As much as I can hear the respect and kindness in your voice your a non native woman who shouldn't be giving uneducated teachings on the jingle dress, that is a traditional medicine dress that carries many teachings and responsibilities that you clearly aren't aware of, please stay in your lane as a non indigenous woman and give that space of our traditions/teachings to our indigenous women and elders

Yes, I know the controversy.
This is a German chanel and this here just the translated version of the German video- I do this, because I want to be also understand by Native people- not to teach ( I cannot do this- you are right- it's not my thing) - but to be able to be understand what's talked about them.
This is a channel about movie costume and props. This may sound strange- but unfortunately, German movies are horrible in depicting native people in film.
Since 20+years I try to change that.
I know that my videos can just be the surface and I don't want to do deep teachings- but to let native people speak about their world- I always Link Videos from indigenous voices. - videos that will go deeper and highlight real voices.
Most of the videos that are arround, depict stereotypes.- just White phantasys about thestrong Warrior etc.
And that's sad to me- there are many nice chanel's and documentaries here in RUclips. But quite often, the most are not to be found from small channels. But the often the people just get cheap and fast produced stuff with stolen movie parts as wrong illustrated as goes.
I can't speak for Native people- AS I hopefully say in my videos- I just can build bridges to another world- and nothing more.
