The transmission on my 2020 started slipping a year ago and it was well under 100 thousand miles. Ford or other mechanics were never able to identify the problem because there was no engine light indicating a problem, and no codes showed up on the diagnostic test🤔
Worst car I ever owned...bought a brand new 2020 Ford Fusion SE & put every mile on it myself & @ 48,000 miles, it started having electrical issues (once you start having them, you never get rid of them). I just traded it in this week with 53,000 miles on it & still had 3 years left to pay on it. Luckily the non Ford dealership that I traded it in to gave me a good price for it, that allowed me to pay it off, have money to put down on another car (not a Ford) & still be able to put money in my pocket. Will never buy another Ford again!!! I owned 3 Ford Fusions 2010, 2015 & 2020 & both my dad & Grandpa worked for Ford (I owned 5 Fords total during my lifetime).
I have a 2018 Fusion SE 1.5 Ecoboost. Love it!
