Great video and an easy-to-understand tutorial! I look forward to watching more. I want to use Google more effectively, I just want to share my experience so far. It's easy when you just fit into Google. I have offered two different category services, mentoring and hiking, that overlap but have different customers, so I initially send customers to direct landing pages rather than my site. My customers are either teens who don't leave reviews or several people with disabilities whom I have worked with for over a year or two. It's too personal to leave reviews, which I respect; I wouldn't want to either. I am already busy and I just want to raise my profile.
Art the tip still the same since things moved to what’s called google business profile?
I'm unclear about the strategy mentioned in step three regarding using a co-working space for your business address. As an example, let's say I'm a dentist with a practice in a suburban area, and I aim to appear in Google Maps results for city residents. This way, I can broaden my patient base beyond the suburb. I'd appreciate clarification on how this strategy works.
Good video. Although, adding keywords to your business description doesn't help you to rank. There have been several studies that prove this
His second tip be very careful if your company's branding, stationary and website are not using that keyword you cannot use it in the listing it will get your listing suspended if your service is called Big Mike's Gardening and Landscaping on the website and if you have a registered LLC you can use those keywords, if it's called Big Mike's in your logo website and actual company name and if you use those keywords that will get your listing suspended other than that spot on advice this is exactly what you should do

I build websites for local businesses and a lot of them don't have a physical location that are service businesses. Examples: Pressure Washers, Remodelers, Painters. What do you do for the place of business on the maps for google my business? Right now just have the areas they serve but no physical location. What would you suggest to do for their businesses?
I would list their business as a service area rather than a physical location. Google gives you around 20 service areas but I wouldn’t stuff all of them, just use the few most relevant areas you service. Google will generally require an address to verify the business. I would make this address wherever their “office” is. Often that is their home. It’s best if the office can be in the city limits they are looking to do business in. Hope that helps!

Duplicate business creation from same geographical location blocked original business from showing on keyword search.
Now two days before duplicate business removed. Now original business appear if map is enlarged enlarged again and again.But business name not appearing and map doesnot bring instantly business.How long will it take for the original business to appear on keyword search after removal of duplicate business??

What page do you link your GMB to? I have a local service company. My home page targets a specific keyword, I feel it may be better to create a city page to link my gmb to. My address is in a suburb, so do I link the GMB to the suburb city page, or the actual big city page that is 15 miles away? Does a GMB landing page need to briefly cover all the info covered in the GMB listing, like the categories, services, locations?

Do you have to have your house pinned on google maps? I don’t want to let thieves know i have lawn equipment hiding on my property? I don’t have a business location elsewhere. Does it hurt you to not have it pinned?

The business description on GBP has zero impact on rankings / seo. Geo tagged photos have zero impact on rankings. This has been proven time and again.
If your company is who I think it is, I absolutely love (and hate for personal competitive reasons) your site. Been evolving from messy snowflakes in the background to a real solid site that probably is going to be number one eventually. I'm curious what your thoughts on service area vs office location are with someone of your experience.
If you are a service business and don’t service people at your location I would go with service area. Just be aware that even if you put a large service area, google is still going to mainly just show you to searchers who are closest in proximity to the address you use for verification.
How do I choose my business address if I’m doing it virtual
I'm interested in learning how you structure your website to target different geographical areas. Do you have geo specific pages or sites?
I have one site with separate pages for each location we service.
2:00 'Optimize for your business name.' My wife's business name and URL are slightly different. Does it make a difference? The URL is more descriptive by one word.
Google says to use your businesses “real name” as it is shown on your business signage and branding. I’m not 100% sure if a URL qualifies but if you want to be safe I would just stick with whatever is on your wife’s logo and branding.

sir geo tag doesnt work anymore and the things with matter in Google Business Profile is optimised business name , centalised address and attributes and reviews and daily activity for both buisiness owner and customers end i.e posting photos

Thanks for subscribing! We write separate and in depth pages for each service we offer and location, which brings in lots of targeted and niche traffic. Multiple GMB locations is harder. They can all be classified as “service areas” but each one has to be verified with a business office or location that is “staffed during business hours” according to Google.

I will plan to make an SEO "search engine optimization" for beginners video. Your website likely won't rank when first staring out so this Google Business listing is what will show up in google in the beginning.

Do you create the website yourself or who do you recomend getting a website from?
I have always built my sites myself on Wordpress. Lots of learning from mistakes. If I ever need help or advice I generally look for a small local company or individual in my town who does web development. Haven’t had the best experiences with large companies and places like Upwork have been hit or miss for me. Hope that helps.

Geo tagging has been completely disproven as a Local SEO factor. Waste of time.

I believe the geotagging works as in where the review was posted from. If it’s posted in city name a,b,c and d by the customer using a pressure washing business, it helps
