I started a new long term relationship 6 months ago after ending one that lasted more than 4 years. I have discovered so many things I didn't realize I was craving during the last one. Sometimes it takes the end of something that was harmful to be able to experience true love or self acceptance. Eventually the length of time spent in that relationship won't matter in comparison to all that you've been able to realize about yourself in its absence. (I hope you are feeling better after two months :) )
