I'm surprised you didn't mention Beth, the Hispanic single-mom from the Harley Quinn cartoon. She got along so well with Joker even after his memories returned.
I'm pretty certain Punchline isn't romantically interested in Joker. She just sees him as a genius to learn under, but then I'm not reading the new Joker series with backups starring her so maybe they've changed things.
Fun fact: In the Injustice show and comics Harley and Joker have a daughter. But their daughter thinks Harley is her aunt and doesn't know Joker is her father
Anyone know what came of Punchline? I recall her going to prison and trying to manipulate things and a sidestory where a friend of hers tried to kill someone from the Bat Family.
@@MystressCrowler main joker story just keeps bouncing around going back to the killing joke and how much joke Mr really affected the Gordon's lives. It's essential to understand that and interesting but I much prefer the talon tease and vengeance
@@deathstarstallion Oh I get what the story is going and yeah it's not bad, but I've heard it before, more than once. And that would be fine if it was balanced with something newer. Maybe if we got more teases of his motives or see how Joker does stuff instead of being told afterward it'd be better.
I read the first two issues of the Joker comic and I confessed I found the Punchline backups way more entertaining than the main book. I hope when James Tyrion is finished with this series that DC releases all the backups as a giant-size one-shot.
Tbh, ever since i saw the cartoon series years back i always hoped at some point Harley would end up making Joker sane and then live happily ever after. *sigh* i somewhat still do but i highly doubt it'll ever happen.
If Punchline can make it into a cartoon than I say so. I know the Harley Quinn show writers said they had no plans for her but I can definitely see several episodes they can do starring Punchline.
I hope not, I was so bored of her in the Joker War and was really hoping she'd be murdered by the Joker offscreen (especially once she started making that story up)
@@The_Sentai_System DC shrilled Punchline WAY too hard during Joker War. I'm pretty sure she showed up in every tie-in comic too. By the time the event was over, I think most fans were starting to get sick of her.
Well the scripts for these vids are written at least a year in advance as articles on their site and barely updated for recording. So you're pretty much forced to forgive some omitted info.

Yeah to be honest I love that relationship. It's so sweet. And shows that he can be a great father figure for her children
Funny how Punchline wasn’t mentioned at all.
I noticed that, too.... There are even pictures of her in the video...?
An oversight, I'm sure.

He even used the phrased “punchline” but didn’t mention her. She’s presently on trial that’s a decently big consequence of dating him lol
@@wdcain1 yes their a couple. Punchline mentioned in her back up story that their dating.
Fun fact: Jeanie is alive and Joker has a son.

@@lordhades598 that's for the best let's be honest.
Huh
@@gordonjamescowiest I agree
Read “The Three Jokers” for more details.
I honestly didn’t know that Harley was an original character before becoming a comic book character
@@Danimal4321 I never grew up watching the Batman animated series nor the comics ok
I guess even clowns need love.
you forgot punchline, jokers new sidekick
I would also add Alicia from Batman (1989).
What happen to Punchline Jokers new girlfriend

That story is still going on. It's going pretty good, personally, I'm liking it more than the main Joker story.

Check out The White Knight comic series if you haven't already, it dosnt end 'happy' for them, but it's the closest us BTAS cannon fans will get.
What about Anarky’s mom? Also I think that it was revealed that Jeannie is alive in The Three Jokers.
The most surprising thing on this list is the very fact there's enough material for a full top ten list.
Really good list Jules

I want to say "no", but I remember when there was serious pushback against bringing Harley into the comic books from B:TAS; so who knows?

Hows that for a Punchline?!
His wife isn’t dead. Batman knows who she is and where she lives. He even visits her, Plus he has a son
I love Joker and Harley *just not as a couple* !
