slow cookers and multi- cookers, grill pans( indoor grilling), laundry stain removers and whiteners, clothing steamers, hot water pots (tea, etc),vacuum sealers,toasters/toaster ovens, blenders. Thank you for all you do for us!!
I have owned many Sharks (and still do), they are by FAR the BEST vacuums out there. The only reason I've had so many of them, is not because they broke down, I just have a vacuum problem, and every time they come out with a new one, I had to get it. Although, I don't have their cordless version. So, happy to see this review. Now, I can feel confident in getting the cordless version. Thank you Brittany!!! ❤️😊❤️
Thank you for testing this! Some of us just can’t afford to buy something that’s just not going to perform. So I’m so thankful for you 💕 I think you should test those fancy vacuums that mop and vacuum at the same time 😂 I would appreciate it that a lot!!!!
Thank you so much for doing this video! I have a shark lift away I absolutely LOVE it but there are two things about it that I think are important to note. The first is there are two settings one for Bare floor and the second for carpet . I didn't realize that at first and using the second setting for everything. It would literally just kick everything back at me when on the hardwood. However, if I use it on the first setting it works amazing bare floor. The second thing to note is that when you empty the dust cup it doesn't all come out the bottom but there is another button to empty the top . You flip it over push that button and it all comes out. I had a Dyson cordless previously and I just wasn't happy with the run time. Everything else was great but if I can't do all my vacuuming... I have noticed the cords on vacuums seem to be getting shorter and shorter. I think I'll be getting a shark cordless after watching your video so thank you!!
I haven’t had luck with shark vacuum products. Both died within the first two months of purchasing. The customer service is good as they replaced the both products without issue. I really wanted the black and decker to be the best, I like the stand up feature.
Shark gets the very tiny pieces of dust so is really important to mantain the filters clean. I've been working with mine for years now and it works just fine. Both the stick and the regular one.
Perfect timing, I got the winner of your last vacuum battle the Moosoo I think it’s called. I still have it but it only runs a few minutes at a time before shutting down. Would love to see an update if you kept using yours over the years. I think I may have done something wrong with mine.
I bought one after that video too and mine no longer holds a charge nor does the charge work anymore. I bought a Shark Vertex a few months ago. Way better cordless.
This video came at a perfect time!! I literally just thought of finally investing in a good, cordless vacuum. Thank youuu so much for your thorough and honest review (as always)! 🙏❤️ And happy upcoming Birthday!! :D
Love these type of videos, I’ve been researching myself but I agree it’s hard to believe the reviews sometimes. This was very helpful👍👍can you do one on blenders especially ones that can crush ice🌸🌸
Thanks for the comparisons! However, I don’t plan to buy a Shark product ever again. I bought some kind of bagless, stick Shark vacuum years ago to pick up litter in one bathroom. After a month or two, I accidentally dumped dusting powder on the floor. The Shark blew the powder more than sucking it and, basically, stopped sucking to any degree. I phoned the company and their rep suggested I replace the THREE filters. I told her I thought that spending money on it after such a short time was unacceptable (how did I even know that would work or last?). She said there was nothing she could do-horrible customer service. I returned it to Publix for a full refund. The silicone “brush” roll seems like a GREAT idea! I’ve had to take a seam ripper to get all of the pet and human hair out of a brush roll. It shouldn’t take longer to clean the vacuum than to use it.
This was so helpful! Thank youuu. Would you please consider doing a ‘best car phone mount’ video soon? I’ve tried so many and can’t find one that works well.
LOVE nerding out over cleaning tools! 🤓 I love my Shark 🥰 Thanks for taking the time to research these, buy them, and test them, Brittany! I know you reviewed floor steamers. Did you review handheld steamers yet? If not, I think that would be great! Thanks again! ❤❤❤
Doesn’t Shark Steamer upright have one that you pull out for hand held? I think it is currently running as a special with the vacuum.if you donl like the vacuum, you can keep the steamer.
If you were “needing out” you wouldn’t buy a shark..you’d buy a corded bagged machine knowing that they are superior in every way. Don’t let me stop you tho…you’re a nerd after all
Perfect timing!! I need to buy a cordless vacuum and needed to compare. Your word is good as gold! I would appreciate it if you could compare humidifiers next. I need to buy one for my 7yr old. Thanks 💖
Thank you!!! My husband literally told me today we needed to replace our dyson asap. And I told him I was waiting for this video. Thank you again! Love all your recommendations! Zelle37
If you don't mind having a cord I bought this vacuum in 2016 and it's still going strong with two VERY furry dogs -> Miele 41GFE036USA Complete C3 Calima Canister Vacuum, Canary Yellow. I use it on laminate flooring, tile, and carpet with no problems. You occasionally have to clean out the head but I think that's pretty typical with having hair balls go through it everyday.
Thank you for testing the vacuums for us. I would suggest that you hold the canister much closer to the trash bin to empty them. The way you are doing it you are allowing trash to go all over the place. I would also suggest that you get a paper towel to cover your hand if you have to reach inside the canister and/or use a old pencil or pen to move around inside the canister to clean it out.
I have [2] Husky’s so hair issues is my biggest nemesis! We vacuum 2x/day and it still looks like the Wild West around here! We have a Shark but I’ve been wanting to upgrade to the “power fins” so this really helps! Just need to part with the money now and order it
A few weeks ago I purchased a Hart brand cordless stick vacuum from Walmart on sale for $100. It's working good so far. This is my first cordless stick vacuum so I have nothing to compare it to. I will never go back to a vacuum with a cord. I have LVT flooring that is gray and it really camouflages the dirt so I find it really helpful to vacuum in the dark (my vacuum has a light). This way I can see all the dust and hair I can't see with the light on.
Thanks Brittany! I just ordered a shark, as my Dyson died .. the I got has a removable battery.. because what always dies, the battery., so I can have a spare . You definitely helped reinforce my decision! Thanks luv ❤
Thank You Brittany!!! I was just talking to a friend about looking into getting a Cordless Vacuum so this video was right on time. Happy Birthday! Enjoy Your Day!
Idk what it is about a head to head appliance review that excites me so much! Loved this vid and was really surprised by the results! I didn't even know shark made a stick vacuum!
You even read the manuals?! You are hardcore! Thanks for taking the time! Hopefully will save people time and money, so WAY TO BE! THANKS AGAIN! SHOOK by how well the Shark worked. Exciting! I would love a hand, portable vacuum test or a wet/dry vac test... because children. ❤
I’ve never had a shark cordless vacuum but I love their corded vacuums. If you have allergies the shark vacuums really help. They make good light vacuums.
Thank you for making this video! 💕 in need of a vacuum mine is horrible! Perhaps you can do a Blender Battle video? The Vitamix is out of the budget for most, hopefully you will find a dupe or something remotely close 🥰
Thanks for testing all of these cordless vacuums...I need one of these so I don't have to drag it my regular vacuum for quick clean ups. .My other two vacuums are Sharks, they do make a great vacuum. I love all of your videos!
Great video. I would love to see a comparison of dryer vent vacuum attachments. I want to be able to vacuum/clean out the vent space for the filter in my dryer. There is always some lint in it. I know there are specialty hand-held vacuums for that but also attachments for regular vacuums. SO it would be interesting to see how they compare to each other...
I would love to see a comparison on razors. I know you were using Billie but they changed the blades so I would like to see an update. Basically, what is the best most affordable razor (whether it says it is for me or not). I’ve been using the Schick Intuition for a while and love the moisturizing bar but I feel like they don’t last long and I spend a fortune on razors!!! Help is much appreciated!!!
Good video Brittany, very thorough. An FYI for you is that the Shark vacuum can stand up on it's own, you just have to remove the head of it from the stick handle (easy, just one click) & then place it on the base (there is a plastic clip there to hold it in place)
I bought a black & decker stick vacuum a few years back. I had nothing but issues with it from taking it out of the box. It recently went in the trash. I finally gave up on it. I have an Electrolux canister vacuum that I love. It isn’t cordless, BUT the suction is great, it’s bagless, and It’s easy to maneuver imo.
I don't see how or where to get the $120 off?! Please explain what I need to do. I have gone to your Amazon site and added the Shark cordless vacuum to my cart but it's coming up as $395
Brittany, my girl, the last two vacuums I've bought have been the winners from these vacuum battles! 🤣 I LOOOOOOVE the Shark, I used it for the first time today... and I vacuum a lot... but seeing how much it sucked up BLEW MY MIND! I was like "am I actually a super dirty person?!" 😅😅
Helpful video. It might help to tap on the bins before opening to let the dirt fall into the garbage. Of course you held the bins up higher than needed so that we could see them empty out. Such a trooper to breathe in all that white powder! 🤗
This is such an amazing video Brittany, very informative! I just did a long distance move & the movers destroyed my vacuum cleaner, I was sick about it... Ideas for test battles: coffee makers ( pots and individual cups), steam mops, air fryers, cookware, instant pots, car vacuums, travel mugs, slow cookers and multi- cookers, grill pans( indoor grilling), laundry stain removers and whiteners, clothing steamers, hot water pots (tea, etc),vacuum sealers,toasters/toaster ovens, blenders. Thank you for all you do for us!!
SHARK VS DYSON VS TINECO Upright vacuums - & cordless would be greatly appreciated 🙏
Perfect timing for this video. I have been shopping for a cordless vac. I was overwhelmed with the choices
Thank you so much for these videos. You save us all the headache of buying vacuums and not liking and returning.
This was so interesting! I believe those silicone rollers really help the Shark. Keep up these great comparisons!
great video, the next topic i would love to see is the best way to dust, i hate dusting and would love it to be faster and easier
Love these kind of practical videos and definitely in the market for a new one! Use ours EVERYDAY with toddlers! 🤪
I have never had a cordless vacuum! Thank you for this 😊 Now I know what to get once I save up 🙏🏼
PLEASE do blenders! I love how much research you do for these videos! I need a vacuum and this was perfect !
Thank you, great review, shark was bigger than expected. so good to see size in the video but nice to see it was so useful.
Thanks Brittany! I just ordered a shark, as my Dyson died .. the I got has a removable battery.. because what always dies, the battery., so I can have a spare . You definitely helped reinforce my decision! Thanks luv ❤
OMG this is right in time! I’ve been pricing these. So nice to see them I’m action! Thank you!!!!
The shark one sounds pretty good. I'd love to see you test video doorbells. Thanks for sharing.
You're one of the hardest working women I've ever seen! Talk about attention to detail! Can you test the best blenders next?
Great video once again!! I love my shark too but i use the cord one. Love that shark uses silicon bristles and hair do not get stuck in them.
THANK YOU! I literally bought my last vacuum after your review! You are amazing! Thank you so much! I hope you will also be live on prime day!
I’ve never had a shark cordless vacuum but I love their corded vacuums. If you have allergies the shark vacuums really help. They make good light vacuums.
You reading the manuals is how I know you take this seriously!! Love it
you are seriously amazing! hardworking lady and momma and wife! you are a joy
thank you for all you do for us viewers. ❤
Omg yessss!!! Been dying to know which ones are the best!! I have such a hard time with my corded one! Best content hehe 💕💕🥺
I know your pool is under construction but in the future would love a video maybe about best pool skimmers/cleaners! It’s so hard to settle on one!
Shark cordless vacuum has caught my eye for awhile, and I think I’m sold.
Can you do wet/dry vacuum review?
I would love to see a comparison on razors. I know you were using Billie but they changed the blades so I would like to see an update. Basically, what is the best most affordable razor (whether it says it is for me or not). I’ve been using the Schick Intuition for a while and love the moisturizing bar but I feel like they don’t last long and I spend a fortune on razors!!! Help is much appreciated!!!
We switched to a Shark last year after buying 2 Dysons in a row. Not cordless, just your standard vac, and it is surprisingly good.
Fantastic video!!! Thank you so much!! I purchased the Shark, cannot wait to get it! Love love your channel💗💗
I am glad you do these reviews... that way I don't have to. 😉 Maybe different types of air fryers. Great video!
I bought the vacuum you recommended last year and I still like it.
Maybe you can review mops next!
Amazing video as always 💕 I would like to see you review different portable A/C 😊
I loved this review! We’re moving soon and I want to get a cordless vacuum-this was so helpful! Can you do a best carpet cleaner review next?
Cordless vacuum sounds like a must in my household. 2 dogs and a 6 month old!! Love your videos Brittany!!
I've been on the hunt for a new one, it takes time to do all the research do this so helpful. My last one was a shark so this demo was great for me to see! Thanks Brittany for always being so thorough on your demos!
Hi Brittany - can you please test kitchen blenders next? I’m in desperate need of one after using my Ninja Kitchen Pro for a year, and the motor died!
Thank you so much for these videos! I'm actually looking for a new one right now as my Dyson is acting up and just like you said it happened after the 2 year warranty was over 🙁 this video was do helpful
Wow Brittany,
You did a very thorough test on these vacuums.
Consumer reports should hire you😋
I’ve had several dysons as well, We purchased them from Costco because they are so easy to return and exchange there or they just give you your money back. Just FYI. great review thanks I was changed three Dysons!
What a cute little window/door beside your fireplace. What is it used for?
Loved this idea! I’d love to see the shark to against the cordless Dyson! I have a Dyson, but am looking to get another cordless so I’d be curious to know if the shark is better than my Dyson.
Perfect timing of this as I'm shopping around for a cordless vacuum now. 😊
I bought the shark from Costco . I have a pet and wooden floors as well as stairs . I absolutely love it! Weighs nothing . Cleans well . Your video encouraged me to go source one. It’s not cordless but it’s great .
I absolutely love it!!
I need a Shark vacuum STAT! 🤩 You've never steered me wrong Brittany, and I've purched a ton of your recommendations!!! Also, Happy birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉
What about next a straightener comparison! That would be interesting to see!
