While the professor says the behavior of adult children is generally not seen to influence or impact the decisions of a judge, that is not the case here. The judge specifically issued an order to protect an adult child from remarks and criticism. So the judge's rulings have most definitely been impacted and influenced by the behavior of an adult child.

If people are honest, this is a direct attack on election integrity. Whether conservative, liberal, libertarian, or independent, a fair system where citizens get to choose their elected representatives is paramount! If a candidate that you or I don’t prefer is prosecuted or persecuted by the government, for the sole purpose of trying to weaken or drain them financially, just so your candidate may win, this is election interference. It is wrong and dangerous. Hillary Clinton and Al Gore and Stacey Abrams most recently, all declared that there was election interference, yet no DAs brought them to court for their opinions. It would be wrong and criminal to slip something into an Olympic athlete’s drink or meal before their competition, as that would weaken and almost certainly reduce or almost guarantee that they would lose in that competition. This is the same thing, what is being done to Trump. If the same treatment would be applied to Biden, or George Bush, or Bill Clinton in their day, it would be criminal. How about politics returning to a fair race, where the people choose? That would benefit us all! Have a great day!

An accusation or indictment is not the same as a criminal conviction in court in America. You need a conviction for that. That's why a person can't be called a criminal unless they are convicted. And the same process is afforded to all Americans because of the Constitution, regardless of who they are. So are you saying that American citizens shouldn't exercise their Constitutional rights?
