Well I'm a DieHard Chevy guy but I can say modern Ford Coyote motors are awesome. I think stock for stock the coyote 5 l 302 with those huge heads is probably one of the best stock air pumps on the market
But that Ls is kicking a lot of there asses ever where track street where ever u want to put them it’s just a fact that these new motors are some bad ass motor all of then Ford and Chevy

That byepolar performance shop does some awesome fab work by the looks of things and i believe you made the right choice for them to do the fab work on the monte you never seize to amaze me about finding the perfect shops to do work for you. Also wanna say Bill, that was very ballsy and awesome how you got drone shots of the Ambassador Bridge here in Detroit! Out of high school i worked on the JW Westcott Detroit river mailboat right there near under the American side of the bridge. Worked as a deckhand for over 4 years there and the pay was terrible but it was an experience that my 54 year old self has still not forgot.
I just can't believe you got those drone shots without getting arrested! Lol .

2 kits of nitrous, automatic, lockup converter, posi track built rear-end, full-on racing suspension, 400 c.i. VS a manual factory interior, factory suspension, stock gear and axles, with a baby turbo on low low boost! What did you really expect to happen @OleMan ?? Got plenty of Automatic two-kit nitrous Mustangs with SBF down here in Alabama anytime you wanna run! Beating on old wore out Mustangs with your racecar ain't as impressive as you think it is!

Just placed my order and the carburetor will be going on a 1972 GMC (1968 front clip) short bed step side black on black with a good running 350 & TH350. Just installed quick preference gears.
For chevy guys yall have found some extremely beautiful mustangs

I want one of those shirts I remember back when everything was pretty much carbureted I like the new stuff when it works right but growing up my dad my uncle's everybody worked on cars and was trying to make them faster everything was carbureted I remember my first aftermarket big Holley carburetor I have to have one of those shirts. Bill, So they make a extendable washing brush that we use on Semi Trucks and Trailers. Mine will reach 13' and comes with 2 different heads. One thats almost like a stiff brissel shop broom. And the other is more of a soft brush. And you used the right stuff on that trailer. That Citrus cleaner of Jax Wax is what we have gone to using on the Stainless Steel Tankers. Especially the trailers that run down to Florida and get POUNDED with bugs on the flat front of the trailer. We use it in a pump sprayer and let it sit for a few mins. Then hit it with warm water threw the pressure washer. The dried on road grim and bugs just fall off.

From that map near 13:52 looks like you went darn near US-23 and M-59 which is "skinny kid" territory.
I happen to know skinny kid Keith from WAYYY back and did you know before he did chassis mustangs he was a freaking awesome automotive painter? Keith and i used to restore Oldsmobiles out of a 2 car garage on Brace street in whats called Warrendale, and that is west side Detroit as one can get. That white Hurst/Olds pro mod skinny kid finally sold that Brian Robbins used to drive was originally a clapped out 1972 cutlass supreme. Time it became a pro mod only thing left was the roof panel itself. I drove that clapped out 72 supreme at 18 years old at the Milan highschool drags one day. That was the day i had to learn a Hurst quarter stick shifter while it was raining and we waited in the lanes for first call. The car had an Ollds 403 with big block (olds) cyl heads and ran 12.teens @ about 114. I had my 70 442 then too and it was a 3800 pound street car running 12.10s @ about 112 that same summer...im gonna say 1987 but i could be wrong might have been 1988

LOVE your channel!!! I have some questions - 1, what rear end gears are each car running? What is the cubic inch of the Malibu? I've seen Billy run other Mustangs and looks to me like he granny shifts - that turbo ain't stayin spooled like that. Ok, now I fully admit that you guys have forgotten more about racing than I'll ever know, I'm just sayin I wouldn't toot my horn too much over that win because it wasn't truly an apples to apples comparison - show me that same race with the Mustang with the turbo removed, set up with the same gears as the Malibu in the rear end, a properly built C4, and the exact same nitrous set up as the Malibu... I would be VERY curious to see how that race would end up, EVEN with the Mustang having a smaller cubic inch displacement. On another subject, I am with you all the way on carbs, I hate fuel injection LOL. LOVE LOVE LOVE all of your families channels, I NEVER miss a video!!!
