I really enjoyed this video. I've also been using HP to track my pairings, but it's still easy for me because I only have one pairing right now. I like your tag system to keep track, and will likely adapt it to my currrent system, which you might also find helpful.
I printed business-card sized tub labels for all my snakes from HP. Each tag has the animal ID, name, morphs, and sex. I used blue and pink highligter on the names to make the sex more obvious. I got a roll of velcro dots and a pack of 50 ID sleeves for lanyards, like for work badges. I cut out all the lables, put them in the sleeves, and then used the velcro dots to velcro them to the tubs. The hooked side of the velcro dot goes on the tub, and the fuzzy dot goes on the tag. The hooked side of the velcro stands up to multiple tub washings, and dries quickly.
Using this system, I can prep a pile of clean tubs with clean coco, and then when I move the snake to the clean tub, I just move their label to the dot already on the clean tub. I also keep the roll of velcro dots handy for when I come across a tub that hasn't gotten a hooked dot yet. For pairings, I plan to add another hooked dot to the female's tub, so then I can just move the male's label to her tub. I think it may also be helpful to get tags like yours, but see if there's dry erase stickers to put on them and use them to record the date I paired.
I also printed off another copy of all my labels and cut them out. When I plan pairings, I can spread them out on the dining table, and move them around to "sketch" out the breeding plan before entering it in HP. I have "discovered" better pairings in my own collection by being able to see all their morphs, and physically move the tags around.

Thank you! Great info right here. We kinda have the same thing but instead of velcro we have the sleeves that stick onto the tubs and we slide out the business cards(Cage Card) when we switch tubs. Thank you for sharing that. Always great to get fresh ideas.

Right!! 💯🙌‼️ So many options it can be overwhelming at times but you can always turn off what you don't need.
I have velcro tags. I take the male's tub tag and put it on the female's tub. that works for me...
