I went to a Christian school when I was young, and I remember always wondering why we bowed our heads to pray. I even said when I was little, "why do we look at the ground to pray if God is in heaven, shouldn't we look up?" And anytime I pray, I always look up without even thinking about it.
Thanks Melissa!!! Yes girl! I'm a semi new believer of 2 1/2 years. I'm an ex-New Ager, LGBTQ, and mormon. Jesus came to me, and delivered me in my living room in my studio apartment. I was looking for truth, because I was so confused with what reality was. Studying to become an apologetics teacher. Learning the process of discipleship at the moment so I can do my part in disciplining others correctly. At the moment I'm ready J. Warner Wallace books! Incredible knowledge. You have helped me with so much already with understanding. Thanks lady! Hope to have the time to talk to you soon!
I was taught most of these things as a child, I find it interesting just the same. Speaking of prayer, I pray everywhere especially in traffic 1) because its a good use of my time, 2) because I'm less likely to flip someone the bird (lol). Sometimes though, I feel that prostrating before God when I'm feeling particularly humbled seems right somehow.
I became a Christian about a year ago and this was still super helpful! Maybe not all the points, but I'm so glad I stumbled across this video. I'm definitely going to share this video at my next Bible study in the young adults' group!
As a Christian of 6 years (3 years in a mega church), I am today years old when I learnt some of these points that she mentioned. Thank you sister, God bless you!
Me too. It’s more of a conversation really. In my car, in bed, in the shower, wherever. I never thought until I watched this video, that I was doing the right thing. That somehow, I had to be kneeling or in some sanctuary or something. I feel better now.
Melissa you are such a breath of fresh air! I've been a believer for over 30 yrs and in those years I've probably spent just less than a year at a large church. My growth has always been in small settings where I must be accountable for myself. I must seek the truth out. The just shall live by HIS faith as Habakkuk writes it. It's MY faith I am accountable for on judgment day. I knew all of these except I will be searching the scriptures to see about Mary Magdalene. That one slipped by me. Many blessings on your ministry you are NEEDED esp in these last days. I love your roll off the back attitude towards those who choose to be ignorant. Your light and fun and sober minded. Blessings to you and your family.
When I started reading the Bible at age 14 (I am 33 now), I wished someone had told me that the bible contains 66 books broken up into two testaments that is not necessarily in chronological order. Had I known this, I would not have read the Bible cover to cover my first go around. Now having read it through multiple times, I don't understand how anyone can deny it's validity!
@@lyssalouise2705 Yes that's my point. I have read it in order from cover to cover. However, as a new believer, this is not the best way to go about reading the scriptures because you need to have foundations laid regarding who Jesus is, what he came to do, and what he expects of us as individuals and within the church. All this can be read in the new testament. Then, a new believer should read the old testament because the foundation laid by the new testament will be reinforced and the stories of the old testament will make more sense. It's also important to note that certain books in the old testament don't progress the biblical narrative further. These include the Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiasties and some of the profets. These are all key details that need to be known so the reader isn't confused; especially if they are a new disciple of Christ. Today, I personally go through the old and new testaments in a year time frame. So it takes me two years to read the entire bible. Doing this helps me do a deep dive into what I am reading, cross referencing key details found in other books of the bible that reinforce my understanding. For example, the book of Hebrews makes many references to old testament scriptures. As I read through this book, I take my time and read in context what is being referenced in the old testament so that I understand what the author of that book is trying to convey. I hope that makes sense.
@@DianaDeLaRosa1808 Good way of approaching scripture. I think structure is very important to understand, most of us emphasize reading through the bible as quick as posible over really zooming in to the narrative and the idea the author of each book is trying to communicate.
@@cipherklosenuf9242 Verifiable knowledge is sought for assuming and by faith there is objective truth to be found. The intelligible universe was created that way.
@@cipherklosenuf9242 Jesus was the ultimate Lamb… the ultimate sacrifice. People died for their belief in this before the gospels were finished. They were being called Christians and executed for 300 yrs for believing in the resurrection before the “Bible” as a collection existed. Been a Christian all my life (made my decision to follow Christ as a child) and still found some good facts in this video. Thanks for making these. Really enjoying the content. God Bless and I wish you and your channel great success in sharing the truth of God's word. Great job!
I thought she was saying this quickly and with a smile because she was referring to how President Biden pronounced it wrong in a speech he gave on Easter. He apparently didn’t know that the P in Psalms was silent. Things that make you go 🤔. : )
I love the way you explain things. Clearly and concise. I would love to hear your suggestions on how to share the gospel with others in a simple way with a language that regular people would. Understand and won’t find it confusing or scary when we mention the concept of sin, death , etc . Thank you so much for your videos . 🙏
When i talk to people about the Bible I give them this Example. 66 books written by over 40 people over 2000 years creating a INTERGRATED Consistent message. Star Wars Sequels, written over 6 years, by 6 people, spending BILLIONS of dollars to create the most INCONSISTANT STORY ever! :P Ya, the Bible ain't authored by Man. :P
I've been a Christian for 30+ years and I sort of take it for granted that: - Life is purpose driven, every day I get out of bed and go 'yeah!' - Happiness and pleasure are two totally different things. People persue pleasure and often end up miserable - Jesus was perfect. Looking at any other person througout history shows that mankind is infected with sin. But Jesus is the answer. - In the West (which was once known as Christendom) we have the happiest countries in the world. Sadly, a lot of the West is going down-hill.
Happiness and JOY are two different things. Pleasure can bring (temporary) happiness. But joy, well, we know where joy comes from and that it can be lasting. 🙂
After about a year as a believer, I still consider myself as a new christian and I looove videos like this because it helps me understand my believe better 🌈 so thank you ❤️
I'm realizing more and more as the years go by that I spent many years exposed to a lot of the prosperity gospel because of my late mother. I had to re-learn many things as I deeply studied my bible.
I’m giggling right now because of the joy bubbling out of you Melissa, please don’t be sorry about that, I’m sure I’m not the only one out here that needed that.
Thanks so much for this video, Melissa! Some of these were new to me, some I knew. One thing that bothers me is when someone dies and people say that they got their angel wings. The Bible is very clear that we do not become angels - they were created by God to serve Him and care for His people. (Hebrews 1:14)
There is so much tradition passing as theology in churches as to have changed the message of Jesus to create the country clubs that most churches have become.
@@chopppacalamari The Christian doctrine is the gospel of grace NOT the gospel of the KIngdom. ETERNAL LIFE COMES FROM THE TREE OF LIFE IN THE KINGDOM. THE SCRIPTURES ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST. The promise of the Kingdom and Israel being exalted above all other nations is what Peter and the apostles looked forward to. The Kingdom which brings in the new covenant according to the book of Hebrews 9 & 10 will be so impressive it will draw Gentiles to the Jews who are to be a light to the world. Zech.8 [23] Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you. Seriously based on that and many OT prophecies for Israel and it's kingdom does it seem as if people in the age of grace are saved by that? In Jesus's ministry the KIngdom was at hand but never came because of unbelief. All the Jews had to do was believe that Jesus was the Son of God, the Christ and obey the Law of Moses. Under the gospel of grace Christ is the foundation but we must believe in the shed blood for forgiveness, His death, burial and resurrection. Basically what the apostle Paul teaches us Gentiles. Not quite the same. He was raised to give us eternal life but for the Jew according to Peter in Acts 2 [29] Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day. [30] Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne; When Christ is reigning in the Kingdom eternal life comes FROM THE TREE OF LIFE Rev.2 [7] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. Rev.22 [2] In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. [14] Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Yasss! I was a later in life convert and I was shocked to learn these facts as well. Most people in church have been raised in church. When outsiders come in we often forget they need a Bible 101 course. When I first began to attend church I also remember people saying “you need to repent” and I kept thinking what the heck is repent??? 😂 and the “let’s all sing amazing grace” song leader who doesn’t give the number in the song book. Unchurched people do not know the words to hymns y’all. 😊 Thank you for this video.
When I hear the word repent it still confuses me All I believe is I’m a sinner , Jesus paid for my sin, was buried And rose again. So Im justified in his sight I hate how complicated people have mad e the gospel
Love your explanations, Melissa! And they are on point too. I've been a Christian for most of my life... since 13yo actually and I'm 71 now. Still learning! PTL!! Took me some time to learn all that you've pointed out tho and it's refreshing to see young ppl learn them sooner. I didn't have anyone pointing them out but when I was baptized with the Holy Spirit at 25yo things started becoming much clearer. I enjoyed this very much. I too remember thinking the first time I read the Gospels, "Why I am reading the same story again?" 😂 The last supper image is so ingrained, I remember watching a movie where the actor portraying Jesus was building a table and built it a little higher saying it would work better. Wonderful reminders and great for new Christians. 🌸
It was The Passion of the Christ. He says a Roman man wanted him to build it bc he likes earing, "Like this," the Jesus demonstrates sitting. Mary then tries and says, "It will never catch on."
Wow, this video really puts into perspective and gets your ready for when you’re helping others that are new in the Faith… Christ being Jesus’ last name got me🤣
Found you this morning and have been reading while listening to your commentaries. You are a blessing and the timing was divine. Thank you for being a faithful servant. Glad to call you a sister in Christ. God is good!
You’re right about the importance of understanding the Bible from the perspective of the original audience. I love learning from Messianic Jews. One amazing thing I learned recently was that Bethlehem Ephratah was specifically the agricultural district in Bethlehem. The profound significance of this is only understood when you realize that this is where all of the sacrificial lambs were bred and raised for the sacrifices in the Temple in Jerusalem. They would even wrap them in swaddling cloth for transit to Jerusalem to protect them from wounds or marks of any kind. I’ve always know He was born in an animal pen and placed in a manger, but I never would have made the sacrificial lamb connection on my own.
Yes! Introvert here and I 100% agree with that hospitality comment. I am the worst about having people in my house & making an effort to make them comfortable. I forget to offer drinks or food. I forget to show them where to find the bathroom. I feel completely inadequate anytime we have people over.
I've bought a Bible without verse numbers (couldn't find one without chapters - I looked) but its great to just read it straight through without breaks new understandings emerge when you read it that way highly recommended
I’ve only been a true Christian for a year but praise the Lord my friend that shared the gospel with me, took me under her wing and has been disciplining me every week for the last year. I was trying to read the Bible on my own and was struggling so hard and was completely lost! Nothing made any sense and I wasn’t getting a thing out of it because I didn’t understand any of it! She started doing a year long bible study with me that has taught me so much of this! If she hadn’t done that, I would be completely lost! We are starting 1Timothy this week- almost done!!! And I’ve also learned so much from your ministry too!!! Love your teachings!!!
We put our Nativity on one side of our living room on a shelf, and the wise men with a camel go on the other side of the living room on another shelf. Just for the attempt of accuracy. 😂
That Paul/Saul one really got me. My whole Bible study (including myself) actually brought that up briefly last week, but we all were thinking God changed his name... and I was thinking... wait, where did that happen? And I figured I just forgot where it happened and we'd come across it shortly (we're working through the book of Acts), but alas, I don't think I shall come across it anymore. XD and I've been a Christian for years. Love this vid, Melissa!
I was born and raised in the church and #2 should be taught from the first day of Sunday School for children! I was in my 30's before this was revealed to me or maybe someone said it and I wasn't listening ( very real possibility). It completely changed my reading and understanding of the bible! I actually asked my preacher why this wasn't emphasized more once it was explained to me.
Thank you about the information about praying. I don't pray the traditional way, and am a new Christian, so I pray when I'm laying in bed giving thanks to God. I always felt slightly guilty about this. Now that you've cleared it up a little, I feel that I can now pray more freely throughout the day as I go about. 🙌
Maria you can pray anytime and in anyway, Jesus tells us it is a conversation with our Heavenly father, and what father wants a conversation with someone is is looking down?
Love it! So true that we forget we were "unknowledgable Christians" at one point! i knew all but one item you brought up. I love hearing facts about the bible. It never gets old and it serves to be a refresher. I remember reconciling about Mary Magdalene after first finding out she was demon possessed and not a prostitute. it was hard believing it but the proof was in the reading! thanks for the enjoyable content!
Wow!! The gift of hospitality…my parents, mainly my dad, growing up he was always opening our home’s doors to everyone and anyone who needed it. Who knows, you never know when you are hosting an angle sent from above! To be honest I hated it but I understand now.
Melissa, I LOVE your sense of humour, it is so like mine that I totally understand every little gesture etc you make as I would do the same...might add not many people understand that kind of humour ( I'm in Australia, but have been watching you for a long time
Don't worry God has a perfect timing :D We're still learning and growing so don't be hard on yourself! Jesus loves you God bless you and may He be with you always!✝️💞
You can't know it all at any given time. And also, you're not the only one to fall away. I have too. The good news is we are always welcomed back. I'm not suggesting this is something that is okay or encouraged, it just means we're human.
This was great! Thank you! I do remember when I first came to God, and I thought literally all of these. 😂 I remember later having a disagreement with someone because they kept saying Mary was a hooker, and they wouldn’t believe me saying that that actually wasn’t in scripture. And this person was an elder with many years in the church. It blew my mind to see older Christians believing what I sorted out in months. It’s a very strange dichotomy I’ve run into a lot!
Man, I'm so glad you made a video about this because I was sitting here this morning writing down my own experience about how I really wish I understood a lot of spiritual things, back in high school, from a biblical perspective. Looking back, high school was the most spiritually active time of my life, given that I was vibrantly full of curiosity. I wanted to know the symbolism of everything from colors, to the elements, to animals, to numbers and even the seasons themselves, but I was still looking to the New Age Movement (granted, I was lazy with even that too). Between freshman and junior years, I likewise ended up living in spiritual ignorance, and it didn’t leave me enlightened at all. I realize now that even back then, the Holy Spirit truly wanted to me to take a biblical and prophetic understanding of everything I wanted to know. I would have been totally fine skipping an entirely theological perspective if it meant addressing what God wanted me to get into, first. When I was beginning in senior year in high school, and freshman year in college, I began getting far out of my spiritual ignorance by being trained in Christian philosophy and some basic understanding of theology. I read books in those areas, and then I gave them away when I realized that I didn't need them anymore, and it wasn't where God fully wanted me to be.
Love this video! More facts please. You have such great ideas for videos and your execution of them is smashing. Also, you're clearly witty and your hair is gorgeous 🌷
Good video Melissa! I did the same thing with the gospels as a teenager. I was so confused with the repeated stories. Also. I salute you, fellow curly hair lady. You have mastered perfect curls.
Actually, there is a reason why they "repeat." The wording is slightly different. That gives you other topics to study, and broaden your understanding.
Dear Melissa, when I heard your introduction, I very nearly skipped the video, except I didn't. And I'm glad I stayed, because although I've been a Christian all my life and I started reading the bible at the age of six, I didn't know about the Saul/Paul teaching. I was taught exactly what you were saying, about the name being changed after his conversion. Thank you. I'm saying this to show that humility always wins. I won a little knowledge, today, by listening to a video addressed to new converts.
Very well done. I enjoyed learning and sharing many of these truths over the years. It is incredible how much of our theology comes from culture, and not scripture.
I am so glad that I watched this video, because, even though I have been seriously studying the Bible since 1st January 2016, I never knew about Paul/Saul scenario, I too mistakenly thought that his name was changed at His Damascus Road experience. 🤩🤩🤩 You are so right, we never stop learning! Thanks 🙏🙏🙏. BTW on the subject of the Psalms, should you ever have to read a Psalm out loud to the church on a Sunday morning, and you see the word Selah what this means is the reader should take a short pause, to allow the congregation to meditate on what has just been said. For instance, in Psalm 39:5 in the KJV the word Selah appears at the end of verse 5, and the first 5 verses are quite profound, so the reader should pause for a short time before continuing to read verse 6. I am afraid I learned the hard way with this very Psalm. 😱😱😱. I just thought I would give everyone the heads up on this, as it’s always good to avoid the embarrassment of trying to pronounce this unfamiliar word. I learned the hard way and was only told afterwards! 🙏🙏🙏
Yeah, my dog is near my recording space and she likes to growl and grunt while I make a video… fun times! This is so good! People don’t talk about fact 20 enough.
I actually just realized the Saul / Paul fact this morning during my bible reading time. Also, I wonder where we learned that on your knees, head bowed posture of prayer...? The only physical posture I can recall is people falling on their faces.
My youth group is doing the Battle Plan for Prayer study by the Kendrick brothers and apparently that prayer position came from the tradition of serfs paying homage to their king in the middle ages. The serfs would gather at set times and come, one-by-one, to kneel before the king and place their folded hands in his, saying "I'm your man". Apparently the church adopted this position of prayer as symbolic of paying homage to God as our king.
There are a few instances when people pray kneeling down in the Bible. Here's a few: Daniel 6:10 When Daniel knew that the document had been signed, he went to his house where he had windows in his upper chamber open toward Jerusalem. He got down on his knees three times a day and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he had done previously. Luke 22:41 And he withdrew from them about a stone's throw, and knelt down and prayed, (that's Jesus praying) Acts 21:5 When our days there were ended, we departed and went on our journey, and they all, with wives and children, accompanied us until we were outside the city. And kneeling down on the beach, we prayed

Love stories like yours Ashlee. Its hard to find the truth in this day and age of deception.
May your faith in the Lord Jesus be stronger day by day!!!🙏❤️
Replicate is a great book for Discipleship I found. Anything by Robby Gallaty
Thanks for sharing your testimony ❤ GOD be with u.
I’ve been a Christian for 18 years and the Saul/Paul one was new to me! ❤️
Same here! That’s why we have to be like the Bereans and search the scriptures.
Same!
dude. I've been a Christian for 37 years and it's news to me too. I knew the others, but that one was a surprise.
Me too. I've been a christian for 53 years and not only was this new, the explanation was excellent.
It just shows that there’s always room for all of us to learn. This was awesome
I became a Christian about a year ago and this was still super helpful! Maybe not all the points, but I'm so glad I stumbled across this video. I'm definitely going to share this video at my next Bible study in the young adults' group!

This video brings me to a gratitude to my parents who brought me up in a Christian home!
I pray laying down, driving, even when I workout .
I pray in line at Starbucks in my head.
Ty for this !!
Me too. It’s more of a conversation really. In my car, in bed, in the shower, wherever. I never thought until I watched this video, that I was doing the right thing. That somehow, I had to be kneeling or in some sanctuary or something. I feel better now.
I pray while mowing the grass or sitting in my tree stand waiting on a whitetail.

Ok, so I read your comment so quickly I missed the comma after down and was like WHAT? "I pray laying down driving". I'd like to see that. LOL 😆
Do you not read it in the order it’s already in? If not I’d like to know how you read it
@@lyssalouise2705 Yes that's my point.
I’m not new to Christianity, but some of the facts explained were new to me….thanks Melissa!
I agree
Thanks for sharing. Still new to the faith. Still learning.

@@cipherklosenuf9242 beautifully said
Love that comparison!
I've been a Christian for 30+ years and I sort of take it for granted that:
- Life is purpose driven, every day I get out of bed and go 'yeah!'
- Happiness and pleasure are two totally different things. People persue pleasure and often end up miserable
- Jesus was perfect.
After about a year as a believer, I still consider myself as a new christian and I looove videos like this because it helps me understand my believe better 🌈 so thank you ❤️
Rock it! Stay young!
You are certainly a new Christian. Keep on keeping on!
I’ve been a Christian for 25 years and I’m still a new Christian!! Or I guess the better phrase would be, a child like believer!
I don't sit and pray in any sort of way and my prayers are still answered. I have spent an entire day praying while doing my daily tasks.
I'm realizing more and more as the years go by that I spent many years exposed to a lot of the prosperity gospel because of my late mother. I had to re-learn many things as I deeply studied my bible.
Good for you obviously pay attention to the Holy Spirit
Love you, sistah! ❤ Blessings from the Netherlands! 🙌🏽🤗
I’m giggling right now because of the joy bubbling out of you Melissa, please don’t be sorry about that, I’m sure I’m not the only one out here that needed that.
Thank you so much Melissa your constant study of the word and truth of our Lord is a true blessing to so many of us. 🙏📖🥰⛪️
Thanks so much for this video, Melissa! Some of these were new to me, some I knew. One thing that bothers me is when someone dies and people say that they got their angel wings. The Bible is very clear that we do not become angels - they were created by God to serve Him and care for His people. (Hebrews 1:14)
Yes! You do not become an angel when you die. I hate to say this but most people do not go to heaven.
Watching from South-Africa 🇿🇦. Thank you very much for the video, I know it will help many people including myself. Keep growing sister.
Oh yes those with the gift of hospitality impress me so much! I'm an introvert too and laughed way too hard at that 😂😂😂
I grew up in the church and I didn’t know some of these things. Thank you so much for the enlightenment
Zech.8
[23] Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
[30] Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
When Christ is reigning in the Kingdom eternal life comes FROM THE TREE OF LIFE Rev.2
[7] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
Rev.22
[2] In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
[14] Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
How do you know they have changed the message of Jesus?
Thanks Melissa. I remember how many misconceptions I had when I was younger in the faith. It took awhile before I learned much of what you taught.
Thank you for this video.
When I hear the word repent it still confuses me
All I believe is I’m a sinner , Jesus paid for my sin, was buried
And rose again.
So Im justified in his sight
I hate how complicated people have mad e the gospel

Took me some time to learn all that you've pointed out tho and it's refreshing to see young ppl learn them sooner. I didn't have anyone pointing them out but when I was baptized with the Holy Spirit at 25yo things started becoming much clearer. Thx for your videos... they are informative, refreshing, and humorous lol. 🙏😊😇🙌🙏
What did you learn from being a teenager in Christ, then an adult?
Yes! Oh thank you so much! I was just having a conversation with a fellow new Christian and as a new Christian myself, we have found it all a little overwhelming to understand. I know understanding will come but very much welcome your videos 🙏 God bless you

Yup... This is dope! Love the fact that you were as thorough in your study as brightly animated as you are teaching. Its delightful.
I learnt that not long ago also. Our Father is amazing, every little detail of scripture fulfilled in His Son our Savior 😍
@@markdonnaabbott3977 it’s amazing how we can see these kinds of connections woven all through God’s work.

I forget to show them where to find the bathroom. I feel completely inadequate anytime we have people over.
I've bought a Bible without verse numbers

Yes, I try so hard to ignore the chapters and subtitles! You’re right, a whole new perspective is realized that way.

I love the way you teach...and that you use different techniques. You are blessed, and that is a blessing for us 🌈
Man, I'm so glad you made a video about this because I was sitting here this morning writing down my own experience about how I really wish I understood a lot of spiritual things, back in high school, from a biblical perspective.
Thank you Melissa👏🏻God bless you.
Love how you bring clarity to scripture Melissa, cheers x

Wow…I didn’t know that about the Saul/Paul name change. 🤭 This video was so good! If you can come up with more, please make another one. Thanks!🙂
Absolutely wonderful. You are right, I believe most of us saints; had to learn the 20 you listed.

Here's a few:
Daniel 6:10
When Daniel knew that the document had been signed, he went to his house where he had windows in his upper chamber open toward Jerusalem. He got down on his knees three times a day and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he had done previously.
Luke 22:41
And he withdrew from them about a stone's throw, and knelt down and prayed, (that's Jesus praying)
Acts 21:5
When our days there were ended, we departed and went on our journey, and they all, with wives and children, accompanied us until we were outside the city. And kneeling down on the beach, we prayed
