Tips 2: A-200/Insidæ: Acts as a quieter version of A-120. Stops all ambience, and spawns with a thud sound, draining all color from the screen. Same strategy for A-120, but the darkness appears after A-500, be careful. Deals instant death, even for hiding late. (Unless Patience is used) A-200’/Insidæ Prime: Blue variation of A-200, and makes no noise. The lights will flicker until A-200’ despawns. Starts moving immediately after the lights flicker, and is faster. Hide a bit earlier for A-200’, it’s tricky. Doesn't deal instakill, instead, 30-40% damage. A-250/Kalypto: Spawns after A-250 and beyond, but can also be spawned if you ring the bell one to many times in the Power Switch Room, in the Prelude rooms. Attacks players that aren't in a table, and if you are in a locker, A-250 will block the locker door, leaving you vulnerable to A-50. Hide in a table if you can, and if not, hide in a locker just late enough so A-50 cannot kill you. Does 50% dmg per bite. Misc Entities: Red Skull: Failsafe entity if the player goes out of bounds or the room fails to load. Deals no damage, but after A-20, does ~10 DMG, possibly more. Cannot be avoided, and it can appear after reporting the game. The Guest: (not counted as an entity!) Will hand you the Scanner in the lobby after you complete the game. Appears in A-0001 and A-1000. DMG: 0! Secret Entities: A-666/The 9 Incomprehensible Horrors: Appears at A-666, and if activated, A-666 to A-699. (nice) If hiding in a locker, will despawn. After despawn, will move onto phase 2. Phase example are going faster, being silent, being invisible, and fast. Phase 9 will LITERALLY kill you, whether if hiding or not. Kills you immediately, even if hiding late THE VOICES: Appears in any room. Will damage players if they spam the gummy dispenser if they don't have enough batteries, or try to recharge without enough batteries. Don’t spam the dispenser without any batteries, nor spam R/Recharge without batteries. Deals 25% Dmg. Charms!!: Charms are abilities that effect gameplay in some way, with an advantage/disadvantage. There are a total of 8 charms, 9 if you count the None charm. The None Charm: It's color is white, and is equipped & unlocked by default. Does nothing. Pride Charm: It's color is purple, and to obtain it, reach A-100 without having to hide in a locker. Tables and Safe Spots count, so use then wisely. Tables burn stamina instead of health when A-60/A-60 Prime comes. A-60 deals 30 stamina, A-60’ does 5. If you don't have enough stamina, you can die pf overexhaustion. You will die if you hide under a table during an A-120/A-200/A-200’ attack. Gluttony Charm: It's color is Orange. To get it, collect every battery from A-001 to A-100. Missing even one will result in you NOT getting it. If you look up and press R (or recharge in mobile) it will heal and recharge your stamina to max. If there’s a battery in the room, the door to the next room's plate will turn orange. Greed Charm: It's color is yellow, and to get it, steal the locker of someone who could have used said locker, and the person dies infront of it. Occupied lockes will now br highlighted orange, and any teammates hiding will be highlighted yellow. It includes Shell. Can kick out shell from a locker, removing the stun and costing 10 stamina only. Desire Charm:( supposed to be Lust, but cant say) It's color is Blue, to get it; reach A-100 within 9 minutes. You now get 1 battery every 10 rooms, and manual door slamming is enabled, without the stamina cost. Envy Charm: It's color is green, and to get it, be a ghost for over 100 rooms, or send 3 messages as a ghost in 1 run. If in singleplayer, a ghost message has a chance to warn you of entities. If in multiplayer, when someone dies, you get healed. You can hear & see messages of ghosts. Wrath Charm: Color: Red. To get it, kill 3 or more Pnevmas in 1 locker slam. Your health & stamina are linked, stamina actions costs are halved, gaining OR losing stamina also applies to health, and all damage taken is multiplied by 1.5x%. Can counterattack shell automatically. Sloth Charm: Color: Cyan. Can be obtained by never sprinting in solo, from A-0001 to A-0200, OR reach A-200 without opening a door in multiplayer. Stamina regen boosts to 500% more while hiding, your footsteps are quieter, which means Pnevma cannot hear you run, and being easier to hear entities. Patience Charm: Color: Indigo, To get it, reach A-300 without EVER meeting A-50. If the text (Something is in here) appears, you failed. Damage dealt to your health is instead directed to your stanina during the locker enter anim. Gain ability to perform Catalyst timing with visual indicator. Can heal up to 200% stamina during Catalyst Timing. A-50 does double damage.
@@lego5377 Homie, he got A-1000, Patience/desire charms and beat A-666, he certainly didnt "100%" it but it was a way of saying he literally skipped 90% of the game out of nowhere.
If you want TIPS, you're here for the best comment. If you want to refresh your memory, look at this. Terminology: I'll be using some words, that might not make sense to you, or you simply have forgotten. Prelude: First 20 rooms before first A-60 encounter. Aimscript: Goes towards you, no matter where you are. RNG: Stands for Random Number Generator. In this context, it refers to entities spawning, room generation, and events. Client-Sided: It means that applies to you and not other players. If not, it's called server-sided. Rebound: Rebounds are when the entities return once or maybe more before despawning. Alpha Runs: They start from A-001, which means nuh uh teleporting. Ticks: Ticks are when your code gets executed. CS:GO for example has like 64 Ticks per second. Hiding spots: Lockers and Tables are the main hiding spots in the game. Tables are much less safe than lockers, due to the 10% chance of A-60 killing you under them, and the 0% chance of surviving A-200 and A-120. Lockers are safer than tables, due to the 0% chance of them killing you, unlike in the tables. Closets and fridges are in the game, but that's not that important because they have the same function as the lockers. You can press S, or swipe down the red circle to exit facing the locker. This is really important later on. You CANNOT exit tables backward. Game Mechanics: There are 6 main sections in the lobby, that being Playtest, Info, Settings, Memories, Update Logs, and Credits. Info: Tells you about the game and the inspirations from Rooms, and Doors. You can also watch the intro here as well, but you play a solo run after. Memories: Shows you your game stats, how to survive entities, and your alpha & omega runs. Credits: Mentioning and giving credits for the people who made the game, and for the inspiration, like Nicorocks, and LSplash. Update Logs: Shows what's to come, what happened, and updates. Playtest: Where you can play the game, use teleports, use mods, access charms, create lobbies, and create mods. Mods are only accessible after A-100, and teleports can be used only after reaching said checkpoint. Charms will be mentioned later. Health: When playing R&D, you may notice that there's no health nor stamina bar, but instead a red/blue tint to say how much HP you have left. The stronger the tint, the less you may have. If you can't tell, you need to make a guesstimate on how much you have left. The starting HP you have is 100 and can be increased with charms, which will be mentioned later. HP heals 1 health point per minute, so you'll need to wait an hour just for 60 HP regen. Stamina: In R&D, Stamina is what is used to Sprint, Snatch batteries, Slam Lockers, Fall from the edges in the bridge room, vault over the tablecloth also in the bridge room, and shake gummy lights in hiding spots. It starts by: you guessed it, 100 Stamina, but it regenerates much faster than health. Walking while trying to regain stamina is much, much slower, but standing still will help you more. When you run out of stamina, you'll receive some text saying: "You are exhausted" for a few seconds, your screen becomes blurry, your mouse movement is delayed, and you can't sprint, or shake gummy light. Door slamming can help you progress faster, and can be done by running into a door and opening it while running. But takes ~10 Stamina in the process. (it's an approximation.) Battery snatching can be done by holding SHIFT while collecting a battery, but takes ~30 stamina. This is nice when you're in a dire situation and gotta be fast, like running from the Wall version of A-10. The following 2 actions will be exclusive to bridge rooms only. Bridge jumping: When A-60 breaks the bridge, you can go up the top floor, jump from the top floor, and land on the start of the broken bridge. It takes about ~20 stamina in the process. Vaulting can be done by pressing E over a piece of cloth while taking ~30 stamina. If you don't have enough stamina, it takes away health to compensate. Like what happened at 13:39, you had a little stamina, which then took away your health. Locker slamming takes ~80 Stamina, but is centered around A-100. Light sources: The game gets pretty dark at A-50, so how do you see? There are 3 sources of light in the game, the Normal Flashlight, the Gummy Flashlight, and lastly, the Scanner. The Normal Flashlight is already unlocked when you first play the game, and has a battery life of 2.5 min. If it dims, it has 30 seconds before it runs out of battery. The gummy flashlight is unlocked when you reach A-100 with 10 batteries, insert the 10 batteries into a huge machine on the corner, and claim the flashlight. You get a badge when doing so. The Scanner is unlocked by reaching A-1000 and getting the Scanner from the DVD man. (i don't know what to call him, so...) Scripted rooms: Scripted rooms are scripted to ALWAYS happen, no matter what playthrough. The scripted rooms are the Prelude rooms, the A-20 room, A-60, AKA Nico's Room, A-100, and lastly: The Break Rooms. (A-300, A-400, A-500, so on.) Entities: R&D has a total of 16 Entities. I'll be discussing them here and how to avoid them. A-10/The Void: It's described as a red, fleshy wall, (wow terraria reference) with hands sticking out. It appears from rooms A-10 and onwards, and acts as The Void from Doors, except it instakills you. If you get caught by A-10 during the Prelude Rooms, you'll be teleported by Red Skull, not to be confused with A-100 (Pnevma). There's a second variant, and it's called The Pit. You know? The pit variant where there's a giant hole in the middle? Also A-10. A-40/Shell: Spawns at A-21 and beyond. A-40 spawns in a random locker in a room, and denies entry to anyone who tries to enter the locker with A-40 in it. If you enter, A-40 will jumpscare you and deal 10 Damage, while leaving you stunned and unable to enter a locker for around 2 seconds. You can avoid Shell by going in a different locker, using the Greed Charm, and going into a Shell Locker because you can't find another locker. He can really mess you up, due to the stun. You can detect his presence by hearing out for loud breathing noises next to the locker that Shell is in. A-50/The Darkness: Appears in A-21 and beyond. A-50 is forgiving between A-21 to A-49, because it has a prolonged time before it attacks. But between A-50 to A-999, it only gives you 4 seconds before it kills you. Between A-120 to A-499, A-50 will not attack during a Happy Scribble or Insidæ attack. Don't hide for too long, as it'll kill you. To avoid it, you need to hide at the perfect time. It deals 30-40 dmg per tick. A-60/The MultiMonster: Appears in A-20 and beyond. A-60 rushes towards the most recently opened room, killing anybody within its line of sight. To avoid it, hide in a locker or in a safespot to avoid it. If you hide too late, he'll jumpscare you but not kill you. It deals around 30-40 dmg per tick. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn't instakill you. It instead does damage insanely fast, that's why you can hide late and still survive. He progressively gets faster throughout the game, being slow at A-20, but being incredibly fast with almost no room for error at rooms A-901 to A-999. The scanner will bug out for a bit with static if A-60 appears while you have the scanner. A-60'/MultiMonster Prime: Appears after A-50, attacks after A-60's attack, and flickers the flashlight to warn you of it, and heavy static apprars if you have the scanner. A-60' can also get faster throughout, and can also deal dmg if you hide too late. Deals 30-40 DMG per tick, and can be repeated more than once. To avoid A-60’, exit and re enter your locker. A-90/Paralysis: Contrary to it's name, it doesn't appear at A-90. Instead, it appears at A-190. A pale, white face with no pupils and an open mouth appears. When this happens, TAKE ALL YOUR HANDS OFF OF THE DEVICE, KEYBOARD, AND MOUSE. If you fail to do so, A-90 will deal 60 damage. A-90’/Paralysis Prime: Appears after a Paralysis attack. A-90’ is even less lenient about movement, but deals -10% damage than A-90. Looks exactly like A-90, but blue. A-100/The annoying little f- I mean Pnevma: Appears at A-101 and beyond. It makes clicking noises, and is hostile when you go near it. A-100 is attracted to light and sound. Meaning, you shouldn't run or have your flashlight on, unless you have the scanner or Sloth Charm, which will then activate Silent Running for the Scanner, but gets even more battery than usual. If you run near Pnevma with the Sloth Charm, A-100 will not hear you. Deals 5 dmg per bite. A-100 will let out a loud screech if A-200 or A-120 is present, and will die. A-120/The Happy Scribble: Appears at A-120 and beyond. Stops spawning at A-200, but spawns again at A-501 and beyond. A-120 spawns ahead of the latest room, and moves towards an alive player, meaning that it's different for each player. It's client sided. If you have a scanner, it has a physical appearance of a pulse. Hide in a locker until it goes away. It rebounds, so go out after it passes, and hide every 3 seconds until it despawns. Deals 30-40% per tick. A-200: Starts appearing after A-200 and beyond. I HATE RUclips, so it needs to be seperated into a different comment cuz its too long.
A little correction about tables. As of 9/1/2024, A-60 will no longer kill players under tables if they land the 10% death throw. Instead, A-60 (and its prime) will deal a set amount of damage in whats commonly refered to as a "Table Burn". A-60 has a 50% chance of dealing ~50% damage, whie A-60' has a high chance to deal low damage. Lockers over tables are still ideal, as prime chains can be game ending if you dont have the health to tank multiple attacks. Pride got a rework in this same update. Instead of making tables 100% safe, the chances still apply, but the damage gets redirected to *your stamina* instead. (It'll also lower the damage you take from table burns.)
OH MY GOD. HE FINALLY PLAYED ROOMS AND DOORS!!!!! If you ever play this again, here's some tips. (Vocabulary you'll need before this: Prelude Rooms: first 20 rooms where there are no entities) First, entities (I'll be listing them by number). A-10, AKA The Void: If you enter up to 10 or 11 rooms, go back to the first room, there will be this wall made out of meat. If you walk into this, it will simply teleport you back to the room you were in. But after the prelude rooms, it will instakill you. (pretty much just void with an instakill) A-40, AKA Shell. He acts alot like jack from doors, although he is a frequent entity that has a way higher chance of ending your run. If he is inside a locker, you can hear breathing coming from it. A-50, AKA The Darkness. It likes to lurk in lockers, not tables. It's hide from doors, only it instakills you. You can scare it away by turning on your flashlight, but that removes an insane amount of you battery. A-60, AKA The MultiMonster. This is the entity that you will find most common throughout the game. Simply hide in a locker once you hear static. A-60', also known as Multimonster Prime, comes right after A-60. It will flicker you flashlight to tell you that it's coming. You can actually exit the locker backwards by pressing S (keyboard), swiping backward on the red button (mobile) or walking backwards with the thumbstick (console). Why this may be helpful? Because it will make you face the locker in-case of A-60'. It can be helpful in the later game, too, as A-60 and A-60' prime come alot faster. A-100, AKA Pnemva. For this entity, it can be attracted by your voice (which you can turn off in settings), sprinting, or your flashlight. If you do any of these actions while A-100 is around, they will start biting you, doing 10 damage per bite (for reference you have 100 health in this game). If you have the gummy flashlight, he is attracted to you shaking it (if im correct), so always fully shake it up before you enter a room that has him (you can hear his chomping sounds). A-120, AKA Happy Scribble. (i will add more later, for now i have to go, and if anyone else sees this comment, feel free to add on or correct me in the replies)
@KPDoesStuff And a-200, deep thud when Arrival, makes the rooms whote and all sounds go quiet. Tip for a-500+ is count to 3, enter count to 3 enter, until he despawns, by the way he will make a wind sound when he despawns. For prime, the flashlight will continue to flicker without stopping until he despawns. If it stops flickering, get out or else a-50 will attack RIGHT AWAY. Tip a-200-400 you don't need to hop in and out. Hope you enjoyed the Tip adiós!
@@KPDoesStuff just to add more for him, at A-200, there is an entity called insidæ (this is how it is actually spelled), also known as a-200, this entity is just like A-120 but his warning is from ur flashlight as it turns white and the one thing with A-200, with A-120, if u enter a locker late u taje damage, BUT, with A-200, entering a locker late leads to death
Welcome to R&D! the game is meant to be hard (obviously) but i hope you had a great time playing it im not really what you'd call a pro player but i love this game so im glad you played it
Alr so here’s a guide to get charms (basically extra perks you can equip one at a time) Obtainment: Greed: Kill a player by hiding in their locker or them attempting to hide the ur locker before they die Pride: Get to Room 100 without using lockers (you can use tables and safe spots instead) Envy: Be a ghost for 100 rooms or send 3 ghost messages Desire: Get to room 100 in less then 9 minutes (much easier than it sounds) Gluttony: Get to room 100 and collect every battery that spawns on the way there (more annoying then it sounds cuz dark rooms) Sloth: Get to room 200 without sprinting or Get to Room 200 while never opening a door urself (do the no sprinting option instead) Wrath: Get to room 300 without taking damage or kill three skulls at once. (Second way is much more RNG based) Patience: Get to room 300 without ever meeting the red eye guy in the lockers (rlly tedious) Here’s the affects: Greed: makes it so that you can see other players through outlines when hiding, you can see lockers that are occupied by either players or the gray corpse guy, and you can force the gray corpse guy out of lockers without being stunned Pride: All table damage from A-60 and A-60 Prime are instead directed towards sprint instead of health Envy: You heal fully if a teammate dies, you can see messages of ghosts in the chat box, and in solo you can get warnings for entities through ghost messages Desire: You can slam open doors without stamina cost and you will get a battery free of charge every 10 doors Gluttony: You can heal for full hp if you use 6 batteries and room number plates are orange if there’s a battery in that room Sloth: Basically full stamina recharge when hiding in lockers, and your footsteps are silent so the skull guy won’t hear you running Wrath: Your health and stamina are linked so stamina is basically health. x0.5 stamina usage but x1.5 damage you can also kick the gray corpse guy out of lockers using stamina Patience: It’s just that you can parry entities for free stuff but the red eye guy does double damage Honestly kudos to you for getting to room 1000 without any charms
@@lego5377 first off why would you click on a video of someone getting to room 1000 if you didn’t want spoilers + don’t read comments on a video of someone getting to room 1000 if you don’t want to be spoiled. Plus I literally told you I was going to talk about charms so ur kinda a idiot if you get mad at me for spoiling when I literally said I was going to talk about charms
@@lego5377the read more button exists plus this is literally a video on someone beating rooms and doors what did you expect maybe next time don’t read comments before finishing the video pal
great video, as a person who’s never had a really rough problem with this game this was a pleasure to see somebody else learn the game!! 😭😭 anyways ggs “off camera mining” ts made me genuinely giggle a lil :3
Yea but i think i know how he works. Basically every time he disappears, he progresses to the next phase and gets faster, if A-666 disappears 8 times it makes him invisible, and if you go past that number, you only have 5 seconds before you meet your fate. Yea that was it
Tip of advice: Multiple prime variants can spawn sometimes. This means two A-60' (primes) can spawn respectively after eachother, so it can flicker your flashlight again after the first one has passed. (Edit: There are people who got more than three prime variants at a time, but it's rare.)
Here's a short guide about ALL 12 entities of R&D explained A-10, The Void: Spawns 10 doors away from you, and can spawn holes. Don't fall too far A-40, Shell: Hides inside lockers, can be seen with the Greed charm A-50, Darkness: Stays insied lockers, works like Hide but can be slowed with a flashlight A-60, Multimonster: A-60 from doors but can do damage if he BARELY makes eye contact with you while you're in the hiding animation. Has a prime version A-90, Paralysis: A-90 from doors but he's weak and does 60 damage. Has a prime version A-100, Pnevma: Attacks when it sees a light or hears noises. Can be destroyed through a locker smash A-120, Happy Scribble: A-120 from doors but rebounds much more. A-200, Insidæ: Just a more annoying A-120, with wind noises. Has a prime variant A-250, Kalypto: Attacks if you're not undercover (meaning a table, if it's a locker, it'll just lock you in) Those are all of the entities, hope fully this can help anyone that reads this, including Ohbasic1. Have a nice day!
@@mefancat Hm, if this is true, I didn't know this. Did Lsplash make a-90 for doors or rooms? Also my point still stands for the others in the main comment lol
Something ive always loved about these opening doors survival games is that theres always a way to see what your hiding from inside a closet or a locker. Theres always some kind of opening
@@Alexaq268it's a black vertical rectangle that chases you until a699, it's faster then you and you can delay it by hiding in locker, it will get faster every time you hide, you cannot sprint, it has 9 phases and the last one is unstoppable.
Nice vid, I have a doors challenge for you. It’s called the memory game, the modifiers are: battle of wits and bad ventilation. Battle of wits is the main part as you need good memory and bad ventilation just to make it a bit harder. Rules: no saying numbers in the chat. That’s really it. Low chance you see or do this but I hope you can do it! Edit: ok NOW you might not do it because you did something very similar to this challenge.
Fun fact: If you go into the report tab, and type anything in, Red Skull (R&D's anticheat/glitch) will teleport you to the Serious Room. in the Serious Room is a drawing of ambush with "bruh" written next to it. This is a reference to Doors's anticheat.
One fact that he did a-1000 charmless hes so good and for doors content and even r&d pressure aswell i DEFENITLY subscribed and liked his video. Keep up the good work of your skills👍👌🎉😎👏
hi ohbasic! i play on mobile too, so here’s a tip: when exiting a locker, pull the red circle down. this will make your character turn around and face the locker, so you don't have to turn around manually. this is useful against A-60'.
Another tips: Safe spot: Safe spot typically nearly safe. Including: boxes, behind the doors, under the stairs, mini presentation board and more. I wouldn't recommended to use incase A-120, A-200 and A-200 p (p mean prime)
up until room 500 that red eye guy in lockers (a-50) won't appear for any scribble entity attacks this includes a-120, a-200 and his prime variant edit: forgot to mention that a-120 gets replaced by a-200 and his prime variant until room 500 where they can both spawn seperately
i have a doors challenge for you, this is.... Race Day!! modifiers: MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE (player riding on car) more stuff (player get mystery block for item during race) i'm runnin here! (rush riding on car) afterimage (ambush riding on car too) it can run too (seek riding on classic jeep as super hard mode) come back here (figure riding on car) jammin' (if you want) wet floor (if you want) that's all i guess
Last 100 rooms is a NIGHTMARE because of a-60 (normal, not prime) spam And if they begin to spam you with primes, ur dead to the void. I experienced this by myself. I hate this game's RNG 10 a-60 (2 a60 and 8 primes) in a row, then it's a 200, I haven't reacted too fast and died to a-10 inside locker
Personal opinion, its one of the best Rooms fanmade games. Its challenging, has unlockables, quite unique monsters and (oh god) REALLY good ambience and sounds. Cleanest game, especially after recent update.
ohbasic i have a doors challenge for u so the challenge is called the 'night club challenge' here is the modifiers: bad ventilation, because you cant see because there are huge crowds, jamming ofc because its a nightclub, seeing double because you think you are seeing things because of the beaming lights, are those pancakes because people are dancing and they keep stepping on your foot, bad electrical work, because it was night, again and again and again because people are going back and forth for food and drinks and lastly, rush hour because everyone was rushing to the party ( im running here is optional) please pick me it took me about 30 mins to make this
Hello, im the guy who reach A-1000 like before even 1000 peoples have the badge and I have to say A-900 is litteral HELL but I manage to beat in 2 weeks, if you read this comment, congrats for got the scanner
video idea: ambushed mods: afterimage again and again and again you can really run come back here rush hour I love Pancakes!!! four eyes soundproofing Lights out nowhere to hide out of stuff battle of wits and thats all hope u enjoy it :D
Let me guess, so you probally Died to A-972 and cutted clip, but you somehow managed getting Scanner. Meaning you won game and beated 666 entity. But for some reason you migh actually got DE and PA. Don't tell me you used alt Acc.
a-900 for the most part is easy with no charms, u jus really need to not die to void.. plus a-200 is a pain sometimes depending on how far u are from the current room.
Wait... Did You Get To A-1000 Without A Charm? Also When When I Was Doing The A-666 Thing, In My Successful Run, I Was Like 2-3 Rooms Away And A-666(?) Was Pretty Fast, So I Just Ran For It Without Looking Behind Me 😭, And Actually Did It! (And My Scanner Died After Getting The Badge ;-;)
Tips 2:
A-200/Insidæ: Acts as a quieter version of A-120. Stops all ambience, and spawns with a thud sound, draining all color from the screen. Same strategy for A-120, but the darkness appears after A-500, be careful. Deals instant death, even for hiding late. (Unless Patience is used)
A-200’/Insidæ Prime: Blue variation of A-200, and makes no noise.
Misc Entities:
Red Skull: Failsafe entity if the player goes out of bounds or the room fails to load.
DMG: 0!
Secret Entities:
A-666/The 9 Incomprehensible Horrors: Appears at A-666, and if activated, A-666 to A-699. (nice) If hiding in a locker, will despawn. After despawn, will move onto phase 2. Phase example are going faster, being silent, being invisible, and fast. Phase 9 will LITERALLY kill you, whether if hiding or not. Kills you immediately, even if hiding late
THE VOICES: Appears in any room. Will damage players if they spam the gummy dispenser if they don't have enough batteries, or try to recharge without enough batteries. Don’t spam the dispenser without any batteries, nor spam R/Recharge without batteries. Deals 25% Dmg.
Charms!!:
Charms are abilities that effect gameplay in some way, with an advantage/disadvantage. There are a total of 8 charms, 9 if you count the None charm.
The None Charm:
It's color is white, and is equipped & unlocked by default. Does nothing.
Pride Charm:
It's color is purple, and to obtain it, reach A-100 without having to hide in a locker.
Gluttony Charm:
It's color is Orange. To get it, collect every battery from A-001 to A-100. Missing even one will result in you NOT getting it. If you look up and press R (or recharge in mobile) it will heal and recharge your stamina to max. If there’s a battery in the room, the door to the next room's plate will turn orange.
Greed Charm:
It's color is yellow, and to get it, steal the locker of someone who could have used said locker, and the person dies infront of it. Occupied lockes will now br highlighted orange, and any teammates hiding will be highlighted yellow. It includes Shell. Can kick out shell from a locker, removing the stun and costing 10 stamina only.
Desire Charm:( supposed to be Lust, but cant say)
It's color is Blue, to get it; reach A-100 within 9 minutes.
Sloth Charm:
Color: Cyan.
Patience Charm:
Color: Indigo, To get it, reach A-300 without EVER meeting A-50. If the text (Something is in here) appears, you failed. Damage dealt to your health is instead directed to your stanina during the locker enter anim. Gain ability to perform Catalyst timing with visual indicator. Can heal up to 200% stamina during Catalyst Timing. A-50 does double damage.

Him later: *proceeds to go to a-1000*
If you want TIPS, you're here for the best comment.
Hiding spots:
Lockers and Tables are the main hiding spots in the game.
Game Mechanics:
There are 6 main sections in the lobby, that being Playtest, Info, Settings, Memories, Update Logs, and Credits.
Light sources:
The game gets pretty dark at A-50, so how do you see? (i don't know what to call him, so...)
Scripted rooms: Scripted rooms are scripted to ALWAYS happen, no matter what playthrough. The scripted rooms are the Prelude rooms, the A-20 room, A-60, AKA Nico's Room, A-100, and lastly: The Break Rooms. (A-300, A-400, A-500, so on.)
Entities: R&D has a total of 16 Entities.
J’aimerais tellement lire le commentaire mais je n’ai pas la traduction 💀(sinon merci pour toutes les info 👌).
@ Ne t'inquiète pas, mon ami ! J'essaierai d'en trouver une assez rapidement.
@bald_dandy thx 👍
@@molepros No problem.
(pretty much just void with an instakill)
A-40, AKA Shell.

Welcome to R&D!
the game is meant to be hard (obviously) but i hope you had a great time playing it
im not really what you'd call a pro player but i love this game so im glad you played it
Alr so here’s a guide to get charms (basically extra perks you can equip one at a time)
Obtainment:
Greed: Kill a player by hiding in their locker or them attempting to hide the ur locker before they die
Pride: Get to Room 100 without using lockers (you can use tables and safe spots instead)
Envy: Be a ghost for 100 rooms or send 3 ghost messages
Desire: Get to room 100 in less then 9 minutes (much easier than it sounds)
Gluttony: Get to room 100 and collect every battery that spawns on the way there (more annoying then it sounds cuz dark rooms)
Sloth: Get to room 200 without sprinting or Get to Room 200 while never opening a door urself (do the no sprinting option instead)
Wrath: Get to room 300 without taking damage or kill three skulls at once. (Second way is much more RNG based)
Patience: Get to room 300 without ever meeting the red eye guy in the lockers (rlly tedious)
Here’s the affects:
Greed: makes it so that you can see other players through outlines when hiding, you can see lockers that are occupied by either players or the gray corpse guy, and you can force the gray corpse guy out of lockers without being stunned
Pride: All table damage from A-60 and A-60 Prime are instead directed towards sprint instead of health
Envy: You heal fully if a teammate dies, you can see messages of ghosts in the chat box, and in solo you can get warnings for entities through ghost messages
Desire: You can slam open doors without stamina cost and you will get a battery free of charge every 10 doors
Gluttony: You can heal for full hp if you use 6 batteries and room number plates are orange if there’s a battery in that room
Sloth: Basically full stamina recharge when hiding in lockers, and your footsteps are silent so the skull guy won’t hear you running
Wrath: Your health and stamina are linked so stamina is basically health. x0.5 stamina usage but x1.5 damage you can also kick the gray corpse guy out of lockers using stamina
Patience: It’s just that you can parry entities for free stuff but the red eye guy does double damage
Honestly kudos to you for getting to room 1000 without any charms

Yea but i think i know how he works.
Basically every time he disappears, he progresses to the next phase and gets faster, if A-666 disappears 8 times it makes him invisible, and if you go past that number, you only have 5 seconds before you meet your fate.
Yea that was it
Tip of advice:
Multiple prime variants can spawn sometimes. This means two A-60' (primes) can spawn respectively after eachother, so it can flicker your flashlight again after the first one has passed.
(Edit: There are people who got more than three prime variants at a time, but it's rare.)
@@aVeryMintyFellow You can get like 5 in a row towards A-900

Here's a short guide about ALL 12 entities of R&D explained
A-10, The Void: Spawns 10 doors away from you, and can spawn holes. Don't fall too far
A-40, Shell: Hides inside lockers, can be seen with the Greed charm
A-50, Darkness: Stays insied lockers, works like Hide but can be slowed with a flashlight
A-60, Multimonster: A-60 from doors but can do damage if he BARELY makes eye contact with you while you're in the hiding animation. Has a prime version
A-90, Paralysis: A-90 from doors but he's weak and does 60 damage. Has a prime version
A-100, Pnevma: Attacks when it sees a light or hears noises. Can be destroyed through a locker smash
A-120, Happy Scribble: A-120 from doors but rebounds much more.
A-200, Insidæ: Just a more annoying A-120, with wind noises. Has a prime variant
A-250, Kalypto: Attacks if you're not undercover (meaning a table, if it's a locker, it'll just lock you in)

hi ohbasic! i play on mobile too, so here’s a tip:
when exiting a locker, pull the red circle down. this will make your character turn around and face the locker, so you don't have to turn around manually. this is useful against A-60'.

I've beaten this game 5 times. I still think its funny to watch new people try to play. Have fun!
Why did you put a small part of jumpscared of a-200 in the start that scared me
5:20 you can say he has been backshoted by A-60’ 💀💀💀
bro dude if A-666 get closer on you hide in the locker do not hide in the locker too early when he's too far away
GGs!! I cannot wait anymore... new sub.
up until room 500 that red eye guy in lockers (a-50) won't appear for any scribble entity attacks
this includes a-120, a-200 and his prime variant
edit: forgot to mention that a-120 gets replaced by a-200 and his prime variant until room 500 where they can both spawn seperately
i have a doors challenge for you, this is....
Race Day!!
modifiers:
MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE (player riding on car)
more stuff (player get mystery block for item during race)
i'm runnin here! (rush riding on car)
afterimage (ambush riding on car too)
it can run too (seek riding on classic jeep as super hard mode)
come back here (figure riding on car)
jammin' (if you want)
wet floor (if you want)
that's all i guess
One thing is play Rooms & Doors and realizing than this is a hard game, and something completely different is the same thing, BUT IN MOBILE GOD
Just to let u know, when u slam a locker, it uses up 80% of ur samina, without 80% of it, u need health to use this ability
Seems you have problem with A - 40 (3:39) He makes a small noise in a locker (like drum sounds)
"some off camera grinding"
Oh my god did a doors youtuber i know just make a video about my favorite game? no way
I wonder what your reaction to A-200 and A-250 were like
Last 100 rooms is a NIGHTMARE because of a-60 (normal, not prime) spam
And if they begin to spam you with primes, ur dead to the void. I experienced this by myself. I hate this game's RNG
10 a-60 (2 a60 and 8 primes) in a row, then it's a 200, I haven't reacted too fast and died to a-10 inside locker
Personal opinion, its one of the best Rooms fanmade games.
Its challenging, has unlockables, quite unique monsters and (oh god) REALLY good ambience and sounds. Cleanest game, especially after recent update.
"One of"?
It is best rooms game, it isnt even debatable
@@klaassochnik8270
I played only doors, pressure, R&D and original Rooms, so i cant really judge 🤷
Others games i know only basing on videos
@@ALEXIS_OGwell, I dont think doors and pressure can be called rooms fangame, personnaly I like R&D more than them but they are kinda equall
I have decent skill
So if difficulty setting existed then i would have reached A-1000 and beaten A-666
@@TheAwesomeFellasbuddy the whole point of the game is trial and error there’s no reason to have a difficulty scaling setting
I love how this guy acts new but beats the game first try like bro you ain’t slick💀
red eyes is A-50 (the darkness) and parry entities also give you 50% extra stamina, give hp (idk how much)
The mantra is "You aren't supposed to win."
ohbasic i have a doors challenge for u so the challenge is called the 'night club challenge' here is the modifiers:
bad ventilation, because you cant see because there are huge crowds, jamming ofc because its a nightclub, seeing double because you think you are seeing things because of the beaming lights,
are those pancakes because people are dancing and they keep stepping on your foot, bad electrical work, because it was night, again and again and again because people are going back and forth
for food and drinks and lastly, rush hour because everyone was rushing to the party ( im running here is optional)
please pick me it took me about 30 mins to make this
Ohbasic please see this
I came up with a challenge
-Worst time ever
-Rush hour
-Again & Again & Again
-Room for more
-No hiding
A60 doesn’t instakill you but he just quickly damages you with 30 per damage (prime does 10)
Hello, im the guy who reach A-1000 like before even 1000 peoples have the badge and I have to say A-900 is litteral HELL but I manage to beat in 2 weeks, if you read this comment, congrats for got the scanner
video idea:

@@Sprout_poland shell jumpscare real
off camera grinding is crazy
Hooray he tried out this game I recommended!
Rooms & Doors is the hardest fanmade game, no other rooms game can compare to this one
I hope you had some fun playing the game
Does the doors in the game title stand for the game doors or the actual object doors because this doesn't really have many doors elements
Object, Rooms and Doors was created before Doors
@@m1v918 Ah mk, thanks
rooms & doors is a slight challenge, doors is hilariously easy
5:32 This menu appears when you play the game from second time
doors: man A-1000 is so easy!
R&D: BRO WHY IS IT SO HARD???
chat what is the music name at 15:51
Up in my jam
Thanks bro ur an W
@@yourownlocal_karl67 np
You finally play it!
I am not going to beat this if it’s this hard bro 😭
31:42 It's time
I thought the title was "Rooms and Doors is HORRID" and I was about to go full on goblin mode
Let me guess, so you probally Died to A-972 and cutted clip, but you somehow managed getting Scanner. Meaning you won game and beated 666 entity. But for some reason you migh actually got DE and PA. Don't tell me you used alt Acc.
the fact, he didn't had ANY charm 💀
a-900 for the most part is easy with no charms, u jus really need to not die to void.. plus a-200 is a pain sometimes depending on how far u are from the current room.
the game is hard but I'm harder
Wtf
the structure of a bone is harder then a screen
@@forgorrrrrrr good to know that I am harder
i am the hardest
Rizz?
in Rooms & Doors (R&D), there are checkpoints
I beat this last month, I will say its the hardest challenge I've done on Roblox in a long time
Did bro get to a 1000 in only 19 minutes ???
Icon video from DOORS
5:23 I programmed it to flicker when A-60’ comes!
No you did not
@jason0803yea I did
like I did
@Grumble_player stop lying
@@FakeMan0977 how am I lieing
kinda funny how you made it to a-1000 without knowing the existience of the gummy flashlight (from the a-100 machine) or any charms
Hi what ipad are you using? Any recommendations? Ps: Budget friendly pls ❣️
19:47 Better hope you're invincible, buddy.
agreed rooms and doors is hard
A-666 is like screech from doors cuz u need to find him when he spawns
Misinformation detected
nah haste
A-666's mechanic is similar to Haste not screech lol
Well played, buddy
16:23
I’m surprised u didn’t heard abt charms at that point
Play with patience charm, it's a whole different game with it.
20:38 saving batteries must not be ur expertise
Ok but why is half of the vid just A666 struggle
In the night garden! On boat
I tried rooms and doors for the first time and I died at A-20
Welcome to the gang of people who had omega 1
Also how you have the lighting future? I really want that badly
