@@user-ck9zi8pf8u no fish lives without sand rocks and plants. Plants are really important for the oxygen in the water, that is important for the fishes. Do you want live only with concrete walls ? I think no

@@13trix63 The koi will destroy all plants. If you want plants, you need to stock with different fishes. Oxygen will be ok as long as the water is moving. I would suspect the filter to be too small though and where I live the water depth is too low resulting in too many temperature fluctuations. In other parts of the world that might be less of a problem.
But yeah, if I would do something like this, it would include a ton of plants and different fishes.
