I’m very interested in your comments on this topic. Unfortunately, I can only understand about 5% of what you are saying. I think that’s because MOST of your presentation is in a different language - which is fine, but it’s more confusing when you mix that with small amounts in English (pronounced relatively well but spoken very quickly, making even the English somewhat hard to understand too.) For example, after listening to approx 13 minutes spoken mostly in your native language, & therefore meaning that I comprehended almost nothing, I was totally surprised to hear mostly English being spoken from 13:30 to 14:00 on the important topic of Disadvantages! My suggestion? Stick to one language and if it’s not English, put that in your video’s title. Secondly, if the language is not English, is it at all possible to provide a transcript in English? Please don’t misunderstand. I’ve taught ESL to many audiences and have nothing but respect for anyone willing to undertake learning a very difficult 2nd language such as English. But any presentation (audio or video) is only as successful as a speaker’s ability to communicate. Lastly, your observations are potentially even more valuable because they relate to the Canadian market and there are very few videos dealing with the unique tax & realty considerations of a non-US country. Hope you take these comments in the spirit in which they are offered 😊; my apologies if you’ve addressed this issue elsewhere & I’ve missed it; and thanks for sharing your experiences!
This rule of city council is deceiving and not sure if it is applicable just in Brampton or other cities as well like Missasauga, Kitchener, London, Oshawa, Barie. Could your throw some light ?? Also can we sublet the leased place in Airbnb??

Yes. It still gives a positive cash flow. Little lesser than earlier.

Can i take property on lease and list it on airbnb in India , and what permissions i will require to get it started?
You need to check with your city if they have any restrictions to list your house on Airbnb. If it's a leased property, first permission you will need from the landlord to sub-rent the property.

Honestly guys, this seems like a great video but unfortunately you guys have excluded an entire audience that does not understand Hindi. Just a kind tip, it would be considerate to include subtitles. Otherwise, this seems like solid information but simply can't 100% understand for all the other folks that are not fluent in the language.

Airbnb has its own insurance they provide to home owners but it’s better to inform ur home insurance co as well and seek their recommendations

I am surprised to see the comparison of how you did AIRBNB and long term rental , your analysis is very wrong . In AIRBNB means you will get people booked for every 14 nights , so this more like you keep on getting new people as occupients , we do not know what is their background , whether they have any criminal background , what activities they are planning to do , some times they may take AIRBNB to do some anti social activites . Many communities has restrictions on giving as Short term rental for your property and it is Illegal also . There are lot of headaches of when we give to AIRBNB , its high risk . Rather give the house for Long term rental , by doing good BGC and have peace of mind . over all your analysis is very misleading and confusing .
