As a somewhat home-bound individual taking care of an elderly father, I really appreciate the exotic and excitement that you bring in your videos. Good work!
Yes. After hours of editing this and watching it over and over again, there’s still so many things that I would’ve liked to have added, and I’ve thought of now, but the video would just be too long. As I did mention though there are just so many small little details that they do or don’t that really make up why people have such great memories. It’s just a very seamless wonderful experience.
First time watching your video. I agreed that Singapore airlines is one of the best airlines in the world, whether you fly economy, premium economy, business or first class.
@@horus808 Absolutely not. Many others I could have taken were more money with way less service. Pricing fluctuates. At the time this ticket was around 5k round trip.
Awesome review! Will be taking this same route to SIN in business class very soon. I will make sure to have plenty of appetite to enjoy all the dishes you mentioned. Can't wait. Thank so much for sharing!
Love it. Thank you for a wonderful review. My husband and I will be taking Singapore Airlines Business class to the Philippines this year. My husband will bring his appetite.
A very well done trip report! Thank you for sharing. I’ve flown SQ business class for a few times and this video does an absolutely nice job to refresh those memories. Sophisticated service and quality indeed! I really enjoyed your style of presenting. Great work!
Thank-you. Even though it was my first time with SQ, I’ve flown a lot of business class flights. Do you think the video is a fairly accurate assessment? Do you mind if I ask how you found this video? Thanks Miko🙏
@@EverydayReviews2022 absolutely man, their level of courteous service and professionalism is unmatched in my opinion. The way you have different cameras and angles were successfully captured that part better. Your trip report was featured on my home landing, that’s how I found it :)
I appreciate your very timely production. On the same flight later this week. Even booked the same cook for the BBQ Pork Noodles & Lobster Thermidor exiting Singapore. Picked up some informative facts especially relating to the stopover at Narita. Can't wait to enjoy the same experience as you. Thanks for the great preview.
I flew the same LAX-NRT-SIN itinerary in August and booked it again for February 2024 because it was that good vs the direct nonstop. Only slight is after having the Lobster Thermidor twice now, it seems that the novelty of having lobster on a plane exceeds the actual taste and texture of the dish, as the lobster gets heated up twice before it gets to you. That aside, everything else is fantastic. The book the cook veal chop and chicken katsu sandwich snack out of LAX was superb. In the NRT ANA lounge I would definitely recommend going to the made to order counter for the curry rice and then go to the buffet station to put their chicken karaage on top… very tasty. Going to try that BBQ pork and wonton noodles on the next flight…!
@@michaelyip5290 I didn’t want to eat too much since I knew I’d be eating again so shortly after take off. How full were you on the flight? I was stuffed! Initially I didn’t order the lobster but then figured I should try. So many options that you could fly this route regularly and not get sick of the menu.
I completely agree. It’s the food options that win me over vs Korean Airlines, Asiana and the rest of Star Alliance. I have a big appetite when the food is good. SQ’s flight crew are the best. Even with book the cook already reserved… I asked if I could also try the inflight meal at the same time. The flight attendant didn’t flinch or hesitate… just immediately with a big smile and said ‘of course.. I’ll heat them up at the same time’… gotta love SQ…!
Looking forward for our December trip LAX NRT SIN and BLR to enjoy the flight and the meals they have served in this video I love European red wine along with my meals as I do in California
Wow, Brian - professional-grade video content. After the 3 years of hiatus, I am also starting to travel. Since the end of last year, I have flown with 5 different airlines. (All Business) ANA - the best airline, fine tatami mat on the bed, great foods, temp and air circulations are perfect Korean - You fly this airline for flight attendants Asiana - Also for some Flight Attendants Singapore - Food and drinks, overall, very good (planes are a bit getting old) Lufthansa- good, can't complaint Cathay - if you are not white, try other airlines.
how did you book the bulkhead? I am flying the 777-300ER, same route, but all the seats with bulkhead were blocked! Tried to call, and they noted to make the seat change at check in... I assume it will be taken by then!
Many thanks for a really informative video, you make watching these a pleasure and not a yawn fest. My young lady and i are in the depths of trying to make a decision on a business class return LHR-MEL. We have a choice of A350’s, 777’s or a380’s, the legroom is important to me as i’m just under 6ft and I’m concerned about some reviews stating there’s not a lot of room with the bed flat, in your opinion am i better going with a middle seat rather than a window, and are there differences between the different aircraft? I’ve seen videos on SIA that say they don’t make your bed up for you, I’m assuming from your video this is not the case on a flight of over 22 hours? Finally, and thank you so much for your time, sadly i have a nut allergy, when pre booking my meals are you aware of being able to tailor your menu owing to the many different allergies and intolerances we have nowadays. Thank you so much 🙏 👍
Yes you can order according to your allergies. They have amazing selections, not sure about out of LHR though. In general for their cabins from what I hear and have experienced, middle seats in biz have more room plus a better layout.
Hi I was interested in your video as I am planning a trip with Singapore Airlines next year to Singapore and Australia and was wanting to know if the upgrade from premium economy to Business class was worth it baring in mind that the flight from London to Singapore will be an overnight flight I think having seen your video I think it might be worth it
That food looks incredible and the service looks great. I am old enough and lucky enough to have flow British Airways back in the glory days before the TSA existed and you could eat real meals with a real knife and fork. Sigh
First time on your channel and viewing your lounge scenes now. Please pan SLOWER, almost a still shot so viewers can actually see and take in the ambience without having to pause again and again. 4:51, not sure why you thought it was a good idea to take the viewers for "a spin", but all it did was made me nauseous. If you had to do it, at LEAST do it VERY slowly. It felt like a sickie ride at the fair. 🤢😱
They don’t fly out of YVR anymore but for a long trip like this I’d have no issue connecting through SEA or LAX. The journey almost felt like no time at all. I think I gained 3 lbs just from the flight 😂
If you would like to fly SIA out of America you should probably use Alaska airlines a great parter from Toronto to Seattle, Los Angeles, Sam Francisco or Vancouver then on to Singapore
Before the pandemic, I have flown with different airlines, I found that SIA treats foreigners better than overseas returning Singaporeans on First Class and Business Class. So why paid $12,000 for First class or $8,000 for Business class for a flight of about 12-14 hours. Save $12,000 and treat yourself with friends in a local Singapore restaurant. That's my opinion !!
Those flight attendants are classy and stunning. A far cry from what we get on US Airlines
As a somewhat home-bound individual taking care of an elderly father, I really appreciate the exotic and excitement that you bring in your videos. Good work!
Thank-you and hope you can experience it a little at least through my lens when you can't travel at this time.
And THAT, Brian, is why SQ CONTINUALLY ranks in the top 3 for the past 25 years 😉👍🏻

Welcome aboard!
Singapore Airlines is unmatched. There’s no other airline in the world like them.
So far I agree but I haven’t tried a lot of other premium carriers.
Well they’re one of the most expensive airlines tho. So they should deliver

Great review! Seems like the product is just as good as ANA
I haven’t had the chance to fly with ANA but I hear the hard product might be better. The service and attention to detail with SIN is so amazing.
This is how business class seats should be not the uncomfortable ones in the A350

is it possible to order more lobster? like you did with the skewers? ive never done business class, is that okay to order more entrees? thank you
These items were ordered beforehand so I doubt they would have too many extras. There are many other items you can eat anytime though
The food was really fine dining!
It sure was 👍
How did you book the bulkhead seat?
I just looked when I was checking in and they were available.
That ebi tempura looks super legit considering its airplane food quality
It was!
Is the screen at a higher eye level than non-bulkhead?

Emirates shower beats every flight I have ever flown. Bed very soft, privacy with a door!
That's first class though, this is just lowly business class :) Thats for sure on my bucket list.

I had satay chicken on SQ business a few times and I am wondering if I can or allow to ask for more. Most of the times it’s better than entree dish. 😋
I never ever thought of asking for more satay chicken because they throw so much food at you and it is important to save room for dessert.

if got money, any airline is the best airline.
Please don’t compare good tea and coffee brands to Starbucks, Starbucks is basic at best.
