I’m curious about candied pineapple, cherries, and blueberries, possibly strawberries? I’ve been thinking about this for sometime now. They’re adding “strange” ingredients to candied fruits now, And I just can’t eat them. Do you have any opinions on this?
That's a good question and I'll have to do some digging around to see what I can come up with. The process would be completely different than this recipe.
Ohhhh, can’t wait to try these… Question? How do you keep your Ninja oven looking like new? Mine looks like it’s 100 years old on the inside…lol..& my lettering has worn off on outside, I got it when they were first introduced
The Ninja oven is easier, but I’ve done it in the Foodi and it works fine, but takes a little longer because of airflow Use a dehydration rack designed for the Foodi and stack them. Plan on 3 hours at 120F
❤ Thank You ! I love the way you utilize the ninja foodie !
Glad you like it!
Yum yum 😋
Thank you
A definite must try!
Could they be dipped in chocolate instead of sugar? I love the ones you buy in the candy stores or at Christmas.
Yes, absolutely
I really enjoy your channel - we're off grid though, so it's hard to use things like a pressure cooker or crockpot. But! I still love the channel!

Louise, why didn't you dehydrate them in the ninja foodi? It has a dehydrate mode doesn't? I've got the 15 in one model.

It intrigues me you can eat the rind/peel this way.
