Sometimes I start to think on things I know aren't right. I try to stop right there and ask the Lord to take these thoughts from me, and it works. He is such a gracious Father.

Thank you Jesus for this message 🙏
So glad I was guided to this message. Thank you Dr Bernard for being a great teacher of the word of God.
Bring everything captive that exalts itself against the word of God. We all have a thought process and the enemies of the Lord will try to put carnal thoughts, ideas, etc in your mind by any devices and by any means. When these carnal thoughts come and they will come, choose not to entertain those wicked thoughts. In doing so you will most likely do those thoughts because you are feeding it back to yourself mentally over and over until it becomes a temptation to much to bare on your own without Christ. Look at it this way. 1. You hear it or see it. 2. Now you are thinking about it. 3. You commit the action. 4. It becomes a habbit, and finally 5. It becomes a lifestyle. This ungodly lifestyle can lead you down a destructive journey with many regrets. I know what I'm talking about, been there done that. God is good and he will finish the good work he started in me and in you.
Awesome teaching Bishop Bernard! This nailed it squarely on the head.
Jesus gave me this verse which has been a blessing when I was bombarded with inappropriate thoughts. This happened when we were initially stationed at Florida:
“Commit thy works unto the LORD, And thy thoughts shall be established.”
Proverbs 16:3 KJV
“Commit thy works the LORD, And thy thoughts shall be established.”
It is mentally and physically impossible to do right and think wrong at the same time. Blessings! 💥🙌🏾
Wow! This is so accurate and right on time, Pastor 💯
This was perhaps the most solid teaching I have personally heard from this RUclips channel to date. I don’t always agree with Dr Bernard, and many of the Oneness Pentecostal unique theological, Soteriological, and ecclesiastical, perspectives. But, today I found this particular teaching to be sound doctrine actually. Good job, Dr Bernard and team.
Thank you Dr Bernard. God bless you
Very good solid teaching.
Glory to The Most High🙌🏾🙌🏾 Thank you!
I needed this so much! Thank you!
Philippians 4:8 is one of my favorite scriptures right behind 1 Corinthians 13:4-7.
Praise God 🙏
Amen! Wonderful teaching Dr Bernard! God bless you!
So good!
I appreciate this beautiful teaching very much ! Earnestly expecting to see Dr. Bernard debating Tovia Singer one day, because all those Trinitarian false doctrines have been demolished by him.
Thanks so much! I don’t always agree with you Dr. Bernard but this was very good and sound teaching. 🙏🏽🙌🏽
Thank you!!! God bless you.
I'm so grateful this topic was covered. Tremendous explanation.

Please answer my questions
Nevermind u answer it in your video
Is Pentecostal a Protestant Denomination
It can be considered one since it does not subscribe to the doctrines of the catholic church and since the two categories are catholic and protestant then I would say yes
How many Protestant denominations are there
Alot ,But it's not productive to know how many ,it would be more productive to know the core beliefs of Christians so you can recognize a true temple to attend.
How get thought out of your mind when you repuke it and it still there even tho u said be gone in Jesus name over and over?
Can you repent before you die and still go to heaven??
I believe you can..right up to the final moments.
Yes you can like the theif on the cross ,But it's not wise to resist God knocking on the door your heart and wait till your death bed to ask for forgiveness it may too late and you may die before you even get a chance to repent. Walk after Christ now and repent of your ways while you still have your abilities it would be better to do that.
@@jamalholder5224 my daughter (pictured) died alone at the age of 16.. I hope..and have left it in our Father's hands, that she turned to him in her final moments.
@@donnasmyth45 ok only God knows true repentance so may she rest in peace
You are not alone - American cultural values permeate Protestantism and Pentecostalism - and one thing in particular that doesn’t work with Christianity is - to be an individual and self-reliant. Salvation is worked out in Community. We all do our part, in our personal piety and works… and we work together in our worship together - to draw near in brotherly love and piety to Christ God - our only hope. I think the world of American heterodoxy is quite lonely at times - and we all struggle with our humanity. And yet, God who is rich in mercy - beckons each of us daily to come a little bit closer. It’s okay to wrestle with things a bit - the mystery of our true selves will unfold and will understand it better by and by… so keep on pressing toward the mark - the high calling in Christ Jesus. Lovingly, Cuthbert.
Why do you say "Christ God?"
“Lord Jesus - Son of God - Have mercy on me - a sinner…” - this is the ‘Jesus Prayer’ and is one of the tools Orthodox Christians employ to ‘tame the passions’. Should you encounter an Orthodox Christian with their prayer rope in their hand - chances are they’re praying these very words to center themselves in Christ God. Prayers are spiritual - the prayer rope is something physical, something tangible to hold onto while praying. The Jesus Prayer is simple. You are calling on the Name of the Lord … you are acknowledging that He alone is God … You recognize that He is merciful. And you acknowledge your sinfulness and that without Him, you can do nothing.
This is ‘prayer without ceasing’ - the nous… practice - and keeps your mind steadfastly on the Lord. You can quietly go about with this prayer in your comings and goings.
I usually breakout my prayer rope while in public spaces because I am uncomfortable and my soul often becomes disquieted within me…. Breathe in. Breathe out… and these words in prayer bring about a stillness from within.
