I’ve been really debating on getting one of these for my race car and at first I blew it off after I saw the price but seeing the quality of these things and the programming ease of use I think I might have to get one
The bang for buck and overall quality is really REALLY hard to ignore. Absolutely transforms the feel of the car and we haven't found a single drawback yet. We love ours and sell a LOT of them too with all happy customers/positive feedback.
@@BimmerWorldMedia The drawback is that this is not road legal, while the KMP crash hub is TUV certified. I wonder if one could get the KMP hub and fit it on this one.
can you only program the factory functions on the steergin wheel? I have a e92 M3 and there are not much on the factory steering wheel. Is it possible to program the edc or dct level or the traction control on the steering wheel?
Currently all we can do is have the existing steering wheel controls available on the Zestek, not move additional options TO the wheel like you are mentioning. We are still diving into the e9x option and hopefully will have more to report in the near future.
Wow I love this, I wasn't sold on the JQ werks hub but I'm loving this for my F80
This is one of the best insulation videos I’ve ever seen
Nice review, Zestek are awesome 😎👌🏻
This is my friend's product, really fantastic,

this should work on G20 also right
Can you still use a spacer/extension with this to bring the wheel closer?
Good question - Yes, theres enough slack in the wiring that a spacer would be possible with the Zestek hub.
whats the smallest wheel we can use - 320 ?
could you fit a nardi on this?
What size wheel did you choose?
Are you able to use this on older cars or with the use of a standalone ecu, trying to learn so this would help lots
Yes you can. There is a OEM style hub shown here or a basic CAN style that works with standalone ECUs

How do buttons and scrolls feel? Please tell me it feels tough and expensive 😂
It feels really good. Not cheap and lightweight at all. Very comparable to the pro level wheels in our GT4 racecar.
@@BimmerWorldMedia 😍😍😍
Does the airbag light come out?
It suppresses the airbag light automatically. Pretty awesome.
What are M1 and M2 buttons?
Different drive modes that can be customized by the owner. Changes things like steering feel, exhaust mode, throttle sensitivity, etc.
in many country like europe or australia is illegal to do no t have an airbag , sad life
