Wow😪Speechles😪Living on an Island singing with the best fans in the whole wide world makes me happy 🙏thanks all person in this Video, Rick was singing in heaven with you, sure💕 FF-forever👑Quo was a Boogie Rock Machine not a Country Popband but that's another story❗Christmas will never be the same, me & my friend were landing in Germany after the gig in Liverpool when we heard the bad news 😪 I was not able to celebrate Chrismas with my family , but they gave me the love and this horrible day gone. 40 fantastic years made me proud but it was time to say GOODBYE. RIP ,my hero since my youth👍 I opened the "Blue for you" cover when i was 11 years old and i heard the best music of my life🙏 Cheer's ♠️💛♠️from Dortmund
Absolutely stunning!! 😀 😀 Loved it!! 😀 😀 I was a massive Quo fan all my life, and still am, was heartbroken when Rick passed, played Quo nonstop in tribute to the great man!! 😀 😀 Rick Jnr has a great pair of lungs on him, he's his dad's double, get him on stage with Francis Rossi, has to be done at some point, he did his dad proud here, he absolutely nailed Rain, which is one of my favourite Quo songs, had a lump in my throat when he sung the brilliant Living on an Island!! 😀 😀 RIP Rick Parfitt Snr!! 🙏🙏 1948 - 2016 🙏 🙏
Emotional to hear John speak about his friend and companion, Rick. Musically though, it´s sad that John can´t keep the tempo in songs anymore and also struggles with some fills, groove and structure. But, to be a legend at his age it´s totally understandable and i still love him as a drummer and musician, because there was a time when he was truly one of the best and most groovy drummers out there. Anyway, The crowd seemed to have a great time and the band aswell.
I am still looking for the one when Status Quo did living on island in Spain and the graphic equaliser was cup out ( F***k ) ( that is brilliant remember me my friend that past away with cancer )
My older brother was a die hard Quo fan from the start, that's how i got into the Band in the seventies, he lost interest when everyone and the dog started to go to the gigs, i've never really liked any new stuff since that horrible "Can't stand the heat" album, still a top band though up till Rick died
Great rick jnr is a brill singer. Would love the plc protect (parfitt, lancaster, coghlan) to tour with rick jnr takeing his dads place. Rick should have replaces his dad in quo but i guess the grumpy old gig put pay to that
Parfitt senior,Lancaster and Coghlan along with Young on harmonica were planning on making an album without Rossi.Would have been very interesting to hear how it could have turned out.Sadly this can no longer happen
John Coghlan is still a fantastic drummer and Rick Parfitt junior is a really good singer. Very impressed with the whole band.
To me this is what Status Quo are all about. The energy! Amazing/ I so wish I was in that crowd.

Just want to echo the words regarding Living on an Island.👏👏👏👏👏
Saw the mighty quo live at Cardiff Castle in 1976. One of the best gigs I have ever had the pleasure of going to.

Wow that was pure magic, that version of BFM was genuinely AWESOME. Rock on RPJ!
RPJ wow! Did a fantastic job with the 3 songs. The raw emotion on Living on an island and then straight into 4500, brilliant
Conor Gillespie Sorry mate, think you'll find the final song they went into was Big Fat Mama, not 4500 times. Great to watch!
never seen so many grown men cry as were during 'Island'..........magic, just magic......
Living on an Island, wow what a tribute, and so emotional.
EXcellent, Rick will never be forgotten, great show hear of his son and the JC band !!
Priceless, I'm glad I was there to close the book on my 45 years in listening to the songs live, that were a staple of my life.
Brilliant .Very proud of #RickParfittJnr
Thanks for putting this film up xxxx RPJ we love you xxxxxx
Thank you so much for sharing! Emotional to witness... and to watch again....

Songs a little on the slower side for been played live but so much more grit than modern day Quo and Living On An Island was just class
Heavy as fuck just like his dad would of loved!!!, and living on an Island a Rick classic!!!
RICK MY FRIEND....RIP

he needs to tour with quo. sound same as his dad
Status quo forever!
Whoa,RPJ is definitely his dad's double xx
Quos best song EVER, then its the Mystery Song :)
👍👍👍
Thanks for the credit?? 🤔
Fixed that for you.
Thanks
Status Quo Much appreciated 😌
The drums seem slow to me ?
Rick said he wrote this song when he was staying in jersey 🇯🇪
jayson1979 he wrote it during their tax exile year 1978. They only played one UK gig that year headlining Reading.
I thought rpj was brilliant here his GR8 dad would be so proud luv Rick sadly missed r.i.p
Interesting comments. But recording not very good, but really? Misses the pace and energy of real Status Quo. Audience doing most of the work.
waarom het eind niet?,..jammer.
That incredible drummer puts the rest of the band to shame.
He is as tight as fishes %&*hole , making guitars sound sloppy.
Better than the real Quo
Shite coghlan is behind
WUM troll.
He's still behind and cashing in on ricks departure
You sad person.
Not really cashing in. He just plays shows for the love of it and his tickets are very reasonable.
Sad prick
