Can we all appreciate that there’s no ads during these playthroughs?
Just a tip that might save people some time: If you are loading the Oil Drill Rig at night and can't see well, make sure you have it centered on the flatbed trailer before you try to pack cargo. I had it a bit too far forward and kept getting errors trying to pack even though the whole drill looked like it was on the trailer. Cheers!
Great video. You are knowledgeable and are not like the other guys making snowrunner walk throughs. You are a please to watch thank you
You got that construction Rig trailer through that swampy river crossing like a pro! Amazing!
Just a tip about loading long bed trailer with 5 slots. You don’t need disconnect … just put loads on top of eachother…. Secure cargo and it will places in correct free slots on trailer.
So I actually used the GMC mh9500 with a locking diff, lifted suspension, and all terrain tires to tow the construction rig trailer. It only got stuck once right before the wood bridge going to the drill site. Other than that, it towed the trailer really well.
I love it that it is not a mute walk through. I love that and the used music
you did well getting it there without getting stuck on something, most videos I've seen of this mission people nearly always get stuck on a tree or pole
15:10 this is an example of when to switch to low gear range. Driving on auto or even worse high range is why you're having issues.
When you were running the wws through the swamp with the oil drill if you would have actually used your low gears it wouldnt have "struggled getting moving". I notice you love staying in high or auto and really neglect your low ranges when both are very counterintuitive with heavy loads requiring lots of torque.
I stick in higs with powerfull trucks
Also diff locked in. That truck will go through anything in low with the diff locked! I use it exclusively.
Also the L+ is almost as fast as the high gear of the offroad gearbox and the added difflock will most likely get you faster trough mud than the high gear
Good stuff, awesome vid…..
🤘😬🤘
Trying to play exactly as you are, is all going nice and smooth (except that i can't save as much fuel as you do). Nice work
You don't realise how annoying the "Smash that like button!!" bullshit is until you watch a series like this. Thank you, and at the same time, you're a bastard. But jokes aside, this series is beautiful, solid effort.
I have been watching since episode one so far and it is Very detailed
Yep I went the lumber mill route and you do get stuck on the hill so I detached the trailer gave myself some room attached the winch and then backed up to the trailer and used the momentum technique to inch the trailer up the hill far enough that I could get it over by reattaching again.
17:14 i somehow got that gigantic monstrosity of a trailer to the objective with my tiny International Fleetstar, highway tires and the worst route possible where the trailer kept getting beached
1:15 RED GOOOEEESSS FASTER!!!!! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
p16's a beast
What was the purpose of attaching the GMC MH9500 to that trailer? Unless I'm mistaken, it was attached earlier but never utilized.
I think he had the fleetstar with sideboard and crane, and utilized the gmc with the saddle to unpack the cargo, allowing the fleetstar tocrane some other cargo to previous tasks...
@@spiguy420 Oh, you can't unpack a trailer if it's not attached to a truck? If so, that makes total sense
@@cryogeneric that's right, cheers!
1:36 who or where did you get those numbers from?
Why do most use difficult route? There's longer but much easier route. No tight turns or water (if you build wooden bridge).
why do you use the crane instead of just automatically loading it!?
Because it doesn’t let you auto load.
It saves money. Better is to save money in the game. Also in case of problems
What happened to the rest of the series
You're allergic to using the low range gears properly. I cut straight through the lumbar yard and across the tiny little bit of river to drop the drill rig off with the Fleetstar with UOD2 tires, raised suspension and 2100 engine. Zero issues, took about 3mins... Off-road gears and locked diff are there for a reason...
(Edit)
Watched video till the end, have no idea why you picked that route with the P16. Head down the mountain, cut right just before the Gas Station, trundle along to the wooden bridge you built earlier. Bob's your uncle
It's not fair you collecting trucks from other maps.
Play 1 map at a time
Its Regeons also he made some rules about that in the ep1
