Was and is the epitome of sexy. As an actor PMG played Starsky as such a well rounded character. He gave his character real depth. I just love all the small gestures he gave the character. Whether it was how he held the phone, or closed a door or licked his fingers after eating. Each slight move was calculated to give maximum effect. The guy knew what he was about. Now in 2020 Paul is an artist with, of course, his own way of seeing a scene. So much talent!

Paul said in an interview he only read for the pilot for starsky & hutch because he didn’t think the network would buy the series and he need film on himself sow he went too audition for the part he was the last actor too read for the part they found him asleep on the floor and he had some walnuts in his pocket and he started cracking them and eating them while he was reading his lines that’s why in the pilot when he and hutch are doing the bar scene with fat Rollie he gets a hand full off peanuts off the bar and starts eating them .he was a great director some off the best episode off s&h are the ones he directed he had a unique style .he directed 4 episodes blood bath ,deck watch ballad for a blue lady and the finale episode sweet revenge which was the conclusion too the three part episode targets with out a badge,👍
