I have been watching your videos for the past few years and I must say that you are a top tier detailer. I personally detail my own vehicles and take pride in it but with out a doubt would trust you fully. I absolutely enjoy and appreciate your passion. Keep up the stellar work!
I did the opposite on cleaning the wheels. I went brushing the wheel arches first since it's the dirtiest, then the tires, rims + wheel barrels, spokes then the lug nutes + center caps. I did this so that the dirt+soap from the fenders and wheel barrels don't drip down to those spokes.
Thank you! I really like trying new chemicals to be honest so I’ve not thought much about selling a range. I’ve got something hopefully in the works though, can’t give away too much yet though 😂
Thanks for this video Heather. I have been watching your videos for about 8 months now since I got my new car and I think that, thanks to you, I have a fairly good grasp on how to properly maintain the exterior and interior of an automobile. However, I always check in on your latest videos for new products and methods and I find that I have NEVER come away without new information on auto detailing. Hope everything is going well with you and, as always, I look forward to your next upload.
Try to resist mate, this channel has cost me a small fortune - I used to have one wheel brush and one detail brush, I’ve now got an assortment totalling ELEVEN!. Every video Heather puts out, I have to tell myself “ignore those buckets, you DONT need ‘em” (they are sick though 😎)
@@davej5917 I know the feeling mate. It's that constant search for perfection. All these new products and gadgets are so tempting. I pick up a new car on Saturday and everytime I trade my old cars in they say they look better than when they sell them to me :D Cheers
@@gesit24I got that last time I traded mine. The fella then went on to try and sell me a “treatment package” for £350. My response was along the lines of “there’s a reason mine looks like it does and it ain’t related to superguard” 🙄. Now I think about it though, you need that brush - I’ve got one and it’s pretty good for grill and other plastics
Fantastic job on this Tucson! I just did a decon on my vehicle today. All the work is worth the end result. We also use the same wheel well brush. That's gotta be the BEST thing I've ever bought.
Good morning Heather, great video and a grand result on the White Hyundai paintwork 👏.....just catching up after a few days on holiday. Have a great week ahead!
@AutoCareHQ Hi Heather 👋 Thanks for replying .......recently watched your steam v extractor review. Very good 👍. Holiday in Espana seems an age ago! Especially this mon, tue and this morning, Morpeth at 6am was a wonderfully cool 5 degrees! 😳🥶. Unbelievable! Have a great weekend! 👋
Wow that white paint really popped after you worked your magic on it Heather! Another amazing transformation….loved that brush you used on the grille…..might need to get one of those, I think. One teeny, tiny complaint…..I do wish your videos were longer, I find them very therapeutic and I could listen to your voice and gorgeous accent all day long…..very hypnotic😊. Advice and techniques top notch, as always, from the best in the business! ❤
Thanks very much! Haha I'll try and make them a touch longer, I've got one coming up soon which is a bit longer as it was a full decon, machine polish etc.
Great job Heather! I always learn something from your videos and am consistently reminded to foam over the prewash for optimum results. Well done my friend.
Brilliant clean here Heather back to showroom condition but you have to pass the Hyundai's Dealer's test first before you are permitted to purchase a Tucson N Line and pronounce the word 'Tucson' correctly it's the protocol 😇
Another good tutorial of an expert detailer. The car certainly popped at the conclusion. I have had a good number of white cars and love them cleaned as they look good but I don't enjoy waxing them so I use a spray sealant but it pains me not to use one of my many waxes.
Hi Heather what can i say another great video i love that you explain what your doing its great i still think you should come to Australia and wash my cars heheheh 😆😆😆😘😘
As usual fantastic video again heather. The attention to detail and also the finish is fantastic 👍. May I ask would you be interested in doing a short video on microfibre cloths. I get confused by the amount/range of them. For example like whats your go to cloths for different stages of the cleaning/protection process. Once again fantastic video 👍
Great content as usual Heather. Would you recommend using Gyeon Wet Coat on the windscreen and other exterior window glass? I know some spray and rinse sealants say to avoid using on glass. Had some bad hazy results with the IF Spotless Plus (hydrophobic) glass cleaner on the exterior glass a month ago (which appreciate is a different application method!)
I always think with applying things from a spray bottle that you lose as much as can be going on the car panels etc as opposed to watching a pump sprayer in operation
Another great video Heather.. Have you ever tried DIY Detail products? I know they are a little pricier than most, but reviews always seem to be very good.
Thanks Kim :) That's an interesting question to be honest. It definitely does with claying but with chemical decons I think much less so. The only stage I am more mindful of is with the tar remover, so I try and put as little pressure as possible on the microfibre towel just in case the clear is super prone to marring
Have recently discovered your channel and am new to detailing cars. You are very good at doing what you do. Can I just ask, do or how do you clean all the microfibres towels, mitts etc between washes?
Thanks for watching! This video on my second channel will answer it much better than I can here ruclips.net/video/jpaZ5hki4CQ/видео.htmlsi=LkZDN2fyUoGygiwM
Just other commitments, I do love detailing but honestly I think I would struggle to do it full time with it being very physical, I’ve not got the energy haha 😂
My partner has got a Tucson same as that but it’s got the dark plastic on the bottom of the doors and around the wheel arches. What would you recommend for that plastic trim?

There should be MORE girls like this. Long live the passion for cars.
There should be less EVs too. Passion and EVs are mutually exclusive.

Outstanding detailing Heather, That car has so many intricate designs 😣😣

What do you put in the bucket when washing wheels? The same wheel cleaner diluted ?
Another FINE detail, Heather. 🤘🏻🔨😎 Came out really well. How many vehicles, on average, do you detail a week?
Thanks Joe! I’m not really doing a lot of detailing atm so it’s more like a car a week, wish I had more time for it!

Car looks great Heather them wheels look a nightmare no wonder they gave car to you lol
Thanks Dave! Haha they were so awkward!
Have you ever mixed the citrus ckeaner in with the snow foam as a 2 in 1 application?
Yep I do it sometimes on my car. I quite like layering the citrus first though as it’s more concentrated compared to when it’s run through the lance
Another great vid Heather. Would you consider this your full time job? Or does web design take up a lot more of your time?
Thank you! I don’t do much detailing really at the moment, I wish I had a bit more time for it!
That just by choice or other work commitments?
Just other commitments, I do love detailing but honestly I think I would struggle to do it full time with it being very physical, I’ve not got the energy haha 😂
Hey - with the bucket...do you fill it up from a tap and then just use the stubby gun at the end to mix it all up? Thanks
Yep that’s right
Hello Heather, What's your opinion on the Hyundai N line model of car's?
I quite like them tbf, especially the i30
@@AutoCareHQ Yeah i thought so i can picture you in a i30 with the exhaust popping and crackling
how often would you say you need to detail your vechicle?
On most cars a chemical decon every 4-6 months is about right. With coating and polishing it depends on how often it’s been washed/ driven really
Hi Heather! How do you wash car roof?
I’ve just got some stepladders!
My partner has got a Tucson same as that but it’s got the dark plastic on the bottom of the doors and around the wheel arches.
What would you recommend for that plastic trim?
I usually go for Gtechniq C4, there’s a vid of it on the channel if you need some more info
Thanks, I’ve noticed that the regen breaking of the hybrid system definitely keeps the wheels cleaner
👍👍👍
What product did u spray in wheel arch at end and wiped down?
It was Carbon Collective Sateen
Tôi đã xem rất nhiều video của cô ấy và tôi rất ngưỡng mộ ❤❤❤
I think it is called Tucson
Are these wheel brushes safe for gloss black wheels?
Ideally I’d go with microfiber/ wool on gloss black if possible. These were satin so didn’t cause any issue
@@AutoCareHQ ok just confirming because ive been using a microfiber one on mine 😅
👍
where do you get those detailing brushes ?
I’ve added links to all the brushes in the description, they’re in the order I used them so should be easy to find which one you’re looking for
@@AutoCareHQ also wax free shampoo ?
Yep everything is linked
How long did it take to do all this to the car?
It was about 3 hours not including filming
@@AutoCareHQ oh good. I just though I was being slow when I do mine 😂
Smart girls 😊
Citrus on body did I hear rather than a snow foam. ? I use snow foam only on nice cars. And TFR on bargain budget cars.
Citrus on the lower sections then snow foam on top.
This citrus is non-caustic so much safer on the finish compared to a TFR
